Hey, I can’t send or receive any emails. I have gmail adress and all is perfectly set up : I activated IMAP on gmail and I set “imap.gmail.com” and SSL on settings. Can you help please ?

After reading multiple comments from other buyers I am here to ask something very important:
I purchased this module and my Outgoing email is working fine. However, Incoming is not working. I read few comments saying Any Codeignitor Developer can help. However, IMAP file itself is missing “php-imap” my developer installed from composer but still receiving emails is not working.
I enabled, Two Step Verification, Enabled IMAP, Enabled, Low Secure APP, And all the other options available from Gusite to connect the same. Still this doesnt work, I raised multiple tickets to get things resolved but I must says you guys take ages to respond to that ticket and circle me around with more questions which I am not going anywhere. Please help.

Yes, as long as Mailbox is active at your tenant’s installation with the respective license, it will work fine – you just have to make it available at the Plan, tenant is signed up with.

A regular license can be used in SaaS module, as its purpose is to create a SaaS business environment.
Individual modules can use separate licenses for each copy or an extended one.

I would like to know if it is possible that the module would enable two-way IMAP communication. So that the display of received and sent mail would be identical in Perfex CRM as, for example, in MS office?
This is an one-way communication module. While it can be customized in order to provide a two-way IMAP sync experience, this is not a factory default setting.
Can you help me arrange two-way IMAP communication after purchasing the module?
Thats something for which, custom development is needed and unfortunately it is not covered within the support pack of this item’s purchase.

I have created a dev instance for stage for you but I am unable to apply my license. How can I apply my license to activate in dev instance?
You need to flush your license key first through our support portal’s license reset system. Every license can be used in a single instance.
Is it possible to convert emails to tickets? or tasks?
Our team will release an update soon, that allows Emails to be converted to Leads and assigned accordingly.
Tickets and Tasks are not under a big demand at this time, so their implementation will be done in a future release.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

In which error are you referring to? Our module shall work just fine – the same way it does for almost two thousand purchasers.

Hello, After I updated the PerfexCRM at the latest version (v. 3.1.1), I no longer receive emails in the inbox in the Mailbox. I updated the Mailbox module to the latest version but the issue persist. Sending emails works. Thank you!

It seems I can’t open a ticket, probably because my support period has expired.
Pre sales question:
1. If i setup mailbox for everystaff and when they compose the email from which email id will the email be sent? as per my understanding the mail will be sent from the main email account not staff email account.
2. If i use your advanced email setup with mail box will the mail then be sent from staff email account?
3. we use google workspace will this module work there?

Outgoing settings of Perfex is being used for sending out the emails.
Advanced Email System nodule will. Override this behavior, yes.
If your Workspace account allows IMAP remotr connections, it will work fine.

Our module works with every service that ia providing IMAP server acces. Just ensure that you have unrestricted IMAP access in your account.
I deactivated the add from one domain and transferred it to another domain and activated it, but unfortunately it did not activate Is this a problem? How is it activated?
