I hope you’re well. We run a driving school with two cars: one automatic and one manual. We need a booking system for our WordPress site that ensures no double-booking of our cars.
Specifically, if a customer books the automatic car from 9am to 10am, the system should prevent anyone else from booking the automatic car during that time. The same should apply to the manual car.
Additionally, our payment options include using Square, which has a 1.94% fee, or direct deposit. We also offer discounts for multiple bookings:
5 to 9 lessons: 5% off 10 or more lessons: 10% off Package pricing for a set number of lessons and a drive test has its own specific rates.
Could you please let us know if your plugin can manage these requirements?
Thank you
Hi there.
Thanks for your message.
You should be able to set the cars as dummy/placeholder staff member. Each of the staff members will have their own schedule. The system will offer the schedule of the selected car (staff member) in the Timestep. Once the staff member is booked for a particular timeslot for a service, that staff member and service are no longer available.
For example, if staff member Superstar is booked on Tuesday at 10 am for service Awesome then staff member Superstar is no longer available on Tuesday at 10 am for any other services she provides. Likewise, other customers will not be able to book service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, unless other staff members are set to provide this service.
However, there are available add-ons designed to offer versatility to accomplish preferred features in different scenarios.
For Square payments, please check this link https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/8608354151698-Square-Payments.
For discounts for multiple bookings, please check if the Bookly Packages Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003045634-Packages-Add-on will work with this requirement. It allows you to offer package deals for your client’s favorite services as well as add an optional discount on packages. So you will need to create a simple service for the price of the packages then your client will have to book their first appointment right away in the front-end booking form. And then you assign the packages in the back-end so your customers can book the rest of the package services later as long as they’re booked within the set validity period. Currently, the default Bookly booking form doesn’t support the booking of packages by your customers on the front end. However, the new Bookly search form is fully compatible with the packages feature – your clients can book the package (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/bookly-pro-v5-0/) of services like standard services. See how it works on our free live demo (https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/packages/book-a-package/).
The workaround, if you use the default Bookly booking form (https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212800185-Publish-Booking-Form), is to give the customers’ user accounts so that when they’re logged in, they can see a list of purchased packages with expiration dates, details, and the ability to schedule the rest of the package services. Please check this article for online access to booking for clients: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212455529-Online-Access-to-Bookings-for-Clients.
Kindly note that the packages don’t work and are incompatible with the following add-ons. 1. Bookly Group Booking Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000259594-Group-Booking-Add-on 2. Bookly Custom Duration Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on-
However, if you have both the Bookly Packages Add-on and Bookly Group Booking Add-on installed, your customers can still book the simple services with the group booking capacity. But the services in the package can only be booked by a single person.
I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/add-ons/, such as Bookly Packages Add-on, are designed to provide extra flexibility and features to Bookly Pro. To use these add-ons, you’ll need to have Bookly Pro installed and activated, as they complement the main Bookly Pro plugin. When you install them, your booking form will look just like the demo.
Before making a purchase, we recommend checking out our demo: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/packages/
Or try the sandbox on a live website to get a better understanding of how Bookly Pro and its add-ons work together. You can access the sandbox mode by going to this link: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/create-your-free-sandbox/, entering your email address, clicking on the “Configure” button, and following the steps you’ll receive in your email.
If I am off-base, you need additional help or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please email us at sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #298258 so we can look into this matter for you.
Many thanks,
Richel

help me know if it is possible?
Create a user registration form, even if parallel. however, this user is registered, and in the management area, this user created in this form can be linked to a booking date and time management.
The focus I need is that I have a user registration database, and these users are managed in their schedules, and that these users can see their schedules.
Hi there.
Thanks for your message.
Although Bookly has the ‘Create WordPress user account for customers’ feature wherein when enabled it creates WordPress user accounts for all new customers, it isn’t a registration form. Perhaps the following add-ons will suffice as a workaround.
Bookly Customer Information Add-on Bookly Tasks Add-on Bookly Customer Groups Add-on Bookly Packages Add-on
The Bookly Customer Information Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001696154-Custom-data-in-client-s-profile-Customer-Information-Add-on- allows you to extend a customer profile with additional data about the client which gives you the option to create various types of custom fields with different questions, collect the required information, and will be available right in the Customers section in Bookly. The ‘Ask once’ setting allows you to display custom questions once. So it won’t be displayed for clients who are authorized WordPress users during the next booking session. Hence, the ‘Create WordPress user account for customers’ in the “Bookly > Settings > Customers” section needs to be enabled so WordPress user accounts are created for all new customers. So you should be able to collect all pertinent data from the new customer.
With the Bookly Tasks Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013214654-How-to-skip-time-slot-selection-Tasks-Add-on-, you can allow customers to create tasks with no date and time selection and set up corresponding notifications so that one of the admins or authorized staff members will assign the customer to a Customer Group. For example, a customer booked the service (task) called Register, an email should send out to the admin or staff member to assign the newly signed up customer into a customer group, for example, called Registered Users.
There are several types of triggered and scheduled notifications that can be done via Bookly, with the purpose of keeping clients and staff in the loop of appointment status updates and reminding them of upcoming events. Please check these articles for more information and instructions. Notifications Overview: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212411249-Notifications-Overview Set Up Emails: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212997905-Set-Up-Emails Customize Notifications: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212411309-Customize-Notifications How to configure CRON to send scheduled Bookly reminders: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015017400-How-can-I-configure-CRON-to-send-the-Bookly-reminders-
The Bookly Customer Groups Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000201873-Customer-Groups-Add-on will allow you to create and manage Customer Groups for different administration purposes such as arranging your customer list by type for advanced sorting based on their loyalty, the frequency of appointments, provided information, interests, offering promotions to certain clients, or setting particular limitations: set the service visibility based on a customer group. So you can create services that are only viewable and bookable by customers in a certain customer group, for example, called Registered Users.
While Bookly Packages Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003045634-Packages-Add-on allows you to offer package deals for your client’s favorite services as well as add an optional discount on packages. So you will need to create a simple service for the price of the packages then your client will have to book their first appointment right away in the front-end booking form.
And then you assign the packages in the back-end so your customers can book the rest of the package services later as long as they’re booked within the set validity period. Please note that the rest of the package services can only be set up in the back-end for now and customers cannot book these from the front-end yet. So the workaround is to give the customers’ user account so when they’re logged in, they can see a list of purchased packages with expiration dates, details, and the ability to schedule the rest of the package services. Please check this article for online access to booking for clients: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212455529-Online-Access-to-Bookings-for-Clients.
Kindly note that the packages don’t work and are not compatible with the following add-ons yet. Bookly Group Booking Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000259594-Group-Booking-Add-on Bookly Custom Duration Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on-
So you can create packages that are only viewable and bookable by the customers in the ‘Registered Users’ customer group.
The default fields that you can ask from the customers in the Details step are name, phone number, email address, birthday, customer’s address, and the Terms & Conditions checkbox.
You can use the Bookly Custom Fields Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003963514-Custom-Fields-add-on to create customized questions that clients can fill out during the booking process, enhancing the reservation details within your Bookly Calendar.
Here are some key features of the add-on:
1. Customized Questions: You can create different types of questions that clients need to fill out during the Details step before confirming their booking.
2. Integration with Email Notifications: Reservation details captured through custom fields can be seamlessly integrated into email notifications for both staff members and customers. The {custom_fields} code can be added to the email body to include this information.
3. Conditional Display: The add-on supports setting conditions for displaying specific custom fields based on the selection or non-selection of values in other custom fields. This is available for Checkbox Group, Radio Button Group, or Dropdown types.
4. Backend Appointment Editing: If you create an appointment via the backend, you can add information for custom fields by clicking on the customer’s name during appointment editing.
For example, you can configure a custom field for the question, “Are you booking an appointment for yourself?”. If the answer is yes, it goes to the next step. However, if the answer is no, then another custom field will pop up where the customer can enter the name of the person the appointment is booked for.
-a user at the “Manager” or “Employee” level will be able to create and adjust some appointment schedules that they will have Please check if the Bookly Staff Cabinet Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003349989-Staff-Cabinet-Add-on will work for this requirement. It will allow your staff members/employees to manage their schedule (including days off), bookings, calendars, personal details, services, and prices, create appointments, and export their calendar information into a CSV file without access to the WordPress admin panel. However, please note that the creation of services is, at this time, possible in the back end through admin only. And currently, it is impossible to forbid the staff to edit their appointments.
-“Customer” users can check in an manager panel outside the WordPress panel, how their appointments are in the system If you’re looking for a way to let your customers access, manage, and delete their details and appointments, you might want to consider the Bookly Customer Cabinet Add-on. You can find more information about it here: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005099314-Customer-Cabinet-Add-on.
With this add-on, your customers can have their own user accounts, where they can check out their appointment history. They’ll see all the nitty-gritty details of each appointment, like the date, time, employee, status, price, and more. The cool part is they can even reschedule or cancel their bookings. This helps you stay compliant with GDPR requirements since it gives your customers control over their personal information, and they can even delete their customer profile if they want to.
Each staff member has their own unique schedule. When a customer books a specific time slot for a service with a staff member, that staff member becomes unavailable for that time slot for any other services. For example, if Superstar is booked for Service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, she won’t be available for any other services at that time. Likewise, other customers won’t be able to book service Awesome at that specific time, unless another staff member is assigned to provide that service.

We use Microsoft 365 within our organization and use Microsoft Teams for our communication. Is there a plan to include Teams Meet (an alternative to Google Meet)? I can also think about payment for this development.

Need 1 Form:
Create a “frontend” form for users to register through a public URL. And that they are already created in the “Customer” role But I can customize the fields like these:
• Name • RG • CPF • Date of birth • Address • Parish you attend • Telephone (which is always filled in using the same universal pattern) • email
After this user is already registered as an “Customer” user, a user at the “Manager” or “Employee” level will be able to create and adjust some appointment schedules that they will have. These adjustments and schedule creation are also done in a personal panel outside the Wordpress panel.
And these “Customer” users can check in an manager panel outside the WordPress panel, how their appointments are in the system.
But the first focus now is what is the best way for me to create this registration form with a public url, with custom fields, so that this registration already has the user in the “Customer” role so that when registered, it can be used for creating schedules and organizing appointments.
Can I do something like this using this plugin?

Hey,
I found issues with your latest update. Your latest Bookly Pro v7.8 disabled Bookly Custom Fields, and the tab is completely missing.
Fortunately, I downloaded Bookly Pro v7.7 from Codecanyon and re-installed it and Custom Fields reappear. However, Bookly Files cannot be activated without v7.8. Please check.

Glad that the issue with regard to Custom Fields (add on) has been resolved with the latest Bookly Pro v8.0. Thank you for the prompt action.
Hi. I wonder if you can help. We have used Bookly PRO for some time. We have several custom fields set up. Following a recent update, our custom fields appear to have gone. Have you changed what is included in Bookly PRO so that we now require the Custom Fields add-in in addition to Bookly PRO to use custom fields? I’m a little confused as we definatley had these set up and running. I asked a question about custom fields in the Bookly PRO comments (here) a few years ago so must have had access to this feature. Has this changed or how can I check if I have this add-on? Thanks if you can help clear up my confusion.
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Please be advised that we never remove existing features from the default paid version but keep enhancing the plugin’s functionality by adding new features to Bookly. Some features were released as add-ons more than a year ago but all customers who bought Bookly before this, retained purchased functionality with no additional charge. Probably you’ve been trying to update Bookly using FTP or there’s is another issue. Please follow the link below to create a support ticket, so we can look into this matter.

With this plugin or an addon is it possible to have a special area where partners can login and book the same service at a discounted/custom price?
Hi there.
Thanks for your question.
Please check if either the Gift Cards feature or the Bookly Coupons Add-on will work for this requirement.
The Gift Cards feature https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/9204620412562-Gift-Cards is one of the Bookly Cloud Products, and you can find more information about it here: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015908619-Bookly-Cloud-Products.
With this feature, you can issue vouchers and offer them to your clients as a payment method in the Bookly booking form. Each gift card comes with a predefined deposit that your customers can use when booking a service. If the service price is less than the gift card’s balance, they can use the remaining amount for future bookings.
Here’s a quick overview of the Gift Cards features: Create customer-specific gift cards Generate gift cards for specific services or staff members Add a series of gift cards instantly Set a validity period for the gift cards Send notifications to clients or staff members about the purchased gift cards
If you assign a specific customer to a gift card, it will be available only for that customer. Additionally, you can enable the ‘Send notifications’ option, and if you’ve set up the relevant notification, your customer will be notified about the voucher they can use for booking appointments.
Regarding notifications, Bookly offers various triggered and scheduled notifications to keep both clients and staff informed about appointment status updates and upcoming events. You can find more information and instructions on notifications in these articles: Notifications Overview: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212411249-Notifications-Overview Set Up Emails: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212997905-Set-Up-Emails Customize Notifications: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212411309-Customize-Notifications Email and SMS Notifications Video: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008526140-Email-and-SMS-Notifications Set Up Text Messages (SMS): https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212411289-Set-Up-Text-Messages-SMS- Text Message (SMS) Rates: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/212997925-Text-Message-SMS-Rates How to configure CRON to send scheduled Bookly reminders: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015017400-How-can-I-configure-CRON-to-send-the-Bookly-reminders-
While the Bookly Coupons Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003939373-Coupons-Add-on lets you give clients promo codes for discounted services. They can use the codes during the payment part of the booking process.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/add-ons/, such as Bookly Coupons Add-on, are designed to provide extra flexibility and features to Bookly Pro. To use these add-ons, you’ll need to have Bookly Pro installed and activated, as they complement the main Bookly Pro plugin. When you install them, your booking form will look just like the demo.
Before making a purchase, we recommend checking out our demo: https://booking-wp-plugin.com/demo/coupons/

Our SMS confirmation system stopped working. Is anyone experiencing same issues?
Hi,
The SMS function is not working anymore. I see this error when sending a test SMS:
Type error: argument 1 passed to smsapi\proxy\http\native::getstatuscode() must be of the type array, null given, called in /home/web/bookly/sms.booking-wp-plugin.com/vendor/smsapi.com/php-client/smsapi/proxy/http/native.php on line 49
Can this be fixed asap?

Do you consider upgrading Bookly Pro or any add-on to add seasonal price?
That would be nice to include an extra ($ or %) based on the date.
Hi there.
Thanks for your message.
This is not possible at the moment. However, here’s a workaround for the situation: you can create dummy or placeholder staff members specifically for holidays or special occasions. These staff members will only be available during those particular times, and you can set different pricing for them to reflect the holiday rates.
Conversely, for your regular staff members who work on standard days, you can set their availability to “Day off” during holidays or special days when they won’t be working.
This way, you can effectively manage staff availability and pricing to accommodate both regular days and special occasions without much hassle.
If I am off-base, you need additional help or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please email us at sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #297821 so we can look into this matter for you.

That’s a good idea I didn’t think about. Thanks.
Hello, We know that Bookly Pro lets customers when booking an appointment to register with Wordpress but we have an issue and we wish to show the Booking registration form only to previously registered users (Users should first register to bookly pro and then only access the booking form) but we do not find how to do. Would you please advise. Thank you
Hello,
Thank you for your message.
If you want to display booking form only to registered customers, you can use one of these plugins:
Simple Page Access Restriction – https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-page-access-restriction/ User Access Manager – https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-access-manager/
These plugins enable you to limit access to any content on your site so that it’s only visible to registered members.
Thanks!

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
Right now, such option is not supported. You can leave your request here: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/boards/feature-requests and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release.

Hi, hope you are well.
This is the page where i have an issue. https://abdullahs42.sg-host.com/book-appointment/
I have an issue with the colors and was hoping you can help me out with it. I have been on it for hours and nothing works. When you go to the date selction page, everything is in blue and i cant seem to change it.
I want the background of the time slots to be in white and text color the same. Same goes for checkout page, where it looks very bad. I am referring to the weird border and blue on the remove item button.
Another question that i have is this plugin compatible with Polylang? i want to translate it to Arabic. Would the free version work?
Last thing, how there a way after selecting the date and time, we move to the checkout page, instead of the cart

Yes, Bookly is compatible with Polylang.

Currently, this is not supported. All customers will be redirected to the WooCommerce cart.

Hello Bookly team!
The plugin looks great and I have already installed and tested the free version. Unfortunately, I still don’t understand which additional plugins I need to buy. Does the pro version include everything I can get with the other individual plugins?
Is there an overview of the functions and what other plugins I need for this?
Best regards Jan
Hi Jan,
Thank you for your message.
You can generate your demo version which goes with almost all additional plugins to see if Bookly suits your needs: https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/create-your-free-sandbox/ Add-ons can be activated in the Plugins section.
Thanks!

Hi support team,
I am having some trouble with the email notification settings in Bookly pro. Due to some changes within the business practices, different emails have been inputted in different areas. This leads to a couple of issues, if you could kindly advise on the following:
1) Email notifications are not being distributed to clients or admin staff (for booking notifications or any type of notifications.
(Test notifications “when selecting the test option” blank test templates are received to “brilliantremoval@gmail.com”)
2) The default admin email should be “bookingsteam@brilliant-removals.com” for any type of admin or primary role. All test notifications and support contact should be sent to this email address but this cannot be changed.
3) Within the email notification code template, within the “Header section” the email is listed as “contact@bangloriuminteriors.in” which is incorrect and again should be listed as “bookingsteam@brilliant-removals.com”
4) When trying to contact the support team via bookly, our email address for support to respond to us to is listed as “bookingsteam@brilliant-cleaner.com” , again this should be listed as “bookingsteam@brilliant-removals.com”
I appreciate this is not a single issue and various factors are involved, if you would like me to provide screenshots to help assist with this query please let me know how I can send these through.
If you can please advise how I can rectify these issues as I’m eager to get Bookly initiated and customer facing as soon as possible.
Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Charlotte Bookings Manager Brilliant-Removals T: 0203 488 9373 E: bookingsteam@brilliant-removals.com
I can also be reached at “brilliantremoval@gmail.com” – however this email is not used for managing our bookings.

Dear Envato,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request a refund for the plugin I recently purchased from your company. Unfortunately, I have decided not to use the plugin as I have opted for a different booking software that better suits my needs.
Could you please process the refund and return the amount to my PayPal account? My PayPal email address is info@kreativkop24.de.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,

I have a studio place and I would like my customer to book the studio using your pluging but I have a prepurchase question. I want to upload files like podcasts, shooting photos, live streaming video files in each customer dashboard, when they use my studio after they booked. So they can download their files directly instead of me sending them by e-mail. Is it possible by using Booking Pro Files Add-on ?
Hi there.
Thanks for your question.
I’m afraid this is not possible at the moment. However, we’re constantly working on improvements and value all feedback. That’s why we’ve created a Feature Request forum: https://ideas.booking-wp-plugin.com/. The forum is where we track requests for new capabilities, and our product development depends directly on the number of votes each request receives. We encourage you to record a request that best fits your business needs.
If I am off-base, you need additional help or have additional questions/clarifications about this, please email us at sales@bookly.info and mention Ticket #297470 so we can look into this matter for you.

Hello!
I have a two part pre-purchase question.
We offer to book a sports ground for minimum 1 hour and half an hour increments after that, for example 5 to 6, 6 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 10 PM.
Question 1.1:
Now suppose someone books the ground for 1 hour – 5 PM to 6 PM. And someone else wants to book the ground from 6:30 to 7:30. They shouldn’t see the timeslot to book from 6:30. So that the empty time between 6 PM and 6:30 PM is not wasted. They can book from 6 to 7 or 7:30 to 8:30 PM or even 10 to 11:30 PM. So that there aren’t any empty 30 minute slots which leads to revenue loss. Is there a feature which allows us to add some logic to the slot availability so that there are no 30 min gaps between bookings?
In other words, The time slot from 6:30 PM should not be available if a previous booking is for 5 to 6 PM. Only 6 PM onward slots should be available to book – for example 6 to 7, 7 to 8, 7 to 8:30, 7:30 to 8:30, 8:30 etc. Again, if there is a previous booking for 5 to 6, and someone books from 7 to 8:30, then the 9:30 slot should not be available to book.
I hope I was able to explain this.. if you need any clarifications, please ask.
Question 1.2:
In case the above functionality is not possible, could we charge the customers for that empty 30 mins between bookings if they want to book the 6:30 slot?
Say we charge $100 for 1 hour. Someone books 5 to 6 PM slot for $100. Along comes another customer and they want to book the 6:30 slot. Because the difference between last booking and the current booking they are trying to make is 30 minutes, additional $50 is added to their booking amount to make up for the empty 30 minutes. A note is displayed on the payment screen saying that additional charge for 30 mins payable or a separate sub-total row is displayed.
If they change the time to 7 to 8, the prices go back to $100.
Hi there.
Thanks for your message.
Could you check if the Bookly Custom Duration Add-on https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on- is a good match for this specific requirement? With this add-on, you can create services with flexible durations. When customers book appointments, they get to choose the length from predefined options, and the price adjusts accordingly. It’s all managed as a single service in the Calendar.
Just a heads up, the Bookly Custom Duration add-on isn’t compatible with the following add-ons: Bookly Packages Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003045634-Packages-Add-on Bookly Compound Services Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001642033-Compound-Services-Add-on Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013222534-Collaborative-Services-Add-on
I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/add-ons/, such as Custom Duration Add-on, are designed to provide extra flexibility and features to Bookly Pro. To use these add-ons, you’ll need to have Bookly Pro installed and activated, as they complement the main Bookly Pro plugin. When you install them, your booking form will look just like the demo.
