without any further clue, it is quite hard to determine the cause and suggest you a solution. Try giving a look at the browser error console to see if any further info is reported. Try also disabling all the other 3rd party plugins to see if any is interfering in any way.
What kind of clue u need.. which cache plugin support your plugin..I am using litespeed .with this plugin issue happen..there is no errors on console
I need a clue on the cause that is generating the issue. The plugin, in a fully working environment, works without any issues. The key is to find what in your installation i preventing it from working. Once you find the cause, you can fix/configure it to avoid any kind of interference. Litespeed might be the cause of the interference.

I’ve discovered some additional information that I believe may be relevant to the problem.
I’ve checked the browser console and noticed that the link to the old staging URL where I was initially testing the site and plugin is still being referenced.

it seems a caching issue. Try to just perform a clean installation. Deactivate and delete the plugin and then reinstall it. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any configuration.

The plugin generates the url of the assets by invoking the WordPress native admin_url() function.
Please make sure you have not altered the admin url generation in you wp-config.php by defining some constants like WP_HOME or WP_SITEURL.

Hi, Yes it seems that some 3rd party plugins are including their JavaScript libraries on the configurator page and those are generating errors.
If you are able to create, edit and delete fields, con can safely ignore that message. Otherwise you need to find which plugin is generating the error and report to its developer to fix it.

Uploads are not getting to the server or listed on the product page, I’ve configured the upload field and it appears on the desired product pages. I can also drag files into the window and successfully upload them. But when I add the product to the cart and checkout, the upload does not exist. The order page shows zero uploads and the “Uploade Files” status window for that order does saysm “Customer hasn’t uploaded any file…yet”. I’ve spent hours trying different configurations, but get the same result, wordpress 6.5.3 woocommerce 8.6.1

so the iussue is that you do not see any image associated to the product after the upload or that when placing the order, no file is associated with the order?
In the first case, the issue is related to an user session inteference. A 3rd party plugin (or even a server issue) might be resetting the data the plugin is storing in the user session to keep track of the just uploaded files. For this, try enabling this option: https://nimb.ws/YrZ0sFc . If it doesn’t help, you need to find the cause of the interference and fix it.
In the second case, it might be the user is not properly landing on the thank you page. In that case, try enabling the following option: https://nimb.ws/sxlc1Md
On the product page I can successfully upload the file and see the file image after upload. I can then add to cart. When I go to cart, I can complete transaction and get to thank you landing page. But, I do not see any windows or fields that contain info about the file uploads once in the cart or during checkout. The Orders page has zero in the download field for that order and the “Uploade Files” status window for that order states “Customer hasn’t uploaded any file…yet”. I tried both settings you listed and they did not resolve the issue,
To see if the image is still associated with the product on the cart and checkout page, you can enable the summary box option: https://nimb.ws/1twV49H
If the images are not displayed once added to the cart, it means that something is interfering with the session management. As reported earlier, something might be deleting the metadata stored in the user session that keeps track of the upload files and the associated products on the cart. In that case, That doesn’t depend on the plugin, so there isn’t anything I can implement to avoid the interference. You need to find the cause of the interference and fix it.
As the last test, try enabling this option: https://nimb.ws/zPrTMGU . The issue might be related to cart management. Something might be altering the default management, preventing the plugin from properly recognizing the product on the cart (and so the associated files).

I see that you support license expired, so it means that you are using the software for more than 6 months. It sounds strange that it stopped working suddenly without any reason and without any further clue, it is quite hard to detect a cause and suggest a solution.

I want to reset the activation code from domain below. I try to activate the domain on a new domain and i can’t. It shows me the message below:
Max number of domains reached! You have to purchase a new license. The current license has been activated in the following domains: myprintshop, unhooked
The Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in only one end product (website), not one end product at a time. This means that the license cannot be migrated from one product to another.
Websites are uniquely identified by the associated domain. Once you register a domain that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.
The plugin activation system, however, allows you to activate the license in two domains (the second one should be for testing purposes). In each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you consumed all these options, you need to buy another license in order to be compliant with the Envato usage policy.

I’ve been testing the live demo. I would like to sell products where you can add/upload a logo (1 image per cart item). Our handling costs to create the customized product should be a fixed fee that is charged once per (variable)product . So not related to quantity. Is this possible with your plugin? In the live demo I did some testing but the fee is always added multiple times when quantity adjusted.
When building something my self I would be using wp-action ‘woocommerce_cart_calculate_fees’ to add a fee in the section cart totals. But my skills are limited
So if your plugin has this option it would help me a lot.

In this way, for each product, the plugin will add only a fee. the value is the one you set in the “Value” field.
If you wish to multiply the fee for the number of uploaded files, you need to leave the “Overcharge limit” to 0.

I’m trying to activate on local install. It says ‘Activation successfully completed!’ then refresh is triggered but get the same activation page loaded. Nothing happened. Any ideas?
(On install I first renamed the downloaded codecanyon zipp to woocommerce-upload-files.zip . When trying to install the plugin by upload on plugin page I got an error ‘POST Content-Length of 14817285 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0’. I had to manually unzip an place it in plugin dir)
Additional info on failing activation: function process_activation() gets 0 on $_POST[‘domain’]. Activation is blocked. Thats because the registration form has 0 as value in hidden input field ‘domain’. The function giveHost converts 127.0.0.1 (taken from $_SERVER[‘SERVER_NAME’]) to result 0. The description says ‘The “localhost” domain will not consume activations’ but it’s not activated at all.
In the function process_activation() variable $domain is set. It checks if ‘domain’ is set in $_POST. If so the variable is set to the POST-value (in my case 0) else it’s set to false. In the next if statement $domain is checked. In both cases ( 0 or false ) activation is skipped.
Is it possible to allow localhost 127.0.0.1 by function giveHost?

I’m sorry, but this is a serve issue more than a plugin issue. You should make sure that your local webserver is properly configured in order for the $_SERVER[‘SERVER_NAME’] to return your final domain or the localhost alias.
hello, the “Display the last order upload fields on the My Account dashboard” feature works well with legacy order storage, but doesn’t work with High-performance order storage enabled. This is probably because in your WCUF_Customer class in get_current_customer_last_order_id() you use old style ‘meta_value’ and ‘meta_key’ for wc_get_orders() instead of ‘customer’ or ‘customer_id’ arguments

sure, added a 5 star review. But I found another thing, with php 8.1+ your plugin outputs deprecation warnings (ofc with WP_DEBUG enabled) related to Google/Collection, could you check it?
And the last downloadable version at codecanyon is 78.9 while I can update to 79.0 from wp admin. But maybe this is related to codecanyon moderation

Yes you can try, but it should not change anything. It seems that your WordPress core is not trigger the updater action (that is the one to which the plugin hooks to check if new updates are out and eventually notify).
Could you try to install any plugin from the repository? Plugins -> add new then serach for any and install. This should force the updater to check new updates.
Installing a plugin didn’t help but I found a solution. It started showing an update prompt when I switched from php8.2 to php8.0, and the prompt remained in place when I switched back to 8.2. But there are still 2 deprecations left (either with 8.1 or 8.2):

I’m sorry, but those warnings are not referring any specific script that is part of the plugin package.
Note also that deprecated warnings are not errors. It means that no script is prevented from being executed. You can eventually disable those displays via PHP copnfiguration.
yeah, I’m ok with that and don’t urge you to fix it rn. But it seems like the warnings are somehow related to `new WCUF\vendor\vanquish\admin\ActivationPage()` in wcuf_init_act(), if I comment this line the waringins are gone

Hello there again I have problem with a pop-up windows that shows up whenever I leave the product page telling me that a file needs to be uploaded. Sometimes it wont even let me leave the page. It could be that some 3rd party plugins are interfering. It could be that they are including some javascript that is making the browser javascript engine crash. This prevents the browser from properly executing the WooCommerce Upload files javascript libraries leading you to experience this behavior.
However, in order to exclude any plugin malfunctioning, try to recreate your scenario in the following clean installation: https://codecanyondemo.work/wcuf/wp-admin/ (user: demo, pass: demo) and report to me how to.
If not experiencing, it means that something in your installation is definitely interfering. In this case, try giving a look to the browser error console to see if any further clue is reported. Try also to disable the other plugins one by one until you find the interfering one. Once done, you need to report to its developer in order to fix it.
Hello, I turned off all plugins except woocommerce, and the issue persists. It started when I updated the plugin, then it suddenly keeps popping up. I tried to reinstall the plugin but it didnt work. I also dont know how i can restore orgiinal settings or reset the plugin. I even switched the theme to a different one (Twenty Twenty-Four i think). The demo with the settings also works strange. It seems that the settings of mandatory section don’t really work.

I just add a new field, mark it as required, and it is visible in product page. Everything else is default. In plugin settings, “Show the required upload message in case of mandatory upload fields” is No and “Allow user to leave page in case of required field” is always. I didnt change anything else.
I found out that when I change wordpress language to english, the problem disappears. But when i change it to polish, the problem is there. That seems to be the problem somehow.
There seems to be the issue with the plugin only in polish language, i cannot check with the demo because i cannot change the language there
Are you using WPML as multilanguage plugin? Could you check the browser error console to see if any error is reported in there (The error log can be opened in Firefox by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+K, In Chrome: CTRL+F12)?
