ITS A SCAM
The plugin doesn't work on mobile phones at all. It is even written in the description that mobiles are not supported. Although in the graphics he lies and says it's responsive.

with 95% website visitors using mobile these days, do you really want to buy a plugin which doesn't work on mobile?

As can be tested via the demo site, the plugin properly works on both desktop and mobile environments.

The user is using the software in conjunction with 3rd party plugins that might be interfering (for example defining some CSS rules that prevent the plugin CSS from properly rendering the upload areas).

In order to properly identify the cause of the issue, it was asked the customer to perform some tests. He didn't even care to answer.

This plugin has everything that I need for my woocommerce website. I tried several free alternatives before, but none of them were really that good.

I'm not a great fan of using a public chat channel for support from a developer. This is not good for GDPR and sharing public information that should be kept private. BUT having said that, once the support case has been logged via the chat method the speed of response and the quality of the support is exceptionally good. within less then 24 hrs the issue was identified and a new update of the plugin released, ready for download

I'm sorry to read about that, but in general, a plugin is not designed to work with any existing 3rd party plugin.

By default, if a plugin has specific support for 3rd parties, it is reported on the plugin description page. This, however, was not the case.

In your specific case, if more than one year using the plugin, you find that a 3rd party plugin is interfering, you should eventually contact their support team in order to fix the interference.

Authors cannot be blamed due to 3rd party interferences or because the software hasn't a compatibility that never claimed to have.
