I saw similar plugins like this available elsewhere at twice the price but after seeing the reviews I chose this one. Parts of the plugin did not work to my initial expectations and after going through the support option the Author of the plugin adapted the plugin to make it work how I would like.
I have no doubt I would not have received that service elsewhere.
The options of single uploads for some items and multiple uploads for others make this very flexible per product as well as the ability for your customers to leave specific notes for the product. The notes and the images appear within the order and marked against the products so you know straight away what applies to each product.
There is a host of options you can configure within the backend, most of which I have left as default. Creating the upload fields is fairly simple and you can apply an upload field to one product or multiple products.
Flexibility is the key word with this plugin and within an hour of installing I had an order without having to have various email discussions with a customer to confirm their requirements. You won't regret installing this plugin.
