it sounds very strange. It could be related to the domain, it could be that the software is not properly recognazing it. I need to perform some further tests to understand the cause and then fix it.

If you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:
  1. your email address
  2. full admin access to the wp-admin area
  3. FTP access

I can perform some further tests to see if it is possible to determine the cause.

If you are experiencing any issue while activation, make sure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Ensure also that there are no 3rd party plugins interfering with the activation. Try eventually to disable them.

Hello Vanquish, I bought your Plugin and it seems to be working mostly. I have just one issue. Whenever I add the upload field to the single product pages, it is really inconsistent. Sometimes I upload an image and it gets displayed there, when I then go to the cart or checkout the image is dissapeared and it wasnt uploaded. Sometimes I upload an image and it wont even get displayed for preview, its also not in the cart or checkout page. Im not sure what is causing this. When I upload the image on the cart or checkout page, everything works perfectly.

Hi, the warning in the error log can be ignored (it still refers to a deprecated message).

For what concern the issue with the javascript, your server seems to be loading the file from http://dev.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-upload-files/js/vendor/croppie.min.js?ver=6.5.3 but the right path should be http://dev.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-upload-files/js/vendor/cropper/croppie.min.js?ver=6.5.3 (is the domain alive? because if I try accessing that URL it sees the domain is not registered).

Please make sure you are running the latest 79.0 plugin version

Note, however, that error is a frontend error (the browser is not capable of loading a javascript). The issue you were experiencing was instead server-related: it is not capable of properly serving it and it happens that it deletes from the user session.

So the direction where you should investigate is that one.

Hey, so I updated the plugin. And managed to get the right file path but its still inconsistent. Can I refund the plugin? Im not sure if I can make it work reliably. Thanks for your help though

Also I just read from another comment that I cant switch the domain of the plugin. Im currently testing on my dev.domain and I later need to convert it to the domain of the customer, so that wont be possible right? I also already used it once in localhost..

I’m sorry, but the Envato refund policy won’t grant a refund for this kind of scenario. The issue you are experiencing is caused by 3rd parties.

You can download it at once via the embedded updater. You just need to renew the support license. Renewal that helps keep the development alive. It would support my job and I would really appreciate it.

Hi, editing the WCUF_Cart.php has been successful. Thank you. Moving the feedback area below the upload section has proven to be trickier. I’m not a developer so i’ll have to leave that and direct customers to add notes at the checkout. Thanks for your assistance.

Hi, I am implementing this plugin for a client. I have multiple issues occurring. Namely: A single file has become stuck and attaches itself to every product added to the cart and there is not way to delete it. Secondly, since the very recent update products can no longer be added to the cart. When you add them to the cart and go to the cart, the cart is empty. If I disable the plugin everything works fine. If you need me too I can share details of the client site to show you they have purchased the plugin.

it’s ok, I have asked the client to paste the same support comment. Oddly, without doing anything the add to cart now works so i’m guessing there is an issue around sessions, timing or something like that.

I’m sorry, I cannot modify the size of the cropper specifically for your needs and include it on the official release. It has to suit all the user needs, not specific cases.

Keep in mind that the support service doesn’t include a customization service. I can point the direction by giving some ideas (where to look into the templates, which CSS rules can be used), but then it is your duty to implement the customization according to your needs.

Regarding the upload buttons, the buttons are managed by the template I’ve pointed out. The button has the following HTML class: “wcuf_upload_multiple_files_button”. try searching for those elements and delete them or try to hide them via CSS.

Sorry, but the size of the smartphone cutter is not a need of mine, if it doesn’t work well for me, it won’t work well for anyone else, I don’t know if everyone who bought your plugin was careful to check all the details in detail, and as I said before , reducing the size of the cutter for smartphones is a matter of making it easier to use the cutter without having to move the cutter to reach the buttons. To be perfect, the change is minimal in size, about 10% to 20% smaller.

Yes, as explained also in the previous emails, this specific aspect depends mostly on the 3rd party javascript library that I cannot modify according to your needs. That library may have some downsizes for mobile, but has several perks that other users appreciate when not working on mobile. Thank you for reporting again, I’ll try to improve this aspect in the future if possible.

You can manually download the software unlimited times from codecanyon. To get the automatic updates via that new feature, you need to have a valid support license. Renewing it contributes to keeping the development and the updates alive and I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi there, every time the Upload field configurator loads we get the message “called console.warn, with 1 argument(s)” in a popup window and the page takes a long time to load. After that page works with no problem. We checked the console on Chrome development tools and the only warning we found, was labeled <other> and wrote “Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: ‘ch-ua-form-factor’.” When we save the changes and the page loads again, the same message. What is this? How can we resolve it?

it can be due to a 3rd party plugin interference. It happens that some plugins are including their javascript libraries in all admin pages instead of just their page.

Hello, please make sure you have not enabled any option to restrict the field visibility (user role, order status, payment gateway, etc.) and that the isn’t any interfering 3rd party software (try disabling the other plugins and temporarily switch theme).

Hi I configured this plugin to load file locally, tried really simple and it doesnt upload the files. it shows the progress bar and then back to the original upload button , I also get a warn on the config page called console.warn, with 1 argument(s). So something is wrong. Its a new purchase and download for the first time Can you please assist.

Hi, unfortunately without any further clue it is quite hard to determine the cause.

First of all try to disable the other 3rd party plugins (and eventually switch the theme) to see if you still experience the issue.

Try also to enable the WordPress debug mode and debug log to see if any further clue is reported on the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.

We tried that as well… Its been working with this same theme for years. All of a sudden stops working ALSO, the updates are constant. Everytime the plugin needs updating, it doesnt work… I set it up to “auto update” but I always have to manually update. We are at the point where we might need a refund and move to another solution if this cant be fixed.

If you wish to receive automatic notification updates as it happens for other plugins for the WordPress repository, please update to the latest 78.5 version you can download from codecanyon (this new version requires reactivating the software). Once installed, you will get a notification via the Plugins area once a new version is ready.

I have a valid and active support license, for the 78.1 update it asked me for my username and code I wrote it and everything works fine, but I want to update to 78.4 and when it asks me for the username and the code it accepts them but the plugin is not activated and It asks me for username and code again, and so on… What I can do? The Google API library is loaded when the plugin is initialized. Please try modifying the upload-files.php you find in the root of the plugin folder. Please try commenting/removing line 128 and 129.
