If you are experiencing any issue while activation, make sure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like Chrome or Firefox. Ensure also that there are no 3rd party plugins interfering with the activation. Try eventually to disable them.
Hello Vanquish, I bought your Plugin and it seems to be working mostly. I have just one issue. Whenever I add the upload field to the single product pages, it is really inconsistent. Sometimes I upload an image and it gets displayed there, when I then go to the cart or checkout the image is dissapeared and it wasnt uploaded. Sometimes I upload an image and it wont even get displayed for preview, its also not in the cart or checkout page. Im not sure what is causing this. When I upload the image on the cart or checkout page, everything works perfectly.

Also. I just added the product to the cart, and in the cart I uploaded the File. When I now proceed to the checkout and then go back to the product page to add another product and go to the cart again, to upload the file for the second product, the image I uploaded before is gone.

Hey vanquish, im still having issues. When I upload an image either one of these things happens. 1. I get an image preview, then go to the cart and its not there anymore. 2. I upload the image and it doesnt even get uploaded. 3. I upload an image and it goes successfully through to the cart. 4. I upload the image and the preview is corrupted and not send to the cart 5. is that the whole message you are getting? It just reports that there is an error, but it should report which error and which script.
Try to disable the other plugins and see if you are experiencing the issue. If not, try to enable one by one until you find the interfering one. Try also temporarly switch the theme, it might be the cause as well.
At last, try to enable the WordPress debug mode and debug log ( https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/ ). To do that insert the following lines in the wp-config.php you find on the root of your site:define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );reperform the test and see if more clues are reported in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder.

I’m sorry, but those are not error but warning about deprecated method (defined by Google in its library) warning are not preventing scripts to be executed (as it happens for errors).

For what concern the issue with the javascript, your server seems to be loading the file from http://dev.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-upload-files/js/vendor/croppie.min.js?ver=6.5.3 but the right path should be http://dev.mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-upload-files/js/vendor/cropper/croppie.min.js?ver=6.5.3 (is the domain alive? because if I try accessing that URL it sees the domain is not registered).
Please make sure you are running the latest 79.0 plugin version
Note, however, that error is a frontend error (the browser is not capable of loading a javascript). The issue you were experiencing was instead server-related: it is not capable of properly serving it and it happens that it deletes from the user session.
So the direction where you should investigate is that one.

Also I just read from another comment that I cant switch the domain of the plugin. Im currently testing on my dev.domain and I later need to convert it to the domain of the customer, so that wont be possible right? I also already used it once in localhost..

For that, you can try editing the checkout_cart_product_page_template.php file you find in the templates folder (inside the plugin folder) moving the code block from 392 to 399 after line 770. You can eventually copy that file in {your_theme_folder}/wcuf folder (so you can update the plugin without worrying about restoring the customization). Please note that this is an untested modification, any issue caused by this won’t be covered by the assistance.

Edi the one you need according to your settings. Hi, I am implementing this plugin for a client. I have multiple issues occurring. Namely: A single file has become stuck and attaches itself to every product added to the cart and there is not way to delete it. Secondly, since the very recent update products can no longer be added to the cart. When you add them to the cart and go to the cart, the cart is empty. If I disable the plugin everything works fine. If you need me too I can share details of the client site to show you they have purchased the plugin.

Each instance will have its quantity and its how files.
For that, you can edit the checkout_cart_product_page_template.php template (you find inside the template folder inside the plugin) and remove lines 400 and 700. You can copy the template into {your_theme_folder}/wcuf folder

Yes, as explained also in the previous emails, this specific aspect depends mostly on the 3rd party javascript library that I cannot modify according to your needs. That library may have some downsizes for mobile, but has several perks that other users appreciate when not working on mobile. Hi there, every time the Upload field configurator loads we get the message “called console.warn, with 1 argument(s)” in a popup window and the page takes a long time to load. After that page works with no problem. We checked the console on Chrome development tools and the only warning we found, was labeled <other> and wrote “Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: ‘ch-ua-form-factor’.” When we save the changes and the page loads again, the same message. What is this? How can we resolve it?

Hi I configured this plugin to load file locally, tried really simple and it doesnt upload the files. it shows the progress bar and then back to the original upload button , I also get a warn on the config page called console.warn, with 1 argument(s). We tried that as well… Its been working with this same theme for years. All of a sudden stops working ALSO, the updates are constant. Everytime the plugin needs updating, it doesnt work… I set it up to “auto update” but I always have to manually update. We are at the point where we might need a refund and move to another solution if this cant be fixed.

From what I see, it seems that something is interfering with the user session preventing the just uploaded data from being properly associated with the user profile.
First of all, download the latest 78.5 version from codecanyon. Delete the one you have installed and install the new one. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any setting. If you still experience the issue, try enabling the following option: https://nimb.ws/6ymsncN
If the issue still persists, it means that a 3rd party plugin or even the theme is interfering. Try disabling one by one until you find the interfering one. Once identified, report to its developer to fix.
If still experience the issue, it means that your server has some issue with the user’s session management. For that, you have to contact the server maintainer to have further assistance.

I have a valid and active support license, for the 78.1 update it asked me for my username and code I wrote it and everything works fine, but I want to update to 78.4 and when it asks me for the username and the code it accepts them but the plugin is not activated and It asks me for username and code again, and so on… What I can do? Hi Carlos, please make sure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser like chrome or Firefox when activating the plugin.

Try eventually disabling the other plugins, one of them might be interfering with the activation process.
If the issue still persists, if you send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:- your email address
- full admin access to the wp-admin area
- FTP access
- a detailed step by step guide on how to experience the issue

Yes the plugin embeds the Google API library to implement the Google drive storage.
Make sure you are not using any other plugin that might be generating interference causing that error (from the file you reported, the issue seems caused by the “woo-social-login” plugin).
Is there a way to disable the embeding of the Google API Library? I do not use the google drive for storage, and therefore do not need the library loaded as part of the plugin.
Its funny but both you and the other plugin developer gave me the same answer about uninstalling the others plugin. I would imagine there could be alot of conflicts with a google api like this.

The Google API library is loaded when the plugin is initialized. Please try modifying the upload-files.php you find in the root of the plugin folder. Please try commenting/removing line 128 and 129.
