Months ago i report to flow flow team a bug with this code (its appears in several sites of plugin code):

Many providers as Siteground (one of biggest hostings in the world) blocks Flow Flow because , this line of code has browser versions and operate system obsoletes.
From Sitegroudn support , they tell me that line was change to:
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/91.0.4472.114 Safari/537.36
Please, when this change will be implemented?

For everyone having the issue with the thumbnails not showing (a constant problem even with the other plugin) this is the workaround that works for me. Hopefully the developer will fix as this has been going on for far too long.

If you connected to Facebook before in plugin admin, press Log out for Facebook connection. Here https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools remove integration with Flow-Flow app. Since API changes on Facebook side, when connecting to Facebook, please be sure to Edit Settings and check Manage business permissions for businesses that own pages and also FB and IG pages you want to use

Can we get at least an answer on the stream not showing the images? It seems many people have this problem. At least a “we are working on it” would be nice, or an eta!
Hi, URLs of pics and videos are expiring on Instagram/Facebook API for security purposes, so they can’t be stored forever. Depending on the feed settings, the plugin will try to refresh links for the last 20 posts or less.

You can also consider our cloud service Boosts: https://social-streams.com/boosts/. It can cache pictures via our CDN, so links will not expire.

Here, https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools remove integration with the Flow-Flow app. Since API changes on the Facebook side, when connecting to Facebook again, please be sure to Edit Settings and check Manage business permissions for businesses that own pages and FB and IG pages (by default, all checked if you don’t have many; you can skip this step).

Hi I’ve followed the steps needed to update the plugin but still get an Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API on instagram. Any ideas whats the cause?
I’ve made a patch this – the problem was that the auth token isn’t attached to the graph string https://graph.facebook.com/{$version}/me/accounts?fields={$fields}&access_token= in FFInstagramOfficialApi.php right now I’ve hard coded it but would be good to have an update.

Sorry, there is no dynamic shortcodes available. The plugin uses manually created feeds.

The flow-flow.zip file contained in the download from Codecanyon generates the error “Incompatible Archive.”

1. Boosts helps in cases when your server can’t handle your feeds because of resources lack. For instance, this can be helpful if you want to run 200 feeds or something.

it works for 8 of my 11 websites, but unfortunately not with 3 instagram feeds. -> no thumbnails are loaded there. but when you click on the post, the images are there in the lightbox.
your instructions worked: 1. log out (facebook connection) 2. delete flow flow app under https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools 3. log in (generate new token) and allow all permissions for facebook and instagram pages
I use flow flow 4.9.6.
