Hello. Could you please clarify these issues.
(1) The live preview button on this page does not work. It shows “Error establishing a database connection.” As a result, there is no way to see how it works before purchasing.
(2) Does your plugin support SSLCommerz payment gateway? See their docs here: https://developer.sslcommerz.com/docs.html Alternatively, will you able to implement this payment gateway as a paid service?
(3) Is it possible to use my own payment gateway for all transactions (instead of tenan’s payment gateway)? I want all transaction go through my payment gateway, and later I will disburse revenue to the tenant’s account after collecting the commission.

Hello, question about the database structure, I’m wondering whether this is scalable or not, you mentioned in another comment that this uses a mix of a main database + a database for each user.
Are the products of each company (titles, descriptions, meta, prices, etc) stored in the same database (as in multi-site) or in different databases (as in multi-tenant)?
Is it like a multisite (unique table prefix for each company) or multi-tenant feature with a unique database for wp_posts & wp_postmeta, or how do you handle the unique data of each company?
Is it necessary to have a VPS or can this be used with shared hosting?

Hi, We bought this plugin and find an issue with the vendor frontend. Its been a week now and they’re just playing with us. They’re blocking our IP’s from live chats, they’re just replying to emails that we’re working. They’re not even fixing the issue and now we’re asking them to refund our amount as we got another plugin with best support and now they’re not even responding to us. As i checked your completed threads on the ticket #510216 and find that you have raised a lot of customization point and our team have resolved it.
We have made many changes specifically for you so that we will be able to maintain a good business relationship.
We have provided you with a lot of custom work that we provide underpaid service.
1. Copying the selected pages on the tenant’s site by default. 2. Copying the selected menus on Tenant’s site. 3. Added setting to select the front display page for the tenant’s site. 4. Added setting to select the default theme for Tenant’s site.
These are the extra features of the plugin and do not come under the default functionality of the plugin.
To maintain a good business relationship with you, we implemented these changes to your instance without any extra cost.
Now you have lost all the customization on your end and want us to do the customization again.
