—>> Currently, Admin menually approve the mercahnt to create the store but if you want automatically so we can do it via customization.

Using the plugin configurations you can custom add a membership of your choice where you can define it’s -

- Name & Code - Memebrship Amount/Fees - Membership Time - Membership color and image

As per you requirement for adding a lifetime/one time payment membership you need to select the Membership time period as indefinite. ——We need to custom add this feature.

Can merchants install their own themes and plugins?

-> The merchants/tenants cannot install their own themes, the primary/super admin can upload the themes and plugin, and the merchants/tenants can activate the same as per their requirements for their online store.

I have read your docs, there is no instruction for them to set their primary domain (company.com)

-> At the time of merchant registration, they have the option to add a domain name of their choice.

The merchants can not add the primary domain name. The primary domain setup is done by the super admin for the complete store.

I have few concerns, so pls do help.

1.) Do you have a plan for OFFER SALE, as it’s too much high cost, there should be some sort of Launch Sale, so can you plan the same. -> Currently there are no offer/ sale running.

2.) Is there any limit for how many sub-sellers can be created in the system. -> No, there are no limit for the same.

3.) As all small sellers, will use. their own gateways and payments, so if install all plugins, can they set their own credentials. -> Yes, after purchasing the membership plan, each merchant/ tenant can manage their own plugins for payment, and shipping as well. So, they will have to use their own respective credentials for their respective accounts.

4.) Can sub-seller, use their own .com domain, instead of sub-parent domain. -> Currently there are no option for the primary domain. You can email us your complete requirements at support@webkul.com and we will get back to you accordingly.
