Hi, some company made our website years ago and they bought and installed Wordpress GDPR for us, but we didn’t have access to the license, so we bought it again.
We have Version 1.9.9 installed, is there any special thing that we have to do in order to update? Is it enough to copy the new version and also install the framework plugin? Thanks

Hi, after a discussion with a Google Ads representative, we understood that it’s a must to implement the consent v2 for the re-marketing. However, I didn’t understand something from your support video. What happens if we use another solution for Google Tag Manager, is that enough, or the GTM code should be inserted in the GDRP plugin? We are using GTM4WP, will the GDPR plugin work as intended like that? Regards
Hi does this plugin need any other plugin to work or installs other plugins? I bought one from codecanyon and it installed acf that was mandatory. Also does it support Consent Mode V2?
All our plugins require our own welaunch plugin for auto updates and the settings panel. This is free. Of course we support consent mode v2.

I’m using Tag Manager for all items except Facebook. For this we use the PixelYourSite plugin.
I added GTM Scripts as stated in the video and the option: Enable Google Consent Mode V2 Support. In the General tab

After updating to v2.0.1 we have detected a Javascript error in browser console:

2 Questions; Just wondering if your plugin has an option to not have the consent box display full screen when the user first visits the website, but just as a box in a corner, with the same links for ‘Agree’ etc.?
Also, can I restrict who the plugin displays for (i.e. only EU ^ California users etc.)?

Hi, Presales question here. I’m comming from a non wordpress system where all consents are logged. I mean, even what type of cookies are consented to my anonymous users and logged in users. (so I can see in the log if the user allowed all cookies, or only essential + marketing for example).
Now I’m creating a wordpress site and looking for the same solution. I see your plugin does log GDPR requests, but I could not see consented cookies log. Does your plugin have this feature and I missed it?

It does not seem to be a consent from an anonymous visitor has this kind of user would not have provided email address at this point.

Hi.This frameowork that the privacy center is built on is giving me errors every time I enable it.
