I have question related to distance between 2 points how it work exactly
as i can see you said below “let me explain how the distance works
to save api calls for google i only call the distance matrix only during placing of order in any other places it will use straight line cause if we use always the distance matrix of google api you will be billed so much this is the problem in old kmrs”
my question here, i can you a distance matrix every where instead a straight line? and if yes where the code i should update it

you need to modify the code for this and i don’t suggest to use it cause the search results will be slow and in all pages cause your calling api for each records and you will pay so much
what you can do is only use it when in the menu page and loading of cart

Hi, Despite my repeated messages and all your guidance, I am unable to generate my invoices automatically. The cron jobs are set properly under task scheduler and I tried to run those manually too without any error but no invoice is being generated. I understand the invoices are generated against completed orders and I set all my orders as completed but still no luck. Do you mind to email me your email address so I can send you my login credentials. I will appreciate if you can help otherwise site is useless for me and I have to discontinue it.

run your cron like every 5mins or 10mins but it will only generate invoice at midnight around 11:30pm
cause many has issue with their server timezone cause your time is different from your server timezone and this is the most issue mostly don’t know what time they need to run their cron jobs so i added a code to only run around 11:30pm

Specifically, merchants are currently unable to add new branches to their existing accounts. Additionally, when creating new accounts for additional restaurants under the same ownership, the system restricts the use of duplicate contact information (phone number and email address) even if they belong to the same owner.
We kindly request your assistance in addressing these limitations. The ability to manage multi-branch accounts efficiently is crucial for our restaurant operations. Additionally, allowing the use of the same contact details for connected restaurants belonging to a single owner would streamline the setup process.

Merchants can create and manage multiple branches from their primary account. Restaurant owners can utilize shared contact information (phone, email) across multiple branches they own.
We’re excited to adopt the new KMRS for its improvements. However, due to maintenance complexities, we prefer a fresh start without migrating old customizations.
Request:
Could you please advise on the best approach to replicate these essential multi-branch functionalities within the native structure of the new KMRS? If direct replication isn’t possible, we would appreciate guidance on alternative solutions or workarounds to achieve a similar multi-branch management experience.

Mate, How the Tags work?
this should work in the search area
on the search it will also do search for tags for food items and merchant
Mate i created Tags in Admin Panel and i chosen these Tags by Restaurant panel, then i searched these Tags in search area but nothing showed.
