We’ve been using your system successfully since 2020 and truly appreciate its functionalities. However, after the recent major upgrade, we’ve encountered a recurring issue with managing multi-branch accounts.

Specifically, merchants are currently unable to add new branches to their existing accounts. Additionally, when creating new accounts for additional restaurants under the same ownership, the system restricts the use of duplicate contact information (phone number and email address) even if they belong to the same owner.

We kindly request your assistance in addressing these limitations. The ability to manage multi-branch accounts efficiently is crucial for our restaurant operations. Additionally, allowing the use of the same contact details for connected restaurants belonging to a single owner would streamline the setup process.

We appreciate your time and look forward to a solution in the upcoming updates.

for your question i don’t think i have branches in old kmrs it was never added in old kmrs

i just planing to add this in new kmrs

can you share screenshot in old kmrs so i can understand what you mean? cause i never added branches for restuarant

Thank you for your prompt response. While I understand the original KMRS did not include multi-branch support, we’ve invested the past three years in essential customizations to accommodate our multi-branch restaurant operations.

Key Customizations:

Merchants can create and manage multiple branches from their primary account. Restaurant owners can utilize shared contact information (phone, email) across multiple branches they own.

We’re excited to adopt the new KMRS for its improvements. However, due to maintenance complexities, we prefer a fresh start without migrating old customizations.

Request:

Could you please advise on the best approach to replicate these essential multi-branch functionalities within the native structure of the new KMRS? If direct replication isn’t possible, we would appreciate guidance on alternative solutions or workarounds to achieve a similar multi-branch management experience.

right now i cannot guide you cause its never been added yet i have plans to add this in the future updates cause this will have many changes in the front end also in backend

I use the platform in France and I would like the main language to be French. Of course I was able to put the translations in French, but to enter a product or other function the main language is always English, how can I put English in the background?

Mate, when i make an order and chose Dinein i can not complete the order if i do not use Room name and Table name that is very Good, but if i use POS i can complete the order with out Room name and Table name, how i can do it like above, screenshot,

I realised that placing an order is taking more time (5 sec or more) since we added the new payment gateway.

I mean even COD payment taking 5 sec or more loading to “track order page”. And I remember it took 1 second before. Same on your demo.

Will you please help me to make it smooth again like before?

first of all this is got nothing to do with the payment added

if cod this will be more faster cause your not calling any 3rd party api

now if you paying like paypal or stripe or any payment that has api it will take more time than cod cause your calling 3rd party api

so its normal

and for track order page this is only getting of order details it does not get any 3rd party api calls

1. I dont see option to set Free delivery on orders over set amount like in old system

2. how can i make “Hand it to me” as the default option for Delivery Option
