Could your extension be compatible with the plugin at https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-prices-by-user-role/8562616? The prices of the product vary according to user groups. Can we export the data based on user group prices when exporting?

We have not tried this plugin yet But most of the plugins save data in serialized format and it’s not filterable so you can’t filter data based on our assumption.

For some reason I can’t sign up for your support system. There is an error. So I am posting here and this is an urgent issue, so I am hoping it doesn’t take a long time like other people are saying.

I am having a problem when importing orders where there is a 500 error (see below). If I run the import again and tell it to update the products on the order, it will then update that order it hung on the first time successfully, but then cause another error at the next order that had a coupon on it…

The plugin generates duplicates every time, and is not because the “empty SKU” problem. I’m asking the support but despite saying they will answer in 48h it’s been two weeks and I got no answer.

If it works, the plugin seems to do the job, but if you have issues… don’t expect much help.

I’m referring to ticket [Ticket #1964] by the way, just for if the author reads this.

Still no support, asked for a refund, no answer… I don’t know but it doesn’t look good.

Hi, I attempted to import a custom post type and custom taxonomy using the Polylang addon. However, I observed that the imported post is unable to establish a connection with the original post or taxonomy during the import process.

I followed the instructions and entered the original language title. Nevertheless, after importing, while it does import in as the desired language, it fails to connect with the original post or taxonomy.

Is there something I overlooked in the original and import post or taxonomy?

Could you kindly provide some documentation regarding this feature? Thank you in advance.

Could you please help me on this since i cant find any documentation on the exact settings to used.

We are trying to import 13,000 products on a daily based to update the stock and prince information.

I would like to know what is the best number of iteration record to used? I already try different value but it takes almost 3-4 hrs to finish the process.

I am used external cron job to trigger it to run.

In the Automatic Scheduling with Background Import tab what is the purposed of Import Interval and Import Interval Start Time?

I cant find this on the documentation page.

The best number of iterations is based on your site configuration. So It will be fully automatic in next update 6.0. I suggest to wait for next major update

Import Interval used for repeat import after fix interval

Hello. Do you have a refund policy for the Woo Import Export plugin? I want to test it and a friend who bought for his site says don’t. He keeps getting timeouts and 10-20 copies of the same product, even though he says he selected skip existing products. (he said he exported data using the same plugin). So I don’t wanna risk it if its going to give me same problems

By default the title is set. If your site post title is not unique then you can use content, ID, Or other option to avoid duplication

Does this plugin support automatic field mapping?
