The plugin is great, does exactly what it should, and support is very good.

jignesh responds quickly, you can ask him questions and (unlike many) you get a fairly quick answer. The action afterwards (to help you) is also fast. If only there were more people like him.

I'm always getting duplicates of everything imported. support doesn't answer. If you use it on a staging site then go live, you;ll lose the license

The plugin did not work as needed for our needs, so it was uninstalled same day as it was purchased. This was explained to the author, but still didnt want to issue a refund without video proof. Not a good experience.

The author (support) replied me very fast and helped me to deactivate my license at my previous website. The previous website had been deleted for a long time. Now, I can reuse my license at the new website. Many thanks to the author.

Even if this module had a big security issue around 4 years ago, with time developer improved it and saved us hours of manual mapping/importing.

Its the BEST plugin for imports and export for woocommerce. A little expensive but it worth it. I try a lot of plugins in my 12 yeas of experience and never see a better than this one.

The support its a little slow because the time difference between countries but always answer and resolve my questions
