Hi chriskress, The open feature works differently, it loads the pdf file from local memory instead of loading from server. The initial file is loaded from the server, so that’s supposed to take some time to load the file. You can take a few steps to reduce loading time:
1. Compress the PDF file using any tool 2. Use a CDN on your website

Presale question: i like that it shows a left sidebar, showing bookmarks on desktop. Is there a way to hide it in mobile, it’s covering half the screen. There is a button to hide it, but it’s not easy for users to find.

Hi. I just installed the plugin and followed all the directions, and when I went to embed and view the PDF in your viewer, all of the formatting was removed and looked like a total mess. I open and view my PDF on my computer and it looks just fine.
