Question 1. Employees’ days off are shown in their shift chart, but overtime is not shown. There is nothing in the reports about overtime either. The most common need for an employee is days off and overtime. Is there a setting for overtime and I don’t see it?

Question 2. Every employee has a Slack-id area on their profile. When the integration is done and each employee installs the Slack application on their phone; Is it possible for each staff member to receive notifications that are “only relevant to him/her”?

I am looking to renew my support but i have a question, can i add any attendance machine device with this application

Some changes I would love to see.

1. Ability to add custom fields to modules like “assets”

2. Ability to set email smtp address for tickets. This way the system can check the smpt address and any email going there can be converted to a ticket.

3. Ability to add assets to clients. (our clients have assets that we service so we need to add assets under each clients and create tasks related to these assets.) (you can also use this for websites or other things as each one can be an asset and you can track how many tasks you had on that assets across one year.) this should be a must have.

4. Forms – maybe i cant find it but we need to create forms that customers can fill out with no login that turn into estimate requests or tickets. We tried 3 other crms and they all have it so maybe I am not finding it.

5. This is something I have never seen in a CRM but would be amazing. Integrate an email client. Each email can be converted to a ticket so all emails go to that ticket. Once that ticket is closed all emails now go to inbox. This would be an absolute killer module for a CRM yet nobody seems to have made this. Than again it would requires users to enter SMTP email details. there are also service our there like mailcheap that can be converted to an app and not use SMTP.

6. This one can be done as I seen it done in laravel cms voyager. But the ability to create other modules with a studio system much like voyager or oboo. Now that would be a CRM to have even if the price was 200$+ it would be worth it.

Anyways i hope some of these make it to the to do list of this CRM it looks cool but sadly all other CRMS seem to do the same thing so we cant really move unless it solves an issues we currently have.

Thank you sending these features for review. These features would make this CRM a top system on the market as these are paid features in systems like ZOHO and 365. Since this is Laravel we can make a lot of these changes ourself but I want all the community to benefit and have this CRM a much better system for all.

Hello, I am having problems installing modules. Is there a way to install them manually?

I am not sure that is bug or feature but this is something which is not good . Client login portal when client access the project There is section called Statistics which show the income and profit for that project .

how is wise to show how much profit we are earning from the project ? Could you help how can we disable it ?

Hello, you’ll notice that I have 2 licenses with you but we’ve just noticed that at the invoice level it’s not complete, you can make an invoice and the customer pays part of it, how is the other part done? If you can look into integrating partially paid invoices, that would be good.

I suggest modifying in attendance importing that the user imports only Clock In, Clock out After that the Software calculates the delay

Hello, presales question. I basically want a task management admin panel with employee tracking with the employee’s live location. Admin creates a task and assigns it to the employee. Employee will login to the app or webapp using their browser and then view the tasks and works on it further. They can chat with the owner for any issues and share files if possible. Everything is so confusing as there are many features included. Does your CRM support this? If so, what should I purchase and how much does it cost for installation and everything? Please help. Thank you!

This is just for a very small company with 1 owner and 2-5 sales agents.
