This plugin is not functioning correctly with Woo Subscriptions. All of my products are simple subscriptions. If I create cart discounts for different pairs of subscriptions in the cart, it does not calculate the correct total amount of all the discounts I create. The settings for displaying discounts as separate line items does not work – it only displays as changes to the original price and the total discount is prorated across the product line items and the total discount is off by half. Please refund my purchase. I will need to find something compatible with Woo Subscriptions

Hi, I love this plugin so far, but i failed to set it correctly in the demo. Pre-sale question: Can I set up a discount to activate when a customer writes a product review? And can I limit it so is only activate 1 time each time the user makes a purchase and writes a product review?

There’s a customer review count condition that you could use to enable a discount based on a number of reviews a particular customer has posted.
There is, however, no way to limit the discount to only apply once per review. I took a note of this feature request and will consider introducing it in the future.

That’s correct – currently the plugin requires a “Buy X Get Y” rule with a different product set as “Y”.
At the moment auto add to cart feature is very limited in its capabilities. We are planning a big overhaul of the entire feature so this may become possible.

Order export will reflect discounts applied in terms of reduced prices and reduced order total. It may not provide full context on which discount rules have been applied though.

A kind suggestion: please consider developing shortcode support. I (and many here it seems) have usecases for shortcodes. My own usecase is I’d love to present the available promotions on a page, using a block or a shortcode.

We have this on our development roadmap.
The slight problem is that not all features will work in all places on a website. For example, some features may work inside the add to cart form but not work outside of it. If we allowed all users to use all features everywhere, we could have lots of negative experiences, bad feedback and repetitive support requests. So if we enable shortcodes for certain features, we must make sure they work correctly in most cases.

I’ve searched all over this forum and in the docs, can someone point me to where I can exclude a product from a cart discount. I have a 20% discount if the cart subtotal is $100 but I don’t want one particular product included in the subtotal if it’s in the cart (already heavily discounted!). It always gets included in the subtotal even if it doesn’t get the 20% off. I need it NOT to be included in the subtotal but I can’t find the instructions to do that has anyone figured this out because using the search of comments here is not helping.

You could try using one of the “Cart item subtotal” conditions, you just need a way to select all other products but the one you are referring to. If you do not have many products, you could try tagging all of them but one and use that tag in conditions. Or if that product is in a category of its own, you could select all other product categories but that one.
I’m afraid there’s no negative/inverted option for those conditions so you can’t tell the plugin to “count all but this one”. The only way to do this is to figure out how to effectively select all other products but still exclude the one in question.

I just need discounts in the cart.
BUT the plugin’s “product discount” features would help me sell more because it shows the discounts better from a marketing point of view.
So far I have created the same rules for Products and Cart but the discounts in the Cart/Checkout are added together.
—> QUESTION: Is there a way to create rules for products, showing features like “Volume Table” “Your Price” but applying them only to the cart?

Hello RightPress, in my country by law, when a product is on sale, I have to show the promo start and end date. I saw in your plugin the possibility of a promotional “Countdown” applied to the rules that have a date frame, however this will not solve my problem. Does the countdown option of the plugin have a way to get the start and end date of the rule applied to the product price? Maybe some action or filter that could be used to retrieve the dates?

I’m afraid the countdown timer is only designed to drive more sales / incentivize customers. It does not allow you to display the start date of a promotion.

It very much depends on a particular implementation of a marketplace system and the level of integration that is required. We don’t have fully tested integration with any particular marketplace system at the moment.
Our plugin allows to enable custom product taxonomy conditions. For example, this allows it to work with product brands plugins and similar. This may enable some functionality on the marketplace sites as well.

Hello, We have a lot of errors in the logs about dynamic princing & discounts. Errors dissapear after the plugin is disabled. In the error log file from public_html we have the following errors:

I am using Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce and want to combine the discounts plugin of yours with it.
My questions before buying are:
I have multiple options with standard price values in it. I want to setup 10% discount on the whole shop. Will this plugin auto update the prices inside the options?
Please test because I bought this plugin on another store where it works perfectly (but i dont have the EPO plugin there). I used this license there for testing purposes but it didn’t calculate the prices.
Please test in your own dev area because I need this. If it works will buy the 2nd license immediately.

The two plugins can work side by side, however, there’s no integration between the two. They can both change price of the product in their own way – the final price may or may not be what you want it to be. That is, if you expect the add-on fees to be discounted or not discounted and the result is opposite, currently there’s no way to change it.
Feel free to purchase a license and we will refund you in full if there’s any compatibility issue.

Hi, I am checking the demo before to buy the plugin, I tried to set a rule to get a free product, added automatically to the cart, but I am not able to make it work and I wonder if there is some bug or I am missing something.
If the product is already added to the cart, I get the 100% discount on the free product, but with the “Automatically add free product to cart” option checked in settings, the product is not added automaticaly. Is this the expected behaviour or something is wrong in the rule I created? Thanks in advance for your time.

This feature requires one specific product to be selected in both “Products – Buy” and “Products – Get” sections. Please try changing it and it should work.

Is it possible to show the lowest price from the quantity rules of a product on the product price and shop page? So if there is a quantity rule that says that if i buy 10-20 the price is: 50 DKK, but if i buy 21+ the price is 45 DKK I wanna show a price like “From: 45 DKK” on the shop page and the product page instead of the standard product price?
