Very good plugin. Just FYI - I am using your plugin with Woocommerce PayPal, but it always display error. Just FYI that just one plugin here https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-advanced-paypal-payments/ is compatible with your plugin. For all other PayPal plugins, it displays error when configure the discount in certain ways.

Certain configurations, especially with numerous rules and discounts, can indeed impact the performance of larger stores to some extent. While we continuously strive to enhance the performance of this extension, there's a balance to strike: increasing flexibility and dynamism often means more real-time computations. We implement caching wherever feasible but there are still things to check in real time.

Support takes 4-5 weeks to respond so that issues are resolved in months instead of days. Even paid support.

Even thought I've extended my support licence, after 20 days of waiting for reply and sending 2 tickets, still no reply.

It's a shame, to have premium support and not recieving the reply in such long time. Some of us already have production website and need to fix problems ASAP, not to wait and beg to help me out with my problem.

Initially there was a serious bug that was making websites REALLY slow after some products added to cart with discount conditions. Although it took a long time, the team finally optimized a little bit the plugin and although there is still room for improvement, it is better now and I respect that effort. In order to deserve 5 stars, keep improving speed. You already have plenty and good functionalities, so my suggestion is that you perform a battery of tests to optimize speed.

Already commented about the support, i gived to the dev some days so see if he will answer, but nope, it seems that he not cares so i will comment my experience also here to help others if they think to buy the plugin.

I Don’t know what to say…. The plugin was working great before some months, after i tweaking some settings i realize that there is a bug in some settings, so i contacted the dev support so they can check it. On first messages that we spoke i was talking with Kirill G. his support was terrible, after that i got a message from Paul S. Here is what he say:

Starting from this week Kirill no longer works at RightPress and I'm going through his open support tickets. I see that you did not receive the best service from my ex colleague - sorry about that.

Regarding the problem - we are aware of it, there's a small bug in the plugin that's causing it. We are going to release a new version of the plugin this month that will address the issue.

After that i send him 2 emails and told him that shits happens so its ok if he plan to release an update within a month, but 5 months have been passed! so i wanted to share this here because i was still waiting for that update and i read some of the last support request here that he is answering that soon will update the plugin… i don’t think that this will happen, i think that he has no plans to make any update. Its ridiculous

In any case, the issue that you were having was fixed in version 2.4.4 - please update it on your server and let us know if there are any problems remaining.

Sent a support request 5 days ago, took them 2 days to reply and ask for FTP access. We need their IP to be whitelisted first and requested it, still no reply. Customer is losing revenue due to the plug-in slowing down the entire webshop and even makes it crash at times.

Version 2.4.4 has now been release and contains quite a few significant performance improvements - could you please update the plugin on your server and see if it works as expected now?

If it does not address the problem in full, please reply to the support ticket and we will take if from there.
