Hi there, we just upgraded from 3.38 to 3.57. Navigation buttons no longer appear on the screen (desktop mode, Chrome and Firefox tested) (and appear to be SVGs). We have downgraded again to solve the problem but please advise if this is going to be fixed in an upcoming version.

Hai, i’ve been using your plugin since 2.xx version, but sadly i am stuck now with 3.17 version. I have 1127 flipbooks on my web (and counting) and approx 90000++ pages in it which I had converted all of them to images with PDF Tools for Real3D Flipbook. When the new version published i always tried to update but always failed due to huge numbers of my flipbooks and pages. I also can’t export it to JSON because it always caused error on my web. Do you had any suggestions for my problem? Thanks a lot

We purchased the plugin you produced. When we enter the relevant purchase code into the license activation screen, it gives an invalid domain error.

we just updated the plugin. Every time we go into the flip book to adjust settings it re-generates every page of the book and we need to wait a very long time until it finishes just to make changes. Is there a way to stop it re-generating on every open of the flipbook? the old version did not do this.

Is there a way to recover older uploads? We updated the plugin some time back and lost access to older flip books.
