please note that if your buying this plugin at this very moment. paypal direct payment doesnt work. that is accepting credit/debit card payment. i have test my paypal cred on a normal php page and the payment goes through easily. but not using this plugin. pay with your paypal account works. that is when u are redirected to sign into your paypal account. that works. but not card payment. i even download their templates and only changed the api creditionals and it didnt work. so it is clearly this plugin. i think everyone should know before you buy. because paypal is important. and this plugin hasnt been updates since August last year.

Apologize for the inconvenience caused. PayPal has discontinued new direct credit card integration and shifted it to the Braintree payment gateway. Please use Stripe payment gateway or Authorizenet payment gateway for direct Credit card payment.
thank you for your response. but why do you have the feature in the app if it doesnt work. why are you selling a product that has flaws. why sell a product with module that are out dated. why havent you update to use the new methods of accepting paypal credit cards transaction. not everyone can get a strip account. paypa is much simpler. you need to update the app asap. dont lose sale for not updating your application.

Unfortunately it’s not in our control and and have third party dependencies. PayPal is still working with their default payment mode.
For CC payment, we have included Authorizenet and Stripe payment gateways.
You can also integrate payment gateway using eForm WooCommerce integration.

Yes, this is possible using our plugin. Formatting of the templates is predefined and submitted data can be sent in the PDF to admin and user as well. You can customize the PDF header and footer through the settings. Changing the layout of submitted data is not possible.

We do not have an approved/disapproved feature but the Administrator can add his remark in the submission and notify the user with the message. Hello I found your plugin because I have a specific situation. The contact form that I used before can’t send emails from form to email, which isn’t site email.
For example, we have site.com. But I want to collect emails to team@mysite.com Is it possible with your plugin, or does it work only when emails are similar to the website address (email team@site.com for website site.com)?

Unfortunately, we do not have control over email delivery as mail delivery mainly depends on your server configuration. It should work properly if your mail hosting server and mail recipient server don’t have any restrictions for email communication.

Apologize for the delay. This is not possible directly but you can display the submitted data by fetching them through the dedicated database table for the form submission using some other plugin or custom script.

I’m interested in creating a registration form for a series of workshops. Each workshop has a limited number of seats, and I need a way to automatically track and update seat availability as participants register. Here’s how I envision the process: Workshop Capacity: Each workshop is designed with a specific number of seats. This capacity needs to decrease by one every time someone completes a registration, ensuring we do not overbook.
Registration Form: The form should collect basic participant information, including:
Name Email Phone City Workshop Selection: Participants can choose which workshop they wish to attend at specific times. For example, a participant might choose workshop “A1” at 10:00 and then have the option to select “A2” and “A3” for other times. Each workshop option is organized into Radio Button Groups (RB Groups) to ensure a participant can select only one workshop per time slot.
Dynamic Seat Availability: As each participant selects a workshop, the seat availability for that session should automatically decrease. This adjustment is crucial to prevent overbooking. Once the seats for a particular workshop are fully booked, that option should either become disabled (unselectable) or display a message indicating no seats are left.
To illustrate, here’s an example of how the workshop options might be displayed in the form, along with their corresponding seat availability:
RB Group: Workshop 1 – TIME 10:00-11:00
A1 – 25 seats available
A2 – 25 seats available
A3 – 25 seats available

Thanks for quick answer. I use version reCAPTCHA v2 (and security code is from that version), eForm v 4.18.0 and WordPress v 5.7.11. I can see that the option actually works correctly on the sample form from You. So l will try to test different settings. So far, I have used the form without reCAPTCHA and everything worked fine.
