Hello i have a pre buy question In the Advanced tab,n ow i have to click on the tab after that tab will open. I want to set the default to open the first tab. Is this possible?

Hi, is there a way yet to fix the row image backgrounds on mobile? On desktop the images are great, but they display incorrectly on mobile and there’s no settings to adjust their positioning and scale etc. If you want mobile image backgrounds to display correctly the only option is to disable the plugin or row backgrounds element and use the standard wp bakery settings.

1. Just FYI, we are the authors/developers of the Ultimate Addons, which extends WPBakery Page Builder. However, we do not control the core WPBakery Page Builder functionalities or elements.
As we don’t have any control over their functionalities, I suggest contacting the referred plugin author.
2. We haven’t encountered the issue you mentioned, as it seems to be working fine with default themes. The fonts also appear to be loading correctly.

Unfortunately – there isn’t any such feature as of yet in our plugin. However, I have added this feature request to our to-do list.

Hi Team, my support has run out but I don’t think this is an isolated issue. Your plugin prevents me from saving parts of my page as a reusable Template. If I disable your plugin, WPBakery starts to work as normal again. As I say this is not an isolated issue as I cannot see anything in my error log.

It appears that you are using outdated version 3.11.0 of Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, but the most recent version is 3.19.19. Could you please update to the latest version and check if that resolves your issue?

Hi Shubham, Sorry that was a typo. I am on version 3.19.19. The version I shared was for another plugin underneath it. Sorry for any confusion caused. The conflict still exists on this version and can only save WPBakery sections as templates when your plugin is disabled. I will try this on a sandbox/local copy of the site and disable all plugins except yours and WPBakery to see if it still does this.

QUESTION BEFORE PURCHASE
Hi,
I need to add tabs to a page and then display a specific, full product within each tab.
This should allow the user to click on tab 1, choose the product variations and add it to the cart. The user should then be able to click on tab 2 and choose the product variations for that product and add it to the cart.
Will your plugin allow me to do this?

Hi, I really need to wrap the Tooltips in a container and no matter what I try (.wrap & .wrapAll) I cant get it to work.
I need to wrap the code below in a div <div class="" hotspot-grid=""> that is just before and includes $tooltip.

I requested a refund because they demand access to my envato account just so I can use the purchase, This is highly abnormal. I requested a refund, they told me that after I download I cant get a refund. .. so now I have a plugin I can’t use because it won’t work properly unless I give them full access to my Envato account! —-—-—- THIS IS INSANE!
