It shows here that your license is expired. When you bought this plugin you knew that if you need technical support then you get it for first 6 months And after that you need to extend your support.
If you demand lifetime support for just $59 then how do you think any company can survive?? Do you get any car,mobile or any normal thing with lifetime free support??

Is there any way to change the email template or use html without breaking the template? I use an HTML template instead of your standard one, but the look of the email sent to the customer is broken, with spaces, because the armember breaks the template. I’ve tried using several HTML templates and they all look like this. Is there any way to use my own template or addon that does this?

I could enable it yet the transaction is Pending and the Bulk Action only has Delete option. There is no way to update that state

1. Yes, all the members will be shown in the member directory listing including those created by the administrator. Regarding “exclude logged in member”, unfortunately, it will not be possible.
2. Yes, ARMember does provide a facility to restrict the posts/pages according to your requirements you you can achieve this using ARMember plugin.
3. If you are referring to the custom fields for the register form then, yes ARMember does provide a facility to add filters for the custom fields too.

Yes, I understand that support may take more than 24 hours to respond, but it doesn’t make sense when the customer notifies that their operation is down, causing significant financial losses because your plugin stops to works. Even when you are aware of this, you respond to the ticket with a generic reply, without assisting the customer.
Now, I have to wait another 24 hours to try to get a new response that truly helps me, and this is despite having 4 licenses with you.
Trust me support staff are doing their best. Its not like that they want to delay intentionally but the level of fees we are charging for the plugin, we have limited staff availability.

I would like to use Stripe for charging a (recurring) monthly fee for my coaching institute. If I use AR Member plugin, will I be able to charge a Registration Fee + 1 month fee for the first month and then just monthly fee only from 2nd month onwards? The one time registration fee needs to I be paid only in the first month.

Yes, you can achieve this using the ARMember plugin by using a paid trial period amount for 30 days which includes amount 1 month fee and registration fee. Also, you can set a recurring amount that will charge after the Trial period ends.
