Perfex CRM has a dedicated customers area where customer can login to view their projects and all the data like invoices, estimate, contracts etc…
You will need to instruct the customer to register to the customers area, or create the customer from the admin area.

I have two questions. my customer would like to enter the prices in an invoice including VAT (not without VAT). This is not possible in perfex? The second question is when the taxes are calculated, is there a rounding function for the prices? I have a price with tax 113.13 but 13 does not work here either 10 or 15

Yesterday we updated to the latest version 3.1.1 and today all staff marked as “is not staff” cannot access the crm after login in, they get a 500 error.
Looking at the development mode I can see two errors:
Message: Undefined property: Dashboard::$tickets_model Filename: tables/tickets.php Line Number: 5
Message: Call to a member function get_ticket_status() on null Filename: /var/www/html/crm/application/views/admin/tables/tickets.php Line Number: 5
I can see that it is a bug in the new version 3.1.1. Is there a way to solve it by ourselves or we have to wait for a new version?

hi, the new update comes with new assets/build folder, and with new compiled app.js (app-v3) in it. unfortunatly we only have the compiled app.js wich is different from the one in assets/js, where can we find the uncompiled one. ?

Need some help on setting up email piping as the instructions are confusing. I’ve created an exclusive email address for each of my departments using IMAP and have confirmed my ability to perform a connection test on each email address.I want to auto import tickets directly. I’ve added a cron using wget q -O https://crm.mydomain.com/cron/index to run every 5min. Your instructions mention Gmail IMAP but I don’t understand how this applies. Is there common knowledge to Gmail IMAP & Perfex I’m suppose to be familiar with? Can someone offer guidance on how to get this working? Any assistance is appreciated.

How to make Main menu collapsed on admin area ? Is there a way to do that on the current version ?
The menu is collapsed on mobile only, at this time there is no option to collapse it on desktop.

I am currently in need of integrating the e-invoice API of some parties. I would like to inquire if PerfexCRM has plans to integrate deeper hook and filter methods into data components in the future?
For instance, orthodox hook functions to interact with output data before displaying. Because currently, if writing a separate module, it may need to independently process the invoice part compared to the official invoice part on PerfexCRM, making maintenance, updates, and future compatibility unstable when the core PerfexCRM changes structure.
