I have two questions. my customer would like to enter the prices in an invoice including VAT (not without VAT). This is not possible in perfex? The second question is when the taxes are calculated, is there a rounding function for the prices? I have a price with tax 113.13 but 13 does not work here either 10 or 15

Yesterday we updated to the latest version 3.1.1 and today all staff marked as “is not staff” cannot access the crm after login in, they get a 500 error.
Looking at the development mode I can see two errors:
Message: Undefined property: Dashboard::$tickets_model Filename: tables/tickets.php Line Number: 5
Message: Call to a member function get_ticket_status() on null Filename: /var/www/html/crm/application/views/admin/tables/tickets.php Line Number: 5
I can see that it is a bug in the new version 3.1.1. Is there a way to solve it by ourselves or we have to wait for a new version?

hi, the new update comes with new assets/build folder, and with new compiled app.js (app-v3) in it. unfortunatly we only have the compiled app.js wich is different from the one in assets/js, where can we find the uncompiled one. ?

Need some help on setting up email piping as the instructions are confusing. I’ve created an exclusive email address for each of my departments using IMAP and have confirmed my ability to perform a connection test on each email address.I want to auto import tickets directly. I’ve added a cron using wget q -O https://crm.mydomain.com/cron/index to run every 5min. Your instructions mention Gmail IMAP but I don’t understand how this applies. Is there common knowledge to Gmail IMAP & Perfex I’m suppose to be familiar with? Can someone offer guidance on how to get this working? Any assistance is appreciated.

How to make Main menu collapsed on admin area ? Is there a way to do that on the current version ?
The menu is collapsed on mobile only, at this time there is no option to collapse it on desktop.

I am currently in need of integrating the e-invoice API of some parties. I would like to inquire if PerfexCRM has plans to integrate deeper hook and filter methods into data components in the future?
For instance, orthodox hook functions to interact with output data before displaying. Because currently, if writing a separate module, it may need to independently process the invoice part compared to the official invoice part on PerfexCRM, making maintenance, updates, and future compatibility unstable when the core PerfexCRM changes structure.

Now Apple pay is not appearing if you chose stripe as a payment method. Maybe because the checkout session is in setup mode or setup_future_usage is set in payment mode. As stripe told us that they stopped displaying Apple Pay in setup mode Checkout Sessions and payment mode Checkout Session with payment_intent_data.setup_future_usage set temporarily (as of Oct 2023).
Any solutions?

How do I set it up so I can upload other document extensions within projects?
I tried to add them to Setup->Settings->Support-> Allowed file extensions. but that does not work in projects it seems.

Hi Dev, Well done with the script. It is very well polished.
After applying a credit note nothing happened. No “credit note successfully applied” or “Would you like to remain on the Record Payment page or return to the View Invoice page?” (where credit note was applied to)
Make sense? It just leaves you hanging not knowing whether to apply another credit note, thus duplicating the credit!
So currently, if I click Cancel will that cancel the previous credit note entered? Or …? Should I click Save? It is not very clear.
It is a shame you cannot just “Apply Credit” and then click Full or Partial or Cancel. You have to enter the amount which introduces human error and extra steps. But if you could just apply a credit from the invoice, without first having to go to the credit note and liinking it to an invoice (when already linked to a client), then that would make much easier and sensible, when a credit note needs to be applied.

You may be able to see all the labour and travel item codes I have created in the system 
On the “Send Payment Receipt To Client” page – is there a preview option? So you can see it with variables filled? Also in the settings > email templates I cannot tell which template to look at as nothing says “Send Payment Receipt to Client”! Is it ””Invoice Payment Recorded (Sent to Customer)””? Not the same name…
There are no email templates that contain the word “receipt” so I do not know which email template to look at. Sorry!
I guess my question is how do you find the template quickly when the names do not match, what is shown in the preview (whichever section of Perfex) before sending? (the pop-up window where you can edit?)

– “Invoice Payment Recorded” should also be displayed on the “Send Payment Receipt To Client” pop-up window. No subject is currently shown which I think leads to confusion.
- When in template manager, please add a preview button w/ regards to a test client (system configured) for all code / preview areas? So you can check if your variable even works!
– Pop-up toast “Email sent successfully”, Deleted / Created / Archived / etc messages in large font for UHD notebook users!
Then a dialogue that says return to previous page / section. ie So you don’t go get coffee, come back and send another “Late payment reminder” or another quote to the same client. 
- I don’t even know how to go back. First time today playing with it. Seems like it could benefit from simple breadcrumbs! eg. Invoice #1234 > Credit note #7654 > Email Notification. So now I can click Invoice and return to what I was doing.
- I noticed when creating an invoice the add line item function was really clumsy. I figured it out after some trial and error. Perhaps have a pop-up show on each page with in-linie help for new users? I then realised to first click the Blue tick to move the blue line down. Then use drop-down to choose an item and then blue button again to add it below. May I suggest adding a background colour around the drop-down and first row of fields?? Just to identify that it is not what the invoice will look like. More so that it is the line-item ‘picker’? I am sure you will now better than me!
- I also noticed the first invoice I made lost it’s Admin Note, Payment Mode and Due Date! Due Date is ALWAYS lost, any time you go back to the invoice. Just reverts to Feb instead of March (60 days) as I manually changed it.
- Would be really nice if you could just choose 60 days or 30 days, and the due date was populated automatically, without having to browse months and days… Obviously this is your call. Just what I use at work and noticed the cumbersome nature of re-selecting each time.
- There was no indication in the invoice preview (prior to editing) that there was an invoice ‘admin’ note. Without any indication, how can staff know there is an internal note that needs reading? Or maybe updating? Please consider “enhancing” this. So I am not sure why the bank drop-down was lost on two invoice creations + one edit. Plus Due Date and Admin Note. But I don’t know.
- Can Payment Mode not default to the system default? Rather than manual selection? ie. Human error and then client is told they need to pay late fees due to no payment button or no bank details on invoice? I just see these things going wrong all the time. Editing invoice 15 now and I am not getting those bugs. Maybe it is only on creation and edit. Not future edits?
