I am trying find a solution where I can sell a customer access to different pages for a specific time of the day.

Example: A customer purchases access to a private page. There will be different times slots they can choose from to purchase, such as, 8:00am – 10am, 12:00pm – 3:00pm or any other times throughout the day.

After the end time of the purchased time slot they are not able to have access to that page unless they purchase another time slot. The access to the page automatically shuts the page off or something like that.

Nevermind, I found that I can do this.

We have to change the license for domain, in account showing 1 license available but when we try to use that it showing invalid.

Ensure that you are properly using the license and that you are following the entire process of being logged in with your current Envato account.

You have used the same license in 2021 and have successfully activated your site.

Previous website for which we used that is not active now so we have to use that license for another website, old website is not active so need to release the license for now.

You may have your own subscriptions plans or pricing tables and replace the link with the shortcode of each membership in order to redirect the member to checkout/register page one the membership is selected.

I have one more question – when I set the login form as modal – after logging in the user will be transferred to the page defined or will stay on the page where he logged in? Or I need to purchase the extension from your store to achieve staying on the same page as prior logging in?

Even if the Login modal is used, the redirect after login will be applied the same way as it is on the standard login form.

They should manage those updates through Authorize.net or cancel and re-sign to the same membership using the new card.

Is this something that is being worked on for future updates? Cause if someone’s card expires that makes it more difficult for them to continue membership. Thanks

For that payment service a such functionality may not be possible in the future updates neither, once is a limitation coming from the payment processor.

Hello i have Ultimate Membership Pro and ultimate affilaite pro in same website, when i reset password for use, i received 2 password that is wrong i think i need only one pass

Yes, you should not receive two generated passwords but just one. Ensure that everything is properly set up and not altereted by other 3rd party scripts.

I performed a clean installation and installed only the two ultimate mebership pro and affiliate plugins. I use wpsmtp to send emails and I still receive two passwords. Could you put an option to see where it fails or force it to generate only one password?

We have both systems installed on many sites and development environments, and in none of those cases have been sent out two emails, as is happening in your case.

If you have any technical concerns you may have to get in touch with our support team. Comment section is not an alternative channel for who whose support subscription has expired. Otherwise, all you have to do is follow the documentation guidelines for translation, and it should work and it’s working for thousands of customers.

We are not looking for alternative. We are requesting just suggestions (what to check, what may cause the issues for example). Just that and you request money again for that. We have followed the documentation and its not working !!

WP Social Login is not supported anymore. Do you plan to replace it with sole other plugin? Need to enable users to log in using google login.

You my use the social buttons and the integration available inside UMP system instead of a 3rd party script.

I want to report you, that lifetime membership plans are showing expiration date. I think they shouldn’t when they are lifetime. Maybe there will be sent notification email about membership expiration. It can mystify the members.

You may provide discounted prices for Woo products for members or based on their memberships. but the shipping cots are not changed regarding those conditions.

Hi, I want to ask you if it is possible tochange size of fonts and fonts in buttons (overal size). In Ultimate Membership Pro admin backend are fonts really small.

There is not a such option to adjust the fonts inside Admin Dashboard, unfortunately.

Hi, I have some presale questions. Is it possible to automatically set all the posts to be freely available to everyone for 7 days after being published? All posts older than 7 days are then restricted and users must purchase a subscription plan in order to view them. The subscription plans should grant a limited amount of views per month or year, and support the choice for monthly or yearly recurring payments.

My premium licence has expired. I now have a regular license. However, on my site, it is indicating my license is a trial. I have added my license code again and updated the plugin. Yet, it still shows are trial.

From my understanding, I should still be able to use the plugin just without support.

Can you please check my license and explain the situation?

Hi,

Your license is already activated on a different domain, as you’ve been informed in UMP Dashboard as well. We’ve revoked the license from that previous domain, so now you should be able to activate the product on your current site.

I have two member plans on UMP: ‘FREE’ (with WP role = Members) and ‘VIP’ (with WP role = Subscribers). I want to hide the Advertisements on the site for ‘VIPs’ by avoiding creating 2 pages. So, I have an option on the site that allows me to hide the blocks that contain the advertising for subscribers, which suits me quite well. My problem is that when someone opens an account by choosing the ‘VIP’ plan, UMP directly gives them the status of ‘Subscriber’. So, with or without payment, the advertisements are hidden for him. Is there a solution to this? Can we make it so that without payment, it remains in simple ‘Member’ status?
