Hi, I was going to buy Perfex now but I realized that the CRM doesn’t have an app. I got confused. All major CRMs have app versions, today it’s not even optional to have an app, it’s the standard. I hadn’t even considered that Perfex wouldn’t have it.

Could this be some personal anti-smartphone policy? Because I don’t see the point in a world where the majority of access is via smartphone without any official or partner app.

Do you have an anti-smartphone policy or are you developing the app? If yes, what is the approximate deadline for launch.

I wonder if it would be possible to add two text boxes onto the SMS setup page where I can enter a Header and a Footer. Whenever an SMS message is sent, the Header is placed before the message text, and the Footer is placed after the message content.

For example, I might want to put in the Header, “This message is from AskHollie,” and in the Footer, “Please don’t reply to this message as the account is not monitored.”

Is this possible through the developer tools eg hooks or would this need a change to the source code?

The best is to explore the code and find suitable way on how to achieve this as per your requirements, we cannot provide how to’s on features that are not by default in Perfex CRM.

i am trying to update my customers in bulk. i i have a custom field that i need to add data in bulk. I export the lsit, add fill the custom field with the require data, then upload back. it doesn’t work because it won’t accept existing email. How do i update customers in bulk?

Hi support team, before updating from version 3.04 to the latest I would like to ask you how I can solve with my_ prefixed file, as you can see I have several and I cannot give up all the changes I have made over time. If I rename the files or delete them as recommended I will no longer have the changes made. I know that my support has expired, however I would like to understand before considering renewing it whether I can use the changes I made using the new version or whether it should remain stuck at version 3.04.

I’m uncertain of the changes you performed, hence, I cannot confirm whether your my_ prefixed files will work, the best is to manually check one by one and confirm they are working fine.

When using my_ prefixed files, it’s your responsibility to maintain them.

Two pre-sales questions:

1 If I create say, a custom field for an ITEM, Can I sort by this new custom field in reports? e.g. I want to see all items on invoices that were assigned to staff X – so I can create totals for tax time. The Sales agent field is not useful to me on mixed invoices (where more than one agent is assigned) so I need a refined way to report all sales by staff member X so I can tally them for tax time without hunting manually in each invoice.

2 When payments are received, does the system automatically acknowledge and record the fees that Stripe takes into account or is the whole amount reported (this is important because some of my invoices are split with partners)?

The billing and shipping address are taken from the invoice/estimate directly, at the time you created the invoice and the customer billing/shipping address were empty, they won’t be shown.

In this case, you should make sure to edit the invoice and fill the billing and shipping address.

A big blow in Task. Person can select all and then all task even the user is not mark as follower or assignee can see the tasks.All confedential data get visibal to all user. The restriction doesnot work as per access control.Please look into it

filters nor working

They work fine, only specific filters are having an issue, which we have fixed them for the upcoming update which is planned to be released in a couple of days.
