I have the problem that when I export the data to CSV I don’t have any entries with umlauts and special characters. These fields are then completely empty. But it’s not a UTF-8 problem. Of course I open the files in UTF-8. I also included umlauts in the entries for 2 pulldowns, so it works.

No, we have not put any such restriction that it would stop working. As you are downloading from codecanyon same plugin zip like thousands of others. Issue can be site specific or due to conflict of another plugin. Hi, I have a question. I am using Wp Forms and we have over 120 forms and have multisite going on. I would like to shift to AR Forms. Is there an option to Import the forms (entries not important), do we have to buy it multiple times if we are interested in having it on our multisite? Thanks in Advance.

I have some trouble with ARForms, i’ll find a solution, to translate the date and the time in a German wording. I used loco Translation to edit the file. But in the translation file it is actually correct,
[ARF_form_added_date_time] gives me “19. January 2024” but I want “19. Januar 2024”.
But in Loco Translation i get some error aout ARForm. “Translation set not known in ARForms – Premium WordPress Form Builder Plugin”
Hope you can help me.

To translate the date into German, you can use the Calendar localization option. Simply go to the ARForms editor, click on the field options, and select "Calendar localization." From there, choose "German" as the language, and save the form. This will allow you to collect dates in German on your form.After saving the form if you’re using any caching plugin then please clear the cache and check again.

Unfortunately, my problem is that I want to use the variable [ARF_form_added_date_time] to include information about the time in the email that the admin receives as soon as a visitor has submitted something via a form. Visitors don’t need a form field where they have to specify a date.
Doesn’t know why there is no translation for the month, but i’ve changed the wordpress global settings for “wp_date_format” in a numeric Value. Not my favored sollution but it still works.

I am yet to get a premium add on even after contacting Code Canyon who said contact the seller, who has never responded. The “deal” is still on apparently. Has anyone here benefited from this promotion?

I opened a support ticket since shortly after paying and have got no response. And nowhere is there information about the procedure to follow, unless it’s hidden away.
Well, we do not see any ticket under your username. Could you provide us ticket number? As it usually does not happen that support staff does not reply to your ticket.
by chance If you have not opened support ticket at our helpdesk or can not find ticket number then please create new ticket and support staff will surely help you.

I have now created the support ticket on the ARPlugins help desk. My original contacts were all via Code Canyon.
BTW, the latest update seems to break the plugin’s page in the WP dashboard. There’s a huge white space at the tope of the pages for ARForms on my server.
Kindly mention that too with screenshot in ticket reply so, developer will check that as well. Btw, so far nobody has reported anything like that.

Well, free addons are not going to be offered for indefinite period. its limited period so, unfortunately its not possible to put it in bundle of main plugin. And secondly we can not make change on thank you page of codecanyon.net.

Due to not being able to submit system bugs via their own support systems due to having to pay for additional support once your six months have expired. The latest updates seem to have broken the HTML field. When you save the form – the HTML tags are stripped out leaving only plain text making the HTML field useless. Please fix it!

Well, when you bought license you had knew that you get free technical support for 6 months and after that if you want you need to extend and that is same rule for any item sold here in codecanyon. If we do not charge for support even after first support period is over then how do you think we can survive?

OK solved – the two problems. 1. update of database was blocked by my security plugin (NinjaFirewall) 2. after database upgrade v.6.1.1 works

Can this plugin allow files to be attached when submitting the form? I’m talking about attaching them, not uploading them to the server and then clicking a download link (I assume this is what you do).

Yes! ARForms does provide facility to restrict users to submit forms only once by different criterial like ( logged-in users, IP address, or form field entries ).
To display the result of the submitted entry, you can use the ‘ARForms – Front-end view add-on’ that provide such facility to display the submitted entries data to the user who had submitted the form and also allow/disallow that form entry.
Out of the box, user can’t see the submitted details ( without add-on ) & can’t edit the form.
