Since the last 2 releases, updates always take too much of time to be available in CodeCanyon compared to its availability on your own website. Why does it always take time to get the updates? Please be a little bit more structured with regard to the releases. If you deploy a release on your changelog, it should be available everywhere at the same time, which includes CodeCanyon. Thanks for your understanding.

I deactivated all plugins and this error sentence only appears after activating WPBakery. It does not seem to be affecting the website’s functionality.
I have several paid WPBakery licenses, but I’m only seeing the issue in my admin for one website londonestatephotography.co.uk.

Ok yes but please change the wp_remote_get timeout to the default value 5s not 30s. Is too long 30s to get a simple text “7.3” response…. Thank you

Hello, The WordPress requires a theme to render any content. You can use any theme with WPBakery Page Builder. The theme will not affect the performance of the page builder.

Hi,
WPBakery Builder was added feew years ago as part of the Pro theme to the website. After some other updates the content of feew of pages disappeared. These are visible in the ackend, in Bakery builder, but not visible in the browsers.
Additional info, that the problem is visible only on pages, wich has simple domain.hu/something type of domains, example, on these pages the frontend WPBakery builder editor is also inactive:

Hello, As you got the plugin within a theme, you will need to contact your theme author for support or use WPBakery Page Builder support at support.wpbakery.com (You will require a direct license for WPBakery Page Builder support access).

Since I´ve updated wordpress to 6.4, I can´t switch to the wp bakery backend editor when creating a new site. Where can I find it or use it in the latest wordpress version?
Hello, There can be an issue if Gutenberg editor is enabled. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder which is 7.2. You can disable Gutenberg editor under: WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Disable Gutenberg, to use the backend editor.

Hello, The layout selection is required before adding a content the page so that the page can either use the theme default layout or a blank page layout. Due to this, it is not possible to hide the layout selection option.

I just updated to the newest vesion and now I can only edit the last “section” or row in the back end builder…. Any thought on why this woudl be happening?
Hello, The first thing will be to check the browser console to see if there are any errors which might give a clue. Next step will be to take the site backup and check it by deactivating rest of the plugins (except WPBakery Page Builder) and using a default theme like twenty twenty three. If it works fine, then you can activate them one by one to identify the exact one that is causing the issue. If this does not help, then do drop us a ticket via support portal: https://support.wpbakery.com/ and share your temporary login details in it, so that the issue can be checked further.

We’ve noticed an issue in your plugin on PHP version 8.1+
Your plugin uses the preg_replace() function with the NULL parameter https://i.imgur.com/wcgckp5.png, which is deprecated in PHP version 8.1:
preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated
This can be replicated when using your function vc_map_get_defaults().
Could you provide some ETA of this bug fix?

The FULL zip file download has version 7.2, but if you download “installable wordpress plugin only” file, it’s 7.1. As of 5 minutes ago.
