Hello, I noticed that your plugin is in conflict with wp meta seo plugin, in fact when I go to my pages or articles, the mouse pointer displays a circle which rotates like a spinner.

The FULL zip file download has version 7.2, but if you download “installable wordpress plugin only” file, it’s 7.1. As of 5 minutes ago.

Hello! I just saw the new update with the WP Bakery AI feature… how does this relate to Envato authors who purchased the extended license here on CodeCanyon? How can this feature be integrated into an Envato Market theme? TYIA
Hello, The AI feature is currently available via direct license as it requires an active support tenure. A plugin received with the theme has an indirect license due to which such a feature is not available. If the theme user purchases a direct license of the plugin, then such a feature can be accessed.

Can authors use this feature by obtaining a dedicated license to integrate it into their themes, or is it exclusively available for individual users who purchase a theme and then obtain a direct license from you? Hello, At present, this feature is only available via a direct plugin license which is purchased through us. As it requires a direct license, it is not available in the theme integration license.

Hi,
In the future could you please add a filter to the getAiParamTypes() function incase a user wants to disable the AI icons completely they could just return an empty array for the filter.
Otherwise it’s more complex to give the customer code that adds CSS to the site to hide the icon, which just hides the icon but the code still runs, so it’s not as efficient. There doesn’t seem to be any way to disable the functionality completely. Maybe even a setting in the WPBakery settings panel would be good too

I was able to upgrade to the latest version with the plugins that were activated directly (as opposed as bundled in a theme). 7.2 is not available for download yet from Envato. The latest version mainly introduces an AI assistant to generate or tweak text blocks (still in beta) and a few bug fixes. I get it. We’re authors on here too, but this sounds like poor planning. Next time maybe don’t put out the release on your own website before Envato release? Just a thought.
Hello, The update can be downloaded via the WPBakery Page Builder account even when it is under envato’s review. In addition, the plugin also supports auto-updates where the user can simply use the update link in the website dashboard when the update notice appears. This makes it easier for clients to update the plugin as soon as the update is available. If the user wants to wait and download the update from envato, then that is possible once the update is reviewed and made available by envato.

Since when has that been possible? We send clients to Envato to buy your app because we’ve noticed more problems on your own site than on Envato. Just easier thru here to connect the API and be done with it. We don’t have the luxury of going to a WPB and all that. We have over 600+ clients and 65% of them use WPB from here on Envato.
Hello, The updates in the WPBakery Page Builder account have been available since the rolling of the user portal which was done back in around the 5.0 release. Please note that the account is accessible only using the direct license that is purchased and is not accessible using the plugin that is received as a part of the theme.

I am encountering a critical issue with the WPBakery Frontend Editor. When attempting to use it, I am presented with a blank page featuring only the WPBakery logo. The page fails to load completely and remains frozen.

Hello, The issue looks like a conflict with frontend editor. I would recommend taking site backup and checking the same by switching onto a default theme like twenty twenty three to see if the same issue persists. Hello, 1)The plugin is not tested with a specific cache plugin. However, it should work fine except if the cache plugin has a feature to minify the js/css.
2)The page builder code is optimized for rendering. You can use: https://wpbuildersfightclub.org/ to compare its performance and page speed scores with other page builders.
3) The page builder mainly works in the content area with divs. However, the semantic tags are also used in some cases.

I get a notice that I need to update the WPBakery Page Builder Design Options, but when I click on it I get to a page that I’m not authorized to view it. Running the latest version 7.1…What’s up with this weird bug?
Hello, This can occur if the theme is using an integration code which is restricting the access to design options. You can backup the site and follow these steps:
1) switch onto a default theme like twenty twenty three.
2) go to WPBakery Page Builder -> design options -> disable or re-build & save.
3) switch back to the main theme.

Hello, The license purchased via codecanyon comes with six months of support tenure. The support tenure can be extended by renewing it. An active support tenure will make it possible to access the template library.

There appears to be a bug with WP 7.1 and Mac Safari 17 and the WP Hover Box element. They front hover box headline still appears when you flip the box (the front headline appears on the back but mirrors) Does not appear that way on Firefox

Hi, there seems to be a glitch with the photo and (image only) blog gallery – at least in Firefox. The images are “stacked” when loading but don’t slide as usual to their regular position. This is a rather recent bug.
Resizing the browser lets the images change position, so I assume it has to do with js – but that’s not a workaround I can expect from my visitors.
Is there maybe a problem with a recent update?

Hello, Looks like the output is getting altered on the page. This can be due to theme or a third party plugin. I would recommend taking a site backup and then checking it by deactivating rest of the plugins and switching onto a default theme.
