This plugin doesn’t change the WordPress roles of existent users and for sure Admins are completely excluded from the membership dashboard, so you can not edit/change them.
I just need to revoke the license from a now defunct site and was unable to submit a ticket without paying for support but the only way it can be revoke is thru contacting you. I need to revoke the license from https://healthandrecoveryguide.com as it is a now defunct site and I would like to use the software elsewhere I no longer have access to the website as it’s deleted by client and i cannot revoke on the actual website. I have a client who first of all wants a members only website.
The plugin needs to allow free or paid members to access the website only. No general public access unless you signup.
A. Free members will have access to selected shop products B. Paid members will have access to exclusive shop items and certain free items

If the user wants, they can buy just 1 product or 2, but if they want to download everything with this plugin, once the user purchases the membership, can they download all the ebooks from the WooCommerce cart for free?
It all depends of how you set the restriction rules. This system is a membership system which manage the access to what you set up, not how something is downloaded or not.
Hello, found your plugin, lots of features but i need to know if it does these:
1) bulk download pdf invoices by date range. As a business i need to collect all the invoices for accounting. I need bulk download.
2) show excerpt before locker box on restricted posts
3) metered paywall, allow x views before locking out non member.
4) If I use “woocommerce subscription” not just woo, can I use that to manage automatic renewals. with woo I have pdf plugins and extentions. So its very flexible.

UMP it is integrated with Woo and not woocommerce Subscription which is a different plugin than the well known Woo plugin.

If i buy the Basic subscription and i want to upgrade to Pro will the customer pay the remaining amount of 20$?
Also if a user cancel a subscription will the amount be returned to the customer and buy a new subscription?

Does UMP support license management? For example, I’m gonna sell digital products like Plugin. Each of the plugins has separate license keys thay a customers need to apply after installation to activate.
I need the Customers to receive keys along with the downloadable plugin file. It’ll be also okay if they can get the license key via mail seperately.
UMP is a Membership system, not a license management. For a such you should use a dedicated script or service which has been built exactly for this purpose.

How compatible is this membership plugin with avada theme, has anyone tested it? Or has the developer tested it? Since my site has been using avada for a long time, I want to make sure that I can use the plugin properly without making too many changes to the theme.
