There are no separate dashboards for separate WP users. But you may have members grouped under the same membership, which is purchased by the owner of the group, if you wish.
Does this support SSL Commerze payment gateway?
Such a particular payment service is not developed inside. Still, you can use WooCommerce and its additional payment gateways in order to sell Memberships, if necessary.
I want to resell a saas product (ex:plugin). I want to offer both membership and lifetime deal.
For membership users, the developer has created a dashboard panels for me (admin) and users.
But for Lifetime Deals, I need to to create a separate dashboard/profile page so that they can download the plugin anytime (just like what we can do on codecanyon).
Now since I want to use SSL Commerze payment gateway, they told me I need to receive the payment separately for both membership and lifetime.
And then manually allow them access/redirect to the main dashboard to use the plugin.
Is there any way, UMP can help me with this?
I can get the payments via woocommerce but I am unsure how can I enable access to any of the dashboards
You may restrict access to the Account page or the section where customers may download or not those items in order to require an active UMP Membership. This way, you will force them to have a paid membership assigned to their account.
Still, via Woo you may sell only one-time payments and not recurring subscriptions which can be handled only via UMP system.
Can I restrict a user from accessing a specific page only 1 time?
If it happens again, send it to another specific page.

I’m looking for a membership plugin that allows users to purchase a standard membership to upload their company profile. I then want to enable them to buy additional add-ons to that membership that allows them to upload additional information to their profile i.e. products they sell. The challenge I see is that they may not purchase the add-ons at the same time as the standard membership i.e. 2 months later, so how do we cater for that because we don’t want them to be in a situation where they don’t renew their standard membership but are still able to add products to our website? They will of course complain.
Can we prorate the add-ons in line with the standard membership time left?

I’m not sure if your desired workflow may be easily achieved once such a particular workflow is not aligned with the Ultimate Membership Pro system. You can not sell memberships that may choose or change how users submit a form and to change/add extra fields into a form based on extra purchases.
Oh, ok, so there’s no provision for upgrading a membership midway through a term so that the $$$ value is prorated?

You can upgrade a membership with a prorated fee, with a properly calculated price based on the current membership time.

That feature can be found inside the system once it has been installed. It cannot be shown elsewhere.
As you are the worst presales person I have ever had the misfortune to experience on Envato I had to find the documentation myself. I found there is only one feature to prorate a membership and that is restricted to a particular payment method, which is poor functionality! I will not be buying this product.

quick question about subscriptions. On each subscription renewal will a new order be created on Woocommerce Orders? Does it that by default?
Why I am asking is because we have an automated ERP that issues invoices automatically based on each Woocommerce order, so if no new orders are created for each renewal that would be an issue.

The Ultimate Membership Pro system does not requires to sell Memberships through Woo. But automatic charges will be handled via Ultimate Membership Pro system only. So, no automatic orders will be created in Woo.

The user can you just buy access to the page? Or can you choose whether to purchase access to the single page or subscribe? With that module, you will be able to sell access only to specific page and not as a membership for multiple pages. So, the buyer will buy access to that page, but he can also have the option to sign for a membership plan and get access to a group of pages, including that one.

You can restrict only the content or URLs from the WordPress site where the plugin has been installed.
Hello, I am going to buy the plugin but first I would like to know if a membership number can be generated for each registered user automatically or should I do it manually. For example, if I have 100 members, the next person who registers will automatically have membership number 101.
If this is not possible, could a field be created for each user that was only editable by the administrator in which this number would be assigned manually once payment was received?
Finally, is it possible to show all the data in the user profile but choose which ones can be modified by them? Or if I show them all they can be edited?. Thank you
Each user will have a unique ID generated by WordPress itself. There is no other membership number assigned to users. Moreover, any user may have multiple memberships assigned, not just one.
Otherwise, you may have extra custom fields that will be manually filled by Admin only, even if is about a number.

1-Could that extra custom field be autogenerated? That is, if the previous user had 250, should it be 251 automatically after de registration form?
2-Could that extra custom field, even if it is added manually by the admin, be displayed in the user’s profile?

Changing the membership price will not change how members, who agreed to be automatically charged a specific price, will be further charged.

my website is running PHP 8.1 now. I have downgraded to 7.3, 7.4 but the error notice not going away. whats the solution?
No technical changes have been made on that side of the plugin in the last versions, so is more likely related to specific incomplete settings and PHP 8.1 which is more restrictive
after updating to the latest version, free memberships gets invoice sent for price of 0 and payment history for new signups has also invoices of 0. In previous versions if someone has signed up to free membership no invoice was generated and there was no invoice for price of 0 in the payment history. Invoices were only sent and visible for paid memberships. Also if I change and save membership status to payment and enter cost for example price of 5, after changing and saving membership back to free, 5 is still as a cost. In order to have free membership i need to remove 5, change membership to free and only then its free. Another issue I have noticed is headers in Manage Membership Plans. There are more headers than columns which causing header Price to be in the place where the header Members should be, and additional empty header with sort of broken column below at the end. Certainly something doesn’t work as it should…
any suggestions?

UMP is fully compatible with WP 6.4.1 which has already been tested by the team. Even the Menu restrictions are applied the same as they were for previous WP versions.
Sorry to say, but there is a conflict between the plugin and WordPress 6.4.1. For logged-in members, the menu works fine, but for non-registered members, it appears like:

When deactivating the plugin, the menu works fine. So that’s why I’m saying your plugin need’s some updating. I love your plugin, but I hope you fix this soon.
The plugin has already been tested with WP 6.4.1 and there is no conflict with that WordPress version, not even on the menu side.
You should look to the theme side or other plugins that manage menus.

You can remove and revoke the license by yourself from Plugin dashboard. This functionality is available in the same place where you’ve activated the license as well.
