Greetings. I really appreciate your hard work. Conceptually your plugin is awesome. However, there’s no consistency with it’s functionality. It worked great years ago. for the last couple of years I can’t get it to work consistently. I re-purchased yesterday in hopes that I was doing something wrong and a fresh purchase and install would help but, no luck. My site is hosted on Siteground. Your plugin is the only plugin installed. If you can’t assist with figuring out what the issue is I’d like a refund. The amount of time spent trouble shooting, reaching out, waiting for a reply far out-ways the money spent on the the plugin. I’d really, really like the plugin to work but, need a refund if we can’t get this figured out. Standing by.
The current issue is that everything loads but the media. The feeds are just continuously processing.
Is this plugin work through your server ? Not independent of your service or server ?
Hi, no, it’s fully independent and it works on your server. The only thing using our server is purchase code activation and one-time API authentication, to get token for Instagram/Facebook.

I connect succesfull to Facebook to display the instagram feed but when I create a feed their stays App received next error message for this feed:

When the RSS Feed is in Siteground Server this error is returned when i trying to add any feed
curl: (92) HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)
it seems a bug with servers with HTTP/2.

Changing this all works again.
The reason is Chrome 46 was released in 2015, some servers as Siteground reject the request with that user agent. This is a bug should be solved in your plugin, a lot of people uses siteground.

Hello! Thank you for your time to reply. I saw that but in that feed there are only posts from one source. Eg: from facebook there are only posts from National Geographic and for Instagram there are only posts from Zee.Dog

Can you please confirm that I can do that? Also, for Instagram and Facebook, the plugin only imports the posts only or it can also import stories also? I suppose that posts from stories will disappear after 24 hours.
Another question: what happens if a user that I targeted to import his posts, will delete some of the posts from his instagram account? This will also be synced on my wordpress page?

Hello, LinkedIn retired a bunch of their old APIs, and there is no access to the new API available for now. We hope to get it in the future but have yet to make any promises.

I inherited a client’s website about 6 months. Your plugin seemed to work well. Then all of our sudden we noticed that we can’t video videos from the Facebook embedded feed. The thumbnails show fine on our site but when we click into it, we get a “Video Unavailable” error. Says “This video may no longer exist, or you don’t have permission to view it.” However, we are able to play these same videos directly through Facebook without issue. I’m unsure what’s going on, what’s causing this, and how to fix it. Thanks!
