Hi there!

On the website https://nanni.si/tecaj/barista-zacetnik/ we have bookly form pro, but we have a problem.

Mobile version doesn’t work as expected.

By that i mean 2 things:

1. The “Next” button’s text I’ve chagned to “Naprej”, but on the mobile version it says “Next”, but only on the first step.

2. On mobile version on IPHONES, safari on the tab payments, the buttons at the bottom for paying locally or paying with stripe are not showing up. So we cannot finish the reservation. But It works fine on Android.

Can you please help me out.

We are facing an bug/error with bookly pro (We doing for out clients website):

1. Customer input fields are displayed, even tho they are not selected in bookly > apperance.

2. Login button(and facebook login) are displayed, even tho they are not selected in bookly > apperance.

3. Gift card is checked in bookly > apperance tried to uncheck and update many times, after refresh becomes checked again and displays on reservation form.

If we disable bookly pro, leaving only bookly free version – problem solves. We tried to deactivate all plugins except bookly pro and the problem persists.

I have seen that the booky pro plugin has the two-way synchronization con google calendar option, does this mean that I do not have to buy any additional plugin to do this function?

We are using bookly pro + several bookly addons. all auto update is disabled for bookly plugins. we added some new features to this plugin. but still plugin get auto update without admin permission. how it possible? how can we totally disabled any automatic update for bookly pro and all its addons?

I just wanted to clarify how Bookly works with scheduling. It’s all set up on a weekly basis, so when you create schedules for your staff members, those schedules remain consistent week after week. The time slots available in the booking form are based on these schedules, and how the hours are divided and displayed in the form depends on the time slot length you’ve chosen.

Each staff member has their own unique schedule. When a customer books a specific time slot for a service with a staff member, that staff member becomes unavailable for that time slot for any other services. For example, if Superstar is booked for service Awesome on Tuesday at 10 am, she won’t be available for any other services at that time. Likewise, other customers won’t be able to book service Awesome at that specific time, unless another staff member is assigned to provide that service.

The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/add-ons/, such as Bookly Stripe Payments Add-on, are designed to provide extra flexibility and features to Bookly Pro. To use these add-ons, you’ll need to have Bookly Pro installed and activated, as they complement the main Bookly Pro plugin. When you install them, your booking form will look just like the demo.

i need to allow customers to enter their proposed task, but then send sms requests out to some of my specific employees to see who can do the task…can bookly do this specific type of task?

We encourage you to record a request that best fits your business needs.

As a workaround, perhaps you can make a dummy staff member via the Bookly Tasks Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013214654-How-to-skip-time-slot-selection-Tasks-Add-on-. It allows you and your customers to create tasks or appointments with no date and time selection.

There are several types of triggered and scheduled notifications you can set up via Bookly to keep clients and staff in the loop of appointment status updates and remind them of upcoming events. Please have a look at these articles for more information and instructions.

Hi, I’m interessted in your bookly booking plugin. I would like to know if I can define the maximum number of people who can join an activity. For example, if I offer a yoga class, define that the maximum number of people are 15 and then, my customers can register to the class till it is completely booked. Please check if the Bookly Group Booking Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000259594-Group-Booking-Add-on works for this requirement. It allows you to accept group bookings or multiple persons for the same service and staff member simultaneously and lets customers specify the number of persons they’d like to book for when they choose a service at the first step of the booking process. The price will increase depending on the number of persons selected. Otherwise, you can hide the ‘Number of persons’ field when publishing the booking form which means that all appointments will be booked for one person per booking. And it will no longer offer the same time for the same service and staff member if it’s reserved to the maximum capacity.

Hi, after new update, custom fileds has problems, if custom filed is active and when u go to booking where it’s ask you to fill the details, and click next it buffer don’t go anywhere, stick there. Hi, I purchased the bookly pro version yesterday. I seem have an issue with the plugin.

1. There is no place to enter the purchase code in the plugin. 2. The staff member edit button is stuck in loading icon process 3. receive this log error: Call to undefined method Bookly\Lib\Entities\Staff::getZoomJwtApiKey() Reference

4. in the Diagnostics sections received 3 errors:

External connections This test checks the ability to establish a connection with the Bookly Cloud external server. cloud.bookly.pro For some reason, your server blocks Bookly Cloud requests. To fix the issue, please ask your hosting provider to whitelist the Bookly Cloud server.

Critical errors This test checks for critical errors in Bookly. Some critical errors in Bookly were found recently. Please check Settings > Logs and contact Bookly support.

Bookly updates Bookly updates bring new useful features and bugfixes. Make sure you are using the latest version of Bookly to get more possibilities and the highest quality. Please update the following add-ons for correct work of your version of Bookly: Bookly Pro (Add-on) (v6.8 – v6.9)

Hi,

I have been using bookly for 8 years and I am very happy with it. But here I am encountering a problem (the first in 8 years!) It is currently impossible to make a reservation on my site, the form is not validated at the last step for an average visitor and no error message. On the other hand, if I am connected to my site with my administrator account it works perfectly!

In debug register I can see this

I would like to point out that I have not changed any settings and that my site is up to date, version PHP 8.1, Bookly 22.5, Bookly Pro 6.9. I have already tested by deactivating all of my plugins (except bookly of course) and with a default Wordpress theme and the problem remains the same.

As Bookly Pro is installed on the WordPress website, the admin panel is one and there is no option to separate it for the vendors.

Perhaps you will need to set up a WordPress Multisite environment that allows you to run and manage multiple WordPress sites or blogs from a single WordPress installation. But please note that in this case, you will need to use the Bookly Multisite Add-on as well: https://codecanyon.net/item/bookly-multisite-addon/13903524. It allows you to use the same copy of Bookly on multiple websites with each site of your network will have its own database that doesn’t interact in any way. Thus, each site has its own set of staff members, services, and settings that do not overlap. Payments go to each site in the network, not to the network admin. So you will need to provide a separate purchase code for the Bookly plugins for each new site you add in the future.

Otherwise, please check if the Bookly Staff Cabinet Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003349989-Staff-Cabinet-Add-on will work. It allows your providers/staff members/employees to manage their bookings, own calendar, view, and update details, manage services (create appointments), prices, schedule, days off, and special days (if installed), as well as export their calendar information into a CSV file without access to the WordPress admin panel. However, please note that the creation of services is, at this time, possible in the back end through admin only.
