Just a suggestion/ wish request..
It would be very nice if you could consider to integrate WorkSuite with Invoice Ninja which is a awesome accounting/invoicing app.

That way WorkSuite coild become even/even of more valuable to users and better / more useful if because then you can use the invoicing module in a more flexible way than you can with the WorkSuite native system. I do know that you offer some payment/invoicing addons, but Invoice Ninja is a way more powerful system to get the job done. But you could also of course sell an addon integration module with Invoice Ninja which many companies use these days.

Hi, Pre-purchase question.
I went through your demo and I went to the notification section. I will like to know, is it possible to notify finance department when an expense or any financial related requests are made? I can see that only the admins or anyone with all permissions get such notifications. Is there a way to select the notification to be sent to a department without giving them all access?

I entered https://www.currencyconverterapi.com free API key. I Added Currency TRY. When I go to App settings and select TRY as a default currency, It gaves me Server Error (500) in console.

I have few questions before I buy this, currenlty using perfex.
- Can I configure imap with support tickets so client can easly submit the response either via support ticket or directly from their email?
- Can we add multiple receipient in support tickets? I can only see one for now.
- Can I add comment section in the support ticket so the employees can write notes internally not visible for clients, very similar to rise platform. And, can we mention the employees in the comments?
- Can I have clients in multiple currencies and can they pay in their currency. For example client A in USD and client B in Euro? Hope this is suppported by stripe and razorpay
- When I change the order of task under same status like from first poistion to third position in kanban, it doesn’t show any narration specifying the order was changed, can you fix this? Also, in the histroy can you show what was the previous status and the new both? currently it shows only the current status. For example it should show the task is changed from “doing” to “to do”
- I use to send proposal/contract not the estimate to the client. Can I change the estimate as proposal and can the invoice be generated automatically and sent to client as soon as the proposal is accepted?
- Is there any option to chat with clients not just the employees? And if that is available can the chat be automatically converted to ticket if the agent is not availalbe?
- I can’t see the option to merge multiple tickets. Can this be done?
You can let me know if the above features are alrerady availalble, if not are you planning to add this is next version? And even if there is no plan to add in next version, can you develop for me via plugin/module without touching the core files?

Ans : Proposal is used to send to the leads and estimate is used to send to the client. Once the both accepted then it auto converts into the invoice.

Hi, how como every time i update the script looses all images? (app logo, profile logos) ?
How you update the application?
In all cases no data is lost.
If you are following update. Then you must have missing that you do not have to move public/user-uploads folder.
All the images and files are inside that folder
i just copy the new downloaded folders over the old ones

How is the tickets/helpdesk system built? Can people e-mail to a certain address and is it imported into the system? Or do they need to fill in a form.
If it’s the first, is OAuth supported? Since basic authentication is now disabled in M365.
Ticket system is related to application only it not support email functionality now.
