Hi, I’m contacting you about the “ChatBot for Woocommerce” plugin. I would like to use AI to give the customer the following option: being able to customize a product by inserting personalized text and possibly asking a chatbot for advice on the text to insert.

Also if its possible to hide the chat, and create a guide buttons selection, for example: 1. choose your scooter model? 2. power input? 3. price? and with that info suggest a woocommerce product

2. You can create a conditional workflow and show results based on that using the conversational form builder addon. But it won’t integrate with Woocommerce product search

After installing the plugin, it works as well as expected, however, just 2 major bugs need to be noted, the same bugs and errors also appear in your demo site as well as the installed version of my site.
1. After clicking the cart page on the chatbot menu, there is no way back to the conversation box, even I tried to enter “reset” or “start”, there is still no response. It needs to clear the cookies and restart everything again
2. No response when clicking the menu button on the chatbot menu.
I think there must be something with the plugin, because the same errors also appear on your demo site.

In bottom bar menu I see: help icon, support icon, recent products and cart icon. I’d like to change these icons for show: help, products categories, featured products, cart… and even change icons if possibile. How can I do this?

- is it possible to have always opened in full screen on mobile? I mean when I open site, see and work only with chat
- sometimes, for example when I’m in cart or other sections layout on mobile become missed… I mean windows too big than screen… so users can work and see chat area
- is possible to see as default first screen area with chat and not preview with Latest Products, Live Chat, Catalog, Search etc….

Yes, ultimate license includes all the required addons. The plugins with external services require sensitive login details. So we won’t be able to set them up for you.

It was not tested with Dokan. It will probably work in general but may not show any vendor specific details.
