Hello, I purchased Stripe Connect module. However, tenant page does not show stripe as a payment method for people to pay. The tenant has done stripe connect and successfully connected the account.
How can the payment method be enabled? I have sent several support questions but haven’t been answered yet, and I need to have this ready soon.

Yes, please pay attention because I just got reply to a very insignificant question. But the most important problem we have – which is that Stripe is not working for a tenant is been ignored. You plugin is not cheap (SaaS version) so we expect to at least have support when it is not working

We have a SaaS version of Booknetic for a multi-vendor purpose. With Booknetic SaaS, you create a pricing table for your platform. In this pricing table, there will be various plans you have created. So, it is also possible to create plans with the desired permissions/limitations. Tenants will select and subscribe to the preferred plan by registering through the platform. According to their selection, tenants will be charged for the monthly or annual price.
Each tenant will get their unique booking link: https://yoursite.com/tenant-domain. You will have an unlimited number of tenants, and each tenant will use the plugin as a Booknetic Regular user. They will have their booking panel, admin panel, staff, services, payment methods, settings, etc.
Since the Booknetic SaaS is a multi-vendor booking system, you can create any type of multi-vendor booking platform for your needs. In the Booknetic SaaS, Tenants can register on your website and provide their services to their customers. All those Tenants’ information is stored on your website database. Practically, you have the ability to show them as a list in the search result by adding some custom codes to your homepage that read that information from your database. The Booknetic SaaS plugin does not have this built-in search option. Also, you can create a listing/directory website for yourself by using any theme/plugin and list all the tenants there manually. You can embed the booking panels of each tenant on the proper tenant pages by using the iFrame codes. These iframe codes can be found on the tenant admin panel.
You will not have any limitations/restrictions as a SaaS Admin. You will use the system independently from us. You will install the plugin on your own server/website and create your own business. An unlimited number of tenants can register through your platform.
If you want to use the plugin for commercial purposes like creating a platform and earning money using the plugin, you need to buy the SaaS version by purchasing the extended license of the plugin. If you need to use the plugin for only a single client or yourself, you need to buy the regular license.

Thank you, that seems to be as far as it goes. But, only when the calendar is loaded it starts with january (the month where the booking may start), but then jumps back to november after a second?!. settings and css were adjusted as you described.

Hello, I have an issue with the order of “extras” for services. In the backend, the extras are displayed in the order I created them, but in the frontend, some services don’t display these extras in the correct order. Some display them correctly, while others don’t. I had to delete all the extras from a service (more than 20) and recreate them in the correct order for it to work. What could be happening? By the way, will there be any function in the future to sort or reorder the EXTRAS?

Hey there! Awesome looking plugin. I see that you already support Google Calendar and Zoom, but what about Google Meet? I use Google Workspace and therefore I try to use Google Meet as much as possible since its “free”/included with my Google Services. It happens to me that if the same user makes a reservation, but changes their phone number, for example, it is still saved with the phone number from the first appointment.
With other reservation systems it allows you to force the updating of user data.

Hello! Could you please help out? I migrated my site to another domain extension and I supposed I could relink the license to this new domain extension. However, now I ended up that support recently got expired and till now don’t got any proper response to ensure that the license got reseted so I can continue use it on my other domain extension.
