HI, this can happen when you use the wrong shortcode, like stream ID = 5 and shortcode [ff id=”1”].

I want a feed that only shows posts with #wedding from my Instagram profile. So the feed gets my profile from Instagram with the filter”include all: #wedding” but nothing is shown.
Any idea what the problem is?

Sorry, little confusing. Is it posting contains from Wordpress post to Facebook Page or Other social platform ? Or Posting contains from Facebook page to Wordpress Page?

With Facebook feeds I get this error: Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token
For Instagram feeds I get this error: Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api
Will this still be fixed or do you have to look around for another plugin?

hey hey. after the purchase, the activation did not work at first. in the meantime, I got it right. The facebook stream is running but instagram is not working. i can’t make the stream live. your support page is not working so i couldn’t pull a ticket. what’s the next step ?
also the backend is way too big for me. some settings i can’t read or edit or save….
anyone have problems with frontend being blank? everything is setup in config, streams are live, shortcode is applied onto front page.

Hello, Linkedin retired a bunch of their old APIs, and there is no access to the new API available for now. We hope to get it in the future but can’t give any promises yet.

Facebook/Instagram feed is pulling from all of the social media accounts that I manage, instead of the specific one I’ve set up for the client’s website. So, one client is seeing posts from another client within their feed.
I have tried on multiple sites and have the same issue. I have seen other people with this issue, is it resolved? I use your plugin from Envato Elements and have used for years on a number of sites, so I cannot get support, but this is obviously a bug in the plugin and not support of how to use.

Hello,
We purchased this plugin to set up an Instagram feed on our website.
We have two different Instagram accounts and we would like to connect the plugin to both of them as data sources. Specifically, on page one, we want to display an Instagram image carousel from Account 1, and on page 2, we want to showcase an Instagram image carousel from Account 2.
We are uncertain if the plugin supports this functionality, as we couldn’t find clear information in the plugin settings or documentation. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, sure, you can achieve this with our plugin. Create two separate feeds and two separate streams. Connect them properly. For streams, set different layouts. And you will get two different designs and data sources on different (or the same) pages.
