If admin give permission to employee then he can add project.

I had WORKSUITE working for a few weeks then it just stopped all of a sudden giving error 500. Nothing in the error logs either. So the only thing it could be is because it is installed on Apache server with Nginx as a Proxy. But I cannot find a configuration anywhere for it?

I am the server guy of the configuration and where it is installed. I installed it and nothing on the server has changed it just stopped working. Hence why I am here trying to find out the Nginx config!

I purchased this CRM software with the idea it would do what CRM software does (having used multiple in my Real Estate Carreer I did not expect very much other than basic lead management functionality) which is manage client information and facilitate the lead management. So far after a week I noticed multiple problems in the structure, location of required fields is under company unlike 99% of CRM software that first has the contact info then the details, assignment of manual input of leads is non functional. I added a lead and want to assign to an agent but guess what… No agents can be selected from the drop down to assign it. I can’t imagine how much more complicated it will get when I feed leads through a webform. After just calming down on having such an investment not live up to half of the expectation I was like: ok give them a shot to fix their bugs in the meantime download the included app, well when I enter the information to install the app on my phone there is yet another license they want me to buy when entering the information. I was like what? When I saw and purchased the extended license they lead me to believe I was getting the app as well and found nothing to indicate that was an extra fee so they should make good on their product description. I don’t know feeling a bit robbed and we can either get these things sorted out or just refund my money back.

you can’t test functionality on the demo version by adding users and then a lead to assign to them can you? This is the most basic task for a CRM. I need to know f you will fix or refund my money.
Also once a lead turns into a client it can’t be assigned or retained for a specific agent? I don’t understand, you claim this is a CRM but the most basic tasks a CRM does you can do? So we need to fix that or refund my money and rename CRM to “Like CRM” as it is misleading since clearly your team doesn’t understand what a CRM is. (Look at ZOHO, Sales Force, ACT by sage, hubspot etc) you will learn what a CRM is and basic functionality is managing by assigning leads to turn into clients that then need to be worked on by the assigned agent. Then there is the public record access that agents can access. There are key elements needed to call your software CRM that at this point is not working and willing to work with you to get these resolved if the AS IS Attitude is dropped since I purchased this as a solution for my team but can’t use until you fix this. Or again just refund my money and I will look elsewhere. But needs to be agreed upon ASAP
