Hello, I’ve been studying your plugin for a few days and I have some doubts.
1- when making an appointment, the customer can place their photo or add it to their panel.
2- how to automatically avoid the wordpress admin bar in the client panel without having to disable it for users.
3- Is it possible to create a workflow for the customer to receive a discount on their birthday?
4- In SaaS, will the retailer need Twilio too or will I just be the owner of the website?
5- each customer has their own email settings? or the super admin who configures it? because new store owners certainly didn’t know how to configure the workflow.
6- Is the customer panel expected to be on mobile to make the panel easier and more organized?

2. Please note that the WordPress admin bar cannot be shown for the Booknetic customers.
4. Only the SaaS admin needs to configure Twilio. All the tenants will be able to use the SMS notification feature according to their subscription plans.
5. Each tenant has its own workflow but the emails will be sent through a single (SaaS) email address. We would like to inform you that we have a “Ready-made Tenant Templates” add-on for making things easier for your tenants. Since the Booknetic SaaS is a multi-vendor booking system, you can create any type of multi-vendor booking platform for your needs. In the Booknetic SaaS, Tenants can register on your website and provide their services to their customers. All those Tenants’ information is stored on your website database. Practically, you have the ability to show them as a list in the search result by adding some custom codes to your homepage that read that information from your database. The Booknetic SaaS plugin does not have this built-in search option. Also, you can create a listing/directory website for yourself by using any theme/plugin and list all the tenants there manually. You can embed the booking panels of each tenant on the proper tenant pages by using the iFrame codes. These iframe codes can be found on the tenant admin panel.

Hello, I’m thinking to buy the Google Calendar extension. Before do that I need to be sure that it works for my case: I have one Google Calender that I used to manage 3 rooms; each room is “tagged” with a Google color. So I can reserve multiple rooms at the same time.
First question: can your integration “read” the color availability? If on the calendar there is a blue appointment at 9:00, I must be able to reserve an appointment tagged with red because this room is free.
Second question: can this plugin make me able to write an appointment on Google Calendar tagged with a color?

The main lack is the date (time) range feature, which is unavailable in the plugin. Hey, I’ve already bought the plugin but the suport expired. I got a client, she’s a speech therapist/logopedist but… mostly works with children, so the appointment is made by the mother. In case of two children, the mother needs to put different emails (or fake the second) because she gets the warning about the already used email in the system. How it is possible to deal with such a situation? There is still a need of mail confirmations for her etc. Thank you

It seems like you’re encountering an issue because there are some Booknetic tables and options in your database that are causing conflicts. It’s possible that you might have used an unofficial version of Booknetic before. To fix this, you can simply delete all tables that start with “wp_bkntc_” from your database and all options that start with “bkntc_” on your “wp_options” table. Once you’ve done this, Booknetic should appear on the left side without any issues.

So, it is also possible to create plans with the desired permissions/limitations. Tenants will select and subscribe to the preferred plan by registering through the platform.
