Thats not something in our current plans – but it may get included in a future release, upon a big volume of identical requests.

pre-sales question: If you have mailbox module and you reply to a department email, does this now mean that the reply come from the email address of that MAILBOX user?
Mailbox uses Perfex core’s outgoing email settings.
Are/can emails be attached/tied to customer accounts?
Our module is not affecting Customers controller – its a webmail client inside your CRM.

Is the email I send backed up in Webmail as well?
Email sent from Mailbox will be saved at its Sent folder – unless your Webmail is configured this way so every SMTP-related email is stored at it.

Our module contains no marketing actions, its a web-based email client and such a functionality is outside of its scope.
I disabled all my security on my VPS, changed the PHP version to 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 and I still can’t receive any emails. And this has been months.
Please work things with the support team regarding your local technical issue – this is an item that works for more than 1.5k purchasers, and it shall work at your local setup in the same way it does on our demo.
I’ve tried everything, even got a VPS just for it. Been back and forth with support. I still can’t get it to work.

When I first installed this module, I received email for 2 days. After that I can only send emails. Some other settings seams to be conflicting with receiving emails. Any help?

Hello dear, new issues. I can send emails but I can’t receive emails in your Mailbox module. All configuration are done correctly. And I can receive correctly emails for the same email address on MAIL (mac). Could you help? plz

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

Hi I have 2 Questions 1. Can Admin See Each staff’s Mail through his dashboard? 2. The Mail Sent can be tracked? Like if its opened or not, which is already there in Perfex CRM.

Each staff member has his/her own, private Inbox.
Sent emails are supposed to be using your outgoing SMTP server – thus tracked by it. Our module is not offering marketing functionality for tracking purposes, but you can include a tracking code in your emails, if you want.

Yes, you can use one SMTP account per Staff member, for Inbox.
the module hasn’t been updated to the latest php it work only with php 7.4.3. the module should be updated.

we’re able to config smtp that works fine, but it doesn’t receive email i have read through several comments in the list, having the same issues even few 2 – 4 months ago are also cant able to find the solutuion.
there is upgrade error also There is a gap in the migration sequence near version number: 200.
