When turning this plugin on with Elementor active, it breaks all CSS from Elementor. Can you verify this is compatible with latest version of Elementor Pro?

Your plugin doesn’t work well with nginx, have you tested it? I use the FastCGI cache. I read the entire documentation for your plugin.

Problems so far:

1 – When adding a new member to any of the plans, all posts, categories and tags are blocked, even though they are released for the plan to which the user is registered. To unlock, I have to change the user’s plan to another and then go back to the one I was on.

2 – In “manage plans” it does not show the number of members even though there are members registered in the plans

3 – In “content plans” any configuration I make breaks the entire site! all images are blocked, it blocks everything even for the admin, changes the post configuration, etc. There’s only one way to get back, do you know how? restoring the server (luckily I have the backup).

These are just some of the problems. I like your plugin’s interface, but it’s very disappointing.

As i explained if it will be any bug then will be fixed but unfortunately as your support is expired long ago so, we won’t be able to do anything directly for you.

I’m not looking for your support. I’m highlighting a bug to you with your latest release created during your development. I have purchased many Pro licenses from your business for Armember. You should be thanking me for reporting the bug, not looking for an opportunity to upsell extended support. It was a professional courtesy.

Please check the updates before they are released. Also, a few of my Pro licenses only expired in the last few weeks. I wouldn’t exactly call that ‘so long ago’.

Sorry sir i can neighter agree nor deny as many time it could be site specific issue. So, we surely thank you for reporting it and buying multiple pro license of ARMember. And if it will be bug then 100% will be fixed.

I cannot open a support ticket. It recognizes my Purchase Code but it says: “Sorry, Ticket could not be created because we are unable to verify your purchase code from Envato. Please try again!”

I have problem with Google Social Signin. It does not assign the “ARmember” role to the new user and it does not send the complete “Verification url” to user’s email.

It still doesn’t allow me to open a ticket. My problem is with Google Social Sign up. When a user logs in with Google for the first time, It is supposed to automatically create an account for him, and send a confirmation email. ARmember says that the user has signed up, and it sends a confirmation email to the user. However the link inside user email is incomplete. Arm-key is empty. Example: https://example.com/login/?arm-key=&email=myemail@gmail.com It also does not add the ARmember role to this new member account.

The technical team has checked the issue at the local server and there is no issue found.

So, to investigate further either you need to open support ticket and i am not sure why particularly you are not able to open support ticket.

ARMember does provide a facility to generate the membership card which member can print/download according to their requirements. But unfortunately, it will not be possible to generate .pkpass file for IOS.

In the locked content page, if a visitor clicks to subscribe and pays, will he be redirect back to that content page he left and able to view the full content?

ARMember does provide a facility to redirect the paid post page after purchasing a paid post using the ARMember Pay Per Post feature so accordingly you can achieve this using the ARMember plugin.

I am looking for a pro membership plugin for my WooCommerce website.

I would like pro members to have access to certain products that regular users (normal Woo users) don’t.

Just some functionalities I want:

Pro members dashboard: To summarise all activity and summarise essential customer information (main data, latest orders, latest news and more);

Orders: Allow pro members to see all orders placed/in progress and consult them in detail

Special discounts: Pro members will have preferential rates on products like 15% and more

Special orders: Pro members will be allowed to oder big quantities of products I have.

A FAQ section on pro member profile: Allow customers to quickly obtain answers to the questions they most frequently ask

Sign up form: the idea is to have one sign up form that give customers the option to register as a normal Woo user or a pro member (using your plugin).

I of course want to be able to see all as the admin.

Yes, ARMember supports the WooCommerce plugin and allows you to set access and restrictions for pages/posts and products based on membership plans. You can also set discounts per product for members with a membership plan. ARMember offers a WooCommerce Discount addon for this purpose. Unfortunately, at the moment, it is not possible to allow quantity-based special orders based on membership plans.

For the FAQ section, ARMember enables you to set partial content restrictions according to your requirements.

Regarding the signup form, ARMember provides a simple signup form and a plan purchase signup form. You can also manage member information from the admin panel.

My friend you are getting daily replies, if you want I can share a screenshot here. perhaps you may not have received an email, in that case, please go to the helpdesk and log in and read there. Another reason could be that if you open multiple tickets then we usually would take one by one.

Hi, have tried registering on your support site, but it won’t let me login. I had a query regarding coupons, and whether they can be applied to a member plan AND a payment cycle – e.g. one coupon for monthly and another coupon for annual – each payment cycle is on the same plan.

HI. We were considering purchasing your plugin to migrate from a Joomla platform where we currently have the “Membership Pro”. We would like to ask if in your plugin the associated user can view his personal data, his subscription plan and any payment transactions he has made in his Reserved Area. Also, would it be possible to import users and data from another platform? Thanks in advance.

ARMember does provide a facility to import users from the CSV file so you can import users from the other platforms too (for another platform, the password may need to be changed manually by a member). Also, you can assign membership plans while importing the users.

It will not add automatically transactions but you can set the start date of the membership plan while importing members and it will set automatically the next payment date based on the added start date in the CSV file.

Yes, ARMember does provide support for sendinblue opt-ins and for brevo, API is changed then, the core team will check and API will be updated in future releases.
