Is it possible to integrate ARMember with WooCommerce? For example: the user will get access to restricted content if he buys a selected product/service from the WooCommerce shop?
I need it because I don’t want to use only PayPal/Stripe/Authorize.net. I want to use another payment providers.

Is anyone else facing the following issue: The ARMember Lite is working but when the ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin is activated the site is getting a critical error on wordpress. I am using the latest versions 4.0.11 and 6.0.1. I have checked the PHP version is 8.1 and the Wordpress is running at the latest version aswell i.e 6.3.1.
I have observed that the plugin is conflicting with ELEMENTOR (Ive switched between last 3 versions and same result) So therefore if Elementor is deactivated the both plugins of ARMember work but if the Elementor is also active then the site goes into critical error mode.
Another observations is that the backend of the dashboard continues to work fine if all the plugins are active but the VIEW SITE always show CRITICAL ERROR ON WORDPRESS.
Please can you suggest a solution taking into consideration that I must use Elementor as this is the themes (LearnPress) main visual composer.

Update: I stepped down to PHP version 7.4 (after trying PHP 8.0 without success) and the issue was resolved, Therefore the conclusion is that the ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin IS NOT compatible with PHP 8 or above at present. Please release an update for this. Thank you
In the admin area I’m trying to sort members by Last Name, without success. Most of the columns are sortable, but not “Last name”. How do I enable that?
I would also like to do the similar thing in front end in the Members directory. When I chose Alphabetic the sorting are made by first name. I want to sort it by last name.

2.Yes, for member directory alphabetically sorting will search with their display name so unfortunately it will not be possible to sort with last name.

About the “issue” of not be able to sort members by last name, in front- or backend: This should be a basic function, because in many parts of the world people do sort by last name. I saw that in the header of last name column, there was the CSS class “sorting_disabled”. Does that mean there is such a feature which is just hidden. And if so, how do I activate it?

Please included name + lastname as seperate fields into the export file! So we are able to export all active users to our mailing program. Now this is not possible.

I know that one of your top competitors on CodeCanyon/Envato offers the following feature…however I do not want to use them because I think that their front-end UI is very ugly and theyre missing other powerful features that you offer. Whereas I think that your product looks polished and beautiful, plus I enjoy working with you on your ARforms product already. I do however critically need the following functionality.
I’m trying to sell a newsletter subscription (or sell a newsletter subscription plus other extra features on my website).
Currently, it looks like I can only have one registration form, or make multiple registration forms in your ARmember product, but the problem seems to be that I can only assign one or multiple Mailster newsletter lists to only your registration form. That is great if I just want all of my new users at any level to have newsletter access, or if I only had a single newsletter. In my case, I need to be able to assign users to different newsletter lists depending on their subscription or purchase that they make, and also support the upgrade and downgrade between subscriptions, while automatically moving the user into the defined newsletter lists.
Specifically, I want to offer a free newsletter to all users, and I also want to offer a paid-tier newsletter that gives them more unique/special content.
What I need to know is whether or not I can currently use ARmember to offer a free membership that assigns a user to one specific Mailster “free newsletter” list, and can I also offer a paid membership that automatically assigns a user to a different Mailster “Paid newsletter” list?
Furthermore, if a user buys a paid membership and then they dont renew or choose to downgrade, I would like for their Mailster list to change automatically to the free newsletter list that I’ve already defined for free ARmembers. And if a Free user chooses to upgrade to a Paid plan, then they will also be moved from the Free Mailster List into the Paid Mailster List that I created and defined already. If a user completely cancels their free plan or deletes their account, then they can be removed from Mailster which would be a bonus feature.
Being able to choose multiple lists for each type of subscriber or one-time purchase would also be very welcome.
Obviously from the back-end of Mailster or any other newsletter app/API that offers multiple email subscriber lists, I would simply have to send emails out to my free list, and then send emails out to my paid list, very simple and amazing functionality.
You already support upgrade/downgrade membership options, and you already support multiple newsletter lists….so I feel like this has to be a rather simple feature request that I’m making, assuming that the functionality I’m describing does not currently exist in your product.
I think I can basically do something like what I describe using your ARforms plugin by itself with the payment plugin, but thats messy because its not fully integrated with ARmember and turning this into a subscription model

I would first like to say, I love your product, we use your product on several sites when it has been bundled with a theme.
But recently we had this issue with all our sites (that Stripe giving the following warning. “Sending credit card numbers directly to the Stripe API is generally unsafe. To continue processing use Stripe.js, the Stripe mobile bindings, or Stripe Elements” So I guess its an API error that its being either outdated or similar.
We are willing to pay to have this fixed permenantly and urgently. We are using the inline version of your platform as its the best version for us and our customers.
I have opened an support ticket, but I am writing here too. I was thinking it was an update issue at first, that’s why I purchased the stand-alone version from you, but that didnt fixed the issue either. I urgently need your advice, and are willing to pay for a custom solution.

Yes, ARMember does provide a Stripe SCA payment method which will allow you to pay using Stripe elements within your website. You can enable this from ARMember -> General Settings -> Payment Gateways page.

Just wanted to say I love your product – so many great features and your forms look really nice. I am so happy that I bought this and would recommend it to anyone. The only issue I have is the mailerlite integration – it works great but if a user is already a member it doesn’t add them to the list I guess because they don’t have to go through the form – this makes it so I can’t use this feature because I need current members added to lists just like new members.

For stripe SCA (3D Secure payment) stripe recommend to load JS File for the security reason. Therefore ARMember does load the stripe js file to all the pages. A very short question, I’m trying to use a shortcode to show the start date of the user’s plan, I checked the documentation and there’s the shortcode, but I think I’m using it wrong. I put it like this:

Yes, from ARMember 6.0 version, ARMember Lite plugin is recommend to keep it with ARMember pro so it keep working fine. As part of code improvement and avoid repeat code we are shifting some core functions to lite version. So, please do not worry at all, its very much normal.

I have happily been using this plugin for a few years now. The other day, the site was down for a few days. During those days, users payments failed to be charged because the system was down. Later I found out that the site deleted those users’ accounts because they “failed” to pay. Now I am getting lots of complaints because they can no longer access their accounts. Why does the system simply removes their account and leaves no history or record of their accounts when they fail a payment?

Membership plan may temporary suspended due to payment data not received successfully on your website due to your website was down. So, for that, ARMember does provide a facility to re-activate membership plan from the ARMember -> Manage Members page at action buttons, click on “Manage Plans” and click on “Activate Plan” icon. So, membership plan will be activated again and their next payment will continue too.
