I have four questions/issues with ARForms. I thought it would be simplest to open four support tickets, one for each topic. But your support system won’t let me open more than two tickets: “You have opened too many tickets. Please have some patience. You will be able to open new ticket once your existing tickets will be closed.”
How do I ask the additional questions? I only have a couple of hours now for this type of work before I have to leave. It would be more customer-friendly if you didn’t limit the number of support tickets that could be open.

You can simply add replies to your existing ticket about your concern and our technical team will address them.
we keep limit because many customer duplicate or tripplicate same ticket to get quicker attention and it only wastes time.

Hello, I have a presale question. Can we add a form with custom woocommerce field? I mean, for example:
Add a form in the woocommerce product page. We want to get the phone number from the customer and AUTO get the SKU code of the current product page. Can we do this? To get automaticly the SKU field and added it to the form entry?

As of now, it’s not possible to add WooCommerce custom check out fields in the form and also it’s not possible to pre-fill the check form field data as entered in the ARForms form.
However, it’s possible to place the form in the WooCommerce Product details page and pre-fill the product SKU and other details in that form and can add it in the form entries but it’s limited to the WooCommerce Product details page only.

Hello, We want to added the form ONLY in all woocommerce product pages. The purpose is to get the phone number from the client and automaticly get the SKU number from the current woocommerce product page.
For example: the client open the product page with SKU number: 123 Fullfil the form – the phone number.
After that we received the client phone number & SKU number of the product. Is it possible with your plugin?

Hi admin, I purchased a license, and have not been active with the license. I now have an active project to use the arforms plugin but I can’t reset license myself.
I tried submitting a ticket but it says support period has ended. If that’s the case, I reckon you would have a way one can reset themselves.
From WP backend, I can’t submit a ticket. From your ticketing platform, the same thing. I can’t remain stuck. I’m not asking for help, I’m asking to be able to use the tool.
I need the license reset for a new project, and I am unable to submit license. Please attend to this as it’s delaying a project. How do I go about it? I don’t have to renew support to use my already purchased plugin.
Since you are yet to respond. Kindly make my license inactive. Remove it from any domain it is currently used on, and make it inactive. When I need to use the plugin, I will activate it myself on a fresh domain / website.

I use this plugin, in fact most of their plugins. I purchase their membership plugins for my clients but it seems whenever they have a new update to ARForms, it won’t let them pass the ‘What’s New Section’. ONLY for this plugin. It’s weird, almost as if they are forcing you to purchase their support. Despite the fact that I already bought this plugin and should have access to it. This has been a reoccurring problem and the creators claim that its my website(s), when they release a update the problem randomly goes away. So, clearly it was a bug within the plugin itself. So, here I am again, another update and now I can’t get past the ‘What’s New Section’. I have the download addon for the forms, and other addons. I have countless ARMembership plugins BUT to edit my forms, I can’t because once again this plugin is glitching out and I can’t edit any of my forms that I paid for. Its frustrating. You think a loyal customer, would actually mean something to these creators.

Further more your support period is expired and you are not willing to extend your support so, unfortunately i can not do much. Btw, if you want more features and well maintained plugins you are using then you should extend your support as that will help us get some funds to maintain product.
I am not sure why customer like you when go to buy even a mobile understand thats after warranty period of something goes wrong then they will have to pay for it but when it comes to WordPress plugin they never ever want to pay for technical support even though they knew from beginning that they are entitled to get 6 months technical support.

I am unable to activate my license because your “reset license” form in the admin is not working/connecting. I am also unable to login on your site to submit a ticket. I need my license reset please advise/reply.

We have same issue the plugin is blocking javascript and block “pop-up” about the latest update. However it won’t allow me to click okay. I’ve had this plugin for a recently purchased.
It works on the Firefox browser fine but on the Google Chrome and Edge it doesn’t work properly.

There might be some JavaScript error or some other plugin causing the conflict. I would recommend you please check once in the private/incognito window or if you’re using any caching plugin then check once after clearing the cache. If still you facing issue then please extend support and open support ticket.

Developers have checked and no such thing happening on our side. so, this may need to debug, for that you need to extend your support and open support ticket.
