The form we export is in CSV format. It works perfectly for English language. But how do we ensure that it is UTF8 encoded as when we use any other language in form, it produces gibberish texts. For example, how can we get the CSV export which opens Hindi or Arabic characters without any issue.

Please note that ARForms uses the standard UTF-8 encoding for the exporting the CSV files. I would recommend you please choose correct encoding in the software which you’re using to open the CSV.

When I just purchased this ARforms plugin on 08-23-2023, the product page clearly shows and states, “BUY NOW AND GET 17 PREMIUM ADD-ONS FOR ITS FREEE!” It clearly shows all of the 17 add-ons listed for free.
When I installed the app, and applied my purchase key, all I see are requirements to purchase all of these add-ons separately… Bait and switch or false-advertising? Or is my license key not working properly?
I’m not expecting to have to purchase all of these extra add-ons right now, since your sales page promises to include them for free. Or did I not download the right package of file(s)?
Please advise, and thanks in advance.
I emailed your info@reputeinfosystems.com and also opened tickets on your website. Kind of frustrating that it will take 24 to 48 hours to get these additional 17 addons for free. I had assumed that when I made my purchase, it would include everything in the CodeCanyon download. Can’t you folks allow customers to sign-up on your website, and once we register our purchase code, you automatically allow the download of these plugins?
Better yet, you have a wonderful Add-ons page as part of your ARforms plugin, with the ability to “install/GET” or purchase the addons that cost extra normally…Since we’re already activating our ARforms plugin and its phoning-home its registration, cant you make all of the “free addons” immediately available to us through your WordPress Back-End ARforms addons page using your license API? That would be very slick and cool.
More importantly, this process is taking all of us a lot of time from the customer side, and your side, to send out these extra addons that could be part of the initial purchase and download as one full package. It also sounds like we are going to have to contact you each time we want/need updated versions of these 17 plugins?
You have a beautiful app and wonderful software, I would just hope that you take my comments as a feature-request and you streamline this process.

Hi, Is it possible to manage user capabilities depending on user roles? For example, the administrator has access to all menu items, and the author can only view the submissions. If so, is there such an option in the settings or do you have to do it through functions (add_menu_page, remove_menu_page)? How do user capabilities work?

Do you ever publish Change Logs of recent updates… it’s always a struggle to understand what’s improved, added or fixed. There’s nothing on the Item Details, in the Downloads or your own Website for the past few updates. In downloads section, it shows as updated. Thanks.

The plugin is very nice, but I feel it definitely needs some updates. For whatever reason, as WordPress upgrades, this plugin gets left behind to the point that it now takes a long time for it to load into the page that I have it incorporated in. At this point, the only other plugins that I can possibly turn off to find out what’s causing the delay in the form loading are those plugins essential to the them that I am using itself. At this point, I have to give the form tool a 3 out of 5 stars. I have reached out to support about this and the response was about conflicting plugins potentially causing issues. No other form builder has this issue that I have tested the benefit of this form builder is I can customize some elements without having to write css but if I have to do that for the sake of the form loading promptly then I will have to switch from this form tool.

I just purchased your PDF extension and need to report a bug here as it is impossible to reach support from that extension codecanyon page. The bug is that leaving this option unchecked
“Send pdf file of the form entry with email to user ( If Configured )”
