Pre-purchase question: Does your CRM consolidate communications related to a client and a lead in a unified location? In other words, does it integrate with email?

No it is not integrated.

Clock In time bug: We found a bug in clock in time. When any one clocks in the clock in time is set to UTC time instead of local time. When analysing the code we found that in app/Traits/EmployeeDashboard.php file, line number 628 inside public function storeClockIn(), the code $currentTimestamp = $now->setTimezone(‘UTC’); changes variable $now originally from Local time to UTC time. And same variable is used to insert clock in time before changing back to local time. We fixed it by changing line number 651 originally from $attendance->clock_in_time = $now; to $attendance->clock_in_time = now();. However we are facing another problem. Similar bug is happening when admin edits the clockin time. Would you guys fix the bug and bring the bugfree app? If not 1. We would like to know if our assesment for this problem is correct and our solution is best possible solution. 2. Also we would like to know which other places there could be the bugs of this similar nature.

When a ticket is sent to a client, does all the contacts for the clients receive an email notification or just the main client email? Because no way to test that in the demo.

Is there such a function for the ticket form where a person can fill out a comment to receive an answer to the mail that indicates. Because as far as I can see, he only receives a message that he needs to connect to the account

I have another question. I have went through the demo multiple times, is it possible to have a shift report form when a user want to clock out??? Like the pop up modal when a user clock’s in, there should be a modal form when the user want to clock out too… So that the staff can fill a shift report.
