Hello, Yes, the plugin has language files for some languages. You can find the available language files under locale directory of the plugin.

Thanks, I found the location, but there’s no Norwegian language – do you have that? If so, where do I find them? Do you also have any documentation of how to change the language? I can’t find any info about this in your knowledge base.
Hello, Unfortunately we do not have Norwegian language available. The plugin language will automatically change (if translation file is available) once the WordPress setup language is changed in it’s general settings.

Hi. I have the WPBakery 7.1 version in the Porto Theme, and had an error 502 when I tried to delete or create a new APP Password in server PHP 8.2. I contact to theme developer, and they told me I need to contact with you because they had no idea what’s going on. Can you please help me? No, i mean in the user screen, when I tried to create or delete an Aplication password for API conect: https://i.postimg.cc/MGt3h4h7/app-password.jpg
The issue is facing in PHP 8.2 with any version of WPBakery. I had a staging version with this config. In my live version I had PHP 7.3.4 and works fine.
I already deactivated every plugin and theme, and it’s happened when I activate the WPBakery plugin.

Hello, Thanks for sharing further details. The latest version of WPBakery Page Builder which is 7.1 is compatible with PHP 8.2.
Unfortunately, the plugin is not tested for Application connectivity and it will require further debugging into it.

Hello, how to change post grid excerpt word limit? Tried filter excerpt_length with high priority attibute, but didnt work. I mean its only working on homepage, but others subpages not.
Hello, The excerpt length depends upon the one set by the theme. It can be changed using excerpt_length hook as long as theme/plugin is not modifying the new excerpt length.

Hi, I get this error on my site:

Had a quick look at the code on vc_welcome_block.tpl.php at line 9, where the count() function is being used incorrectly. The parameter being passed to count() is not an array or an object that can be counted.
You may want to check this.

Why am I unable to filter by author with the Post Masonry Grid? It seems like such a natural option for filtering. It’s ALMOST perfect, except for this option.
I can filter by taxonomy, tags and categories but not Author :/

What do you recommend? Are you gonna patch it?

Hello, The latest version of the plugin which is 7.1 does not have a vulnerability in it. It might be a false trigger from the security plugin and I can recommend contacting their support to share the changelog of the fix implemented in 6.13 release: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/

How load WPBakery content by AJAX?
Hello, The page builder content can be loaded via ajax using WPBMap::addAllMappedShortcodes(); prior to content output. However please note that not all elements might render correctly via ajax.

I am facing an issue with dynamically loading content created with WPBakery via AJAX on my website. When I attempt to load the content, it appears unstyled and seems to be missing the necessary scripts and styles for proper rendering.
Here’s a brief overview of the problem:
I have a product page where I want to load the detailed description (created with WPBakery) dynamically via AJAX when a user clicks a "Load More" button.

I’ve tried various methods to enqueue WPBakery scripts and styles during the AJAX call, but none seem to work. I’ve also referred to some online discussions and tried their solutions, but the problem persists.

Hello, From the screenshot shared by you, the shortcodes are not rendering. You can use: WPBMap::addAllMappedShortcodes(); prior to outputting the content.

Hello, The issue is because WordPress.com hosting requires the plugin license that is purchased directly through them. This automatically activates the plugin license. It does not allow activating a license of the plugin that is purchased through other means.

I have just purchased a license on your website and checked out via PayPal. However I was not logged in to my account. I used the same email as my account though for the purchase. I have not received my licence via email and when I login it says I have no available licence. Also I cant access support as says I have no license. my email is adamholden1212@gmail.com

Hello. I have problem with accoridon and tabs content. If it is opened after loading the page, font size is OK. Once i close and open the accordion or tab again, the font gets smaller on mobile (on desktop it OK). Is it known bug? I tested different webs, themes, without other plugins… Thanx David

Hello, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

I’m sure a lot of people would agree with this….Any chance in the future you would consider adding a new “Modern Row” element which basically is the same as the current row but it instead uses a modern CSS grid?
This would allow custom gaps, greater control over the columns at each breakpoint, cleaner html, slimmer CSS…etc.
I’m not too good coding the backbone JS to make this work, but I’d be more then happy to help with any of the other coding

The new update has broken my ability to create new pages. They look fine with header and footer of the theme like normal when saved in draft. But as soon as it is published, the theme breaks completely and everything is hidden. I have isolated this issue directly to your plugin.
