For the Accordion element would you guys consider adding an empty “Default” option for the Alignment: https://a.cl.ly/NQu5bRgK

The default option could then use the is_rtl() function and correct set the direction based on the current language.

That would make things a lot easier for multi-lingual sites.

Hello, As the plugin is purchased via codecanyon, in this case, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

Hello, I am currently using WPBakery 7.0 with the Woodmart theme. However when we update our server to PHP 8.2 it causes high CPU load. In Query Monitor I can see that there are many depreciated functions used by WPBakery.

Do you plan on updating it to match the PHP 8.2 standard?

Any chance you could add an option to the Charts to disable animation or control the animation speed (with 0 disabling the animation).

Hi, I have purchased a license a while ago and it is not attached to any site at the moment. When i login to WP Bakery management interface it shows the license but support is not active. I don’t understand, do I need to pay for support and keep it active at all timed to have the purchased license to be attached to a website I want? https://imgur.com/a/XAN51Aq

Hello, The purchased license is valid for lifetime. If the license is not already activated, then you can activate it as per: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/getting-started/activation/ Renewing the support tenure allows contacting support team incase any issue is faced. It also ensures access to features such as template library access.

Hello, The dropdown will be available if you follow the activation steps under your site dashboard: WPBakery Page Builder -> Product License -> Activate. Please make sure that you are logging into the account: http://support.wpbakery.com/ using the email id that was used for purchasing the license.

Hi WP Bakery-Team, I bought WP Bakery through your site and I have the license key. Now I’ve switched back to a theme where I want to use WP Bakery and enter the license key, but I don’t have the license activation tab as in your video. There is only a notice on my dashboard “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.”, but when I click on it, the message appears: “Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.” The URL in your account says “Not activated”. What should I do? Thanks a lot

Hello, The issue can occur if the product license page is disabled by the theme. In this case, you can get in touch with the theme support and get rid of the code used to disable the license page and get it back. Once done, you can then activate the page builder license as per: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/getting-started/activation/

Hello, I believe this to be a bug. Using version 7.0 and Wordpress 6.3.1.

For image gallery when I choose “On click action: Open Lightbox” the image actually opens like it’s a new link (like if I had chosen the option “Link to large image”). It changes the URL to the image URL and the only way to get back to the page the image was on is to use the back button in the browser. It does not open the image in a lightbox (modal/popup).

The setting “Link to large image” does nothing. The images are not clickable at all. Choosing “new window” or “same window” makes no difference.

Hello, We tested it on localhost and the lightbox option seems to be working fine in the image gallery. The issue on your setup might be due to some conflict with lightbox script due to which it does not work and instead links to a larger image.

Hello, It might be due to a third party code altering it’s output. Please make sure to check it by deactivating rest of the plugins except Woo-commerce and WPBakery Page Builder and using a default theme like twenty twenty three.

Hi, unfortunately after deactivating all the plugins, I found that woocommerce conflicts with Wp Bakery, in addition to the previously identified problem, unfortunately the short description, price etc does not appear on the single product page. The theme supports both plugins

Updates: I also noticed that when I add another element which is Image Carousel and add some image, in same row, only then the images in Image Gallery appear.

Thank you but if you start from a Wordpress file without any plugin and you create a grid from “WpBakery > Grid” the background images of the articles will not be displayed. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next WpBakery update.

Hello, We will be glad to fix the issue once it is identified as a bug. However as suggested previously we are unable to replicate the issue when we add grid such as post grid on a new localhost setup. The login access of your site will help us to check the grid setup on your site and hence to replicate it on ours, to investigate the issue further.

Hello, It looks like some CSS code which is added via the wrong file. This CSS code is not from WPBakery Page Builder plugin as class .wpex-vc-row-stretched is not used within the plugin. We suspect it might be from the theme or a third party plugin that is adding it.

Latest update (7.0) seems to be missing most of its files. when I attempt to upload and install wp can’t find any valid plug in files

update: I’ve found the only way to reliably update is to download the newest files manually from here and then replace the plug-in in the wp files directly via FTP. workable but very much not ideal.
