Can you please say why is it that when I use the AI Chat Bot or any of the Templates, the text output is okay at first. However, after a few minutes, some of the characters (text) or words just disappears from the output making the output read unsensible. Whether I use ChatGPT 3, 3.5 Turbo of 4 in different modes (casual or professional). Even if I use different PCs, internet browsers in regular mode, incognito or privacy mode, or even save the document. It still loses text from the output results. A few weeks ago it happened but I forgot about it, now it is happening again. It is very frustrating. Please advise on how to fix this as soon as possible.

From my experience, the support ticket really takes far too long. In our case five (5) days average response rate turned into a very long time. We cannot go live until the issues are resolved. Six months after purchase and installation, our company is still trying to go live dealing with one unforeseen issue after the next. Please tell us, what details do you need NOW, because, if we send these same details, it may take 5 more days just for you to ask for the details you actually need, then another five days or longer to respond or actually address the issue. We also have a current ticket https://prnt.sc/la0bhiOELNt2 based on STRIPE prepaid plans payment not working for 3 days now. The days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Please expedite so that our company can go live ASAP. The inability to receive payment and losing text output are critical issues. The time wasted is our biggest killer.
UPDATE: To make matters worse, when we went to submit the ticket as you requested, a notice popped up on the screen which indicated that we already have an open ticket. Please see https://prnt.sc/YPoaQSKFKSTf . Therefore, we are unable to submit another ticket until the aforesaid STRIPE ticket is closed. Then if we include this issue in the current STRIPE ticket, we would be told to open a separate ticket. Very frustrating! Please address and/or resolve our issues as soon as practicable. A word of advice… We would highly suggest or recommend that you hire adequate staff to enable you to address support tickets within the normal 24 hours period.
Don’t get us wrong, it is a great product, and we love it. We understand that there is a queue and that you have to alot time to deal with other customers also, while dealing with the application updates. However, the amount of time it took to deal with support tickets is a grave concern to us, as we have now come to realize that the 5 days per issue can take months to resolve (as in our case) when multiple unforeseen issues are involved. Please do not be upset, it is simply constructive criticism of the amount of time Support tickets take for a response and/or to be resolved.

Based on your past tickets, none of your tickets ever missed 5 day period so far, it is there as a notice for a reason. We don’t provide support over comment section, if you have issues, list in the ticket, and if you want to speed up the process include your server and domain access credentials with the message like most people do in their tickets as we will ask it in any case to troubleshoot. It is 1 active/open ticket per person to avoid spamming. 90% of opened support tickets are due to customer’s incorrect configurations or not reading the docs properly upon updating, and it wastes our time to deal with those, hence the 5 day support SLA as we must invest time into updates development as well.
PS. By using comments to ask support questions frequently, you delay our response to your own tickets as we always clear comments first. If you have a case, have some patience, we will clear it.

I have 2 issues. Firstly this statement is not clear ‘Extract frontend-v2.6.zip file at the root directory of your domain/subdomain’ . Does this mean I can only install on a subdomain ? ie I need to create a subdomain for the frontend?

Always follow the update tab in the docs and you won’t face issues, all updates are tested on our live demo before the release, if it is working on the demo, then it is working everywhere, it is the same code. Whatever is not working for you is local to you only. Check your cloud vendor first, make sure it is still active and valid.
Extract to domain/subdomain means wherever you installed the script. You don’t need to create anything extra.
I got 500 internal server error. I extracted the files, replaced only the files u updated like the views, controllers, app.css only.
Use auto updater to update view and controllers. Never update manually. Manual steps come after the auto update is complete (sometimes manual steps are not needed at all)
All process is explained in the Update tab of the docs. If you manually update, you have higher chances of missing some of the backend system files that come with the update package. We don’t deal with manual updates.
