Same response in email as well here, i am raising this as an escalation, people there are no support for this product, just they keep sending same message everywhere. i made a big mistake by purchasing this product
If no support is there for this product why do you publish as supported in the account section, dont misguide the consumers, if i dont get this resolved today i am going to raise it to consumer court

i am too requesting envato to intervene, support system is not resolving the issue rather just sending emails like an system asking same thing even if the details ae shared. i have sent this email on the below points but still no response, Attendance Issue – Attached screen shot which is highlighted in yellow, if the people are clocking in at 9.30am/10am, the time shows in tool as 14hrs. literally some 5-6 hours difference, our shift time closes at 6.30pm by that time the tool would be logged out automatically due to time difference. Due to this the attendance module is not usable now. Languages – there are 2 set of languages in the settings page (that is English is repeated twice and same with all other lanuagages) User is created but post login it was showing 500 Page response, due to the issue not addressed on timely we had to delete the user and create again, then the same person is able to login
i do not want to raise any kind of escalation if the issues are addressed promtly, please understand and do the needful in resolving the same
