Hi there, I have been using filter everything for a while and just purchased the Pro so that I can use the pop up widget on mobile, however the toggled filter container gets misplaced (Just above the products) compared to where the filter is when I deselect the pop up widget (aligned within the container). When on a category or tag page, this also means the heading of the tag appears above the filter. Please could you assist? winedrop.co.za/shop (as mentioned I have deactivated the pop up so will only see where the filter toggle is meant to be)
Another query is when opening the filter the odd dropdown is already expanded instead of toggled from time to time after clearing the cache – is there a recommended setting to prevent this with WP rocket? Thank you
Sorry, to add, while selecting options in the pop up filter, the preload icon pops up for a while, but once submitted, the products still take a while to update on the PLP so not sure why it preloads in the filter, then loads again in the PLP. I have tried numerous class or ID options for the container to enable AJAX but it isn’t working, which may improve this situation? If you can inspect the mobile version and let me know which to use that would be great thanks.
wow sorry another message was too late to edit initial. I fixed alignment with CSS on the shop page, but all that happens on the category and tag pages is that it shifts the product tag header even higher up, and the widget remains below the heading.
Hi geoffreyb13,
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
You can use a shortcode to place the filter widget wherever you want. Also, we would recommend adding CSS styles for a current page using its unique class name or id, so it won’t change CSS only on certain pages and not globally. The pop-up filter and how it is working need to be checked and AJAX as well. Also, could you please write something like a list, of what you want to achieve and what are the issues, because it is all connected and very confusing to understand. So we can provide the needed answers with help.
And please provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check all of those issues in the list one by one and test it and fix it.

Hi Victor, thanks for the response, here is a summary: For now I am only using the filter for mobile. 1. The filter has always been in the correct place but when I bought Pro and enabled the pop up widget, the filter then shifts out of place. I added the shortcode but it then duplicates the filter widget on the page and is still below the container instead of inside. 2. I can use CSS on the shop page but on an archive (category and tag) pages the styling for the widget is the same as on the shop page therefore complicated to try and move, the other issue is that it effects the positioning of the woocommerce product title for the page (the filter widget it appears below the title and the title has shifted too high up), so that also needs to be moved. Ideally there is a way of keeping the filter widget in the current place but enabling the pop up option? 3. Even if I manage to position the filter box in the right place, the filter is still really slow (until they are individually cached) and when using the pop up widget it takes time to filter within the widget, then after applying the selection it takes more time to actually update the products – why don’t the products update in the background of the pop up widget while selecting? How can I speed the filter up? Can it possible filter by category archive and tag archive pages rather than product with those tags? 4. I need the class or ID to enable AJAX as everything I tried from inspecting the page, hasn’t worked. Please assist. I am hoping this will speed up the filter. 5. The filters are often untoggled when I open the widget, and sometimes the actual filter widget is already untoggled when I open a page even after clearing the cache (when using without the pop up). How do I fix this?
Thanks Victor, hoping you can assist.
Hi markusbln,
1) You either add the filter widget with a shortcode or with the widget area. Also, you can add the mobile filter button with the widget and turn on this option to not show buttons in mobile at all only where you place the shortcode of the button – https://prnt.sc/FVIdaxm9LPRe about shortcodes you can read here – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/shortcodes/
2) You can use some of the unique styles for the body shop page – https://prnt.sc/UIrCMRAtJUo8 in order to apply CSS to the shop page only.
3) The pop-up filter widget is working like an apply button mode, when you choose any term it is updating the filter terms that are available with the already selected term, and when you hit apply it is showing already the filtered results.
4) We cannot assist here because you didn’t provide the credentials as we asked for in previous message in order to check everything.
5. Again this can be only checked on the site with wp-admin credentials to check how everything is working and why and then try to fix it.
Some things cannot be fixed without testing them at the place.

Hi Victor,
Thank you for feedback. Please send me the details that I can use to create a user profile (name and email address), as well as a secure link where I can share the log in details rather than on the public forum as I didn’t initially add them when creating the ticket as you mentioned. Otherwise I can give my admin login but prefer to create a user – either way will need a secure link.
Thanks
You can provide credentials following this document and sent it all via PM here.

Hi Victor, I have sent the login details through thanks. I added the shortcode first without the pop up view to the shop category layout (Themify ultra > layout part > Shop Category > clicked on the mobile icon in the theme builder to ensure styling is only for mobile). You will notice at the bottom that I duplicated my original widget and hid it, then recreated it with the shortcode, it works except for the chips. However when I enabled the pop up widget option the filter box disappeared and the page heading shifted up over the container, I tried the selection you suggested with placing the shortcode but it still didn’t appear, only the filter box below the heading again despite the selection not to show it. I have set up a filter set for archive pages and so it should pull through with the chips as I added the chips shortcode but chips aren’t pulling through – even with pop up off.
The shop page works with the pop up and the chips using the widget without shortcode, however the pop up filter is incredibly slow – it took 20 seconds to load a category of 60 products, then once I clicked apply it takes another 10+ seconds to display on the shop page. The open pop up also doesn’t use a cache system so it means it cannot remember the selection for the next user making the same selection quicker. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here again maybe ajax will help? When I tested the demo sites of the pro plugin the filters were much faster.
Thank you
Hi geoffreyb13,
This is normally how it should be – https://prnt.sc/ur4dc4V7HLa_ console is nice and clean, and this is what you have – https://prnt.sc/ua4ZFyhGE1Yy The most important that jQuery is not defined. First of all, you need to fix all of those errors. And then test the workability, because right now even the Woo filter that you have on your desktop is working extremely slowly, and we deactivated our plugin for testing, the errors are there in the console with it or without so it is not connected to the plugin, rather to the theme or custom code.
After all the errors will be fixed, you can test the workability of the plugin.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Thanks for the feedback, please can you check again as I fixed 5 errors but it is still running slowly. Yes I noticed that desktop also started running slowly. I have also asked wp rocket to see if it is anything on their end slowing it down. Let me know if you found the ID or class in order to test ajax filtering.
Thank you
Hi geoffreyb13,
About the speed, you have an issue with server response time, that’s why it is so slow. Sometimes it was taking up to 4-15s, and sometimes it is getting better. It doesn’t matter if you are on a shop page or admin dashboard.
About the AJAX we turned it on and set the id of the products container, but you need to trigger your pagination in order to update it, or make a wrapper for products and pagination and set the id for it and use that id in “HTML id or class of the Posts Container”.
About the placing of a “mobile button” on archive pages like category you can update the template and use the “echo do_shortcode( ‘[fe_open_button]’ );” and place it somewhere here – https://prnt.sc/DcSsW_0Im9QG
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor,
Thank you for the feedback. Can you also update as to why some of the filter categories keep opening in the untoggled view even after clearing or removing the cache?
I am sorry but I dont understand what you mean by make a wrapper for products pagination and set the ID for it and use that id in HTML id class of the posts or container. I read this article but it doesnt really help. https://filtereverything.pro/resources/plugin-settings/#ajax My current ID is #loops-wrapper currently so I will need to change it but it works for the shop page, so will need to find a way of getting pagination to work for archive without affecting the shop page: 1. how do you make a wrapper for products 2. how and where do you set the id for it and input it 3. how do I “use that is in the “html id…? ” Where do I add it? builder, CSS or settings?
In the pro version they could have mentioned that it isnt a plug and play it requires multiple work arounds as there is only one global setting for all filter sets.
Placing the button. 1. What template are you referring to? I am then needing to work on the CSS again to try and make the archive pages presentable? I dont understand how adding the shortcode to the CSS will make it appear in the right place if it keeps dropping below the woocommerce heading as you saw when you activated ajax?
I appreciate the support, hoping we can resolve this. Thank you.
Hi geoffreyb13,
Well, they use cookies to save the state, so it is appearing absolutely the same as it was left.
You have a main container/wrapper with filter/products/pagination elements in it. You need to create a wrapper like div id=”wrap-pag-prod” and place it inside product/pagination elements and specify the id of that wrapper here – https://prnt.sc/iBSO0f-Y2tBj to make it globally or here to make it only for a current filter set – https://prnt.sc/qIQ8-pkOWzHA
Doesn’t matter how PRO the plugin is you still need to specify which part of the page should be updated with AJAX, as the plugin would never guess it.
The mobile filter button appears where the widget section is displayed on the page in mobile mode or where you put your shortcode. The fact is that on the shop page, it is appearing normally but on the categories page it is appearing below the title because that’s where your widget area is displayed on the categories page. You can edit that template and place it where you need it to appear, it doesn’t have a relation to the plugin itself. It is how the theme or site was created.
This is not a CSS – https://prnt.sc/DcSsW_0Im9QG this is the page template code that displays your products on the categories.

- Victor
Hi Victor, apologies for the delay I thought I had replied but it hadn’t sent. Cookies – even if I turn cache off and clear all cache and leave in toggled state they can still sometimes appear open when next on the page. Does it cache the results or just the toggled view? I am reaching out to the theme dev team to assist with the pagination and the placement as I don’t want to interfere with the theme template. I am currently not using any of the pro features so if I cannot get the filter box to work and the ajax filter to speed up it may be worth considering a refund and just using the standard filter? Thank you
Hi geoffreyb13,
Can you please show any cases with this toggle situation so we can understand it better with the link to the page with that issue and instructions on how to simulate it?
You can fix the pagination issue with this as well – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-related-problems/
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor, thank you for the response. It will require screenshots, clearing all the cache, switching it off then screenshots again. In the end, the filters are occasionally toggled after clearing the cache and occasionally they arent, I am not sure how else to explain. It may be that another device is viewing the filters when I clear the cache, but I dont know why it then makes the default view for everyone untoggled. Right now I am trying to sort out bigger issues as the plugin causes loads of PHP errors when I enable certain cache optimisations which are vital for site performance. Since all the errors I have now had my site hacked. If I deactivate the filter everything plugin all the errors go away. When I run a PHP compatibility check on my site, the filter everything pro plugin responds with an error, do you know why that is? is it compatible with PHP 7 & 8? Thank you
Hi Victor, unfortunately I received warnings from my server host as well as from wordpress directly stating that filter everything pro is causing fatal errors on my site. I have had to delete it and for now using the free version. Please can you tell me the process for requesting a refund, or is this done through wordpress? Thank you
Hi geoffreyb13,
Yes, the plugin is compatible with 7-8.1 PHP versions 100%. If you used the object cache some errors might appear and the plugin might work incorrectly (you can exclude our plugin from being cached and so on as it is already using cache for itself for the best productivity). We can recommend using WAF with strong passwords and two-factor authentication for your WordPress admin and hosting accounts. This extra layer of security can prevent unauthorized access to your site even theoretically someone would find any vulnerability in the plugin.
Can you provide the screenshots of those errors and from hosting fatal errors as well via PM? So we can examine it and understand what’s going on. And fix it all.
In general, you can create a refund request from your account with an appropriate form, and wait for the response.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor, I am trying to get it to work instead of the refund for now, could I ask you where I can find my license key as the one from the PDF purchase ID isn’t working and it is saying this now: To allow the plugin to update automatically and avoid blocking some of its features, please enter your license key on the License page.
Thank you
Hi geoffreyb13,
It is important to keep in mind that the License key and CodeCanyon purchase code are two different things.
If you need to set the License key for the Filter Everything PRO plugin, simply head to Filters -> Settings -> License and click the “Get your License Key” button.
It will take you to a new page where you can log in with your Envato credentials (with an account where you have purchased the plugin) and obtain your License key.
It is a simple process but if are having any issues (automatically logging in with another account) simply use incognito mode in your browser.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Thanks Victor, I have done it. Can you tell me when we have the filter everything Pro plugin active, can we safely delete the original “Filter Everything — WooCoomerce Product & WordPress Filter” plugin?
Hi geoffreyb13,
Yes, when you install the PRO version active you can delete the free version of the plugin.

Hi, I need to show on my search page two dropdowns, each of them will include several specific tags. For example, one dropdown will be Date and another one will be Speaker.
In this way, the user can choose to see the posts that include the tag “july 2022” and the tag “Dr David Marsh”
Is it possible to do this using this plugin, PRO version?
Hi carmen-canada,
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
Yes, it is possible, but you need to separate them, for example, choose tags to display only the “date” or the “name” because if you set up everything in tags there is no possibility to separate them and make two dropdowns. That’s why you can choose tags for example for the “date” and create a custom field for the “name” and create two filters with a dropdown (one by tag and the second one by the custom field) where you can choose the date in first and the name in second.

Hi! I’m having trouble with my filter! The filter works on the category and browse-all page, but on the tag pages, it just shows only tags for one post to sort by, no matter what tag I’m on.
This one is working: https://inkfoundry.net/browse/ This one is broken: https://inkfoundry.net/tag/happy-ending/Hi ERINCAIR,
We have checked the provided links and here what results we get on the page that is working fine – https://prnt.sc/BVxd9GHLKF2T and this is what we have on the page that is not working fine – https://prnt.sc/_eAZwqWgFfe8 the results are the same and everything is working.
If your question is why by default one tag is already chosen in the filter, is because you are filtering the posts by tags and you are on a specific tag page so it is chosen by default.
Could you please explain what exactly issues you are having? Because “on the tag pages, it just shows only tags for one post to sort by” is a bit confusing. Especially if everything is working exactly the same as it is working on the “correct working” page.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor! I was messing with it all weekend, and I think you probably saw a version I made to mask the issue. I’ll change it back to be more obvious. Look at this link: https://inkfoundry.net/tag/telepathy/ the tag is telepathy, and the filter is working perfectly, except that it’s only showing tags and categories available for 1 specific entry (innocent bird), that doesn’t even have the telepathy tag. No matter what tag you click on, it only shows that post’s tags and categories as available, even though it will sort correctly when you click on a greyed-out tag, like the filter is saying that the term is empty, but will still filter correctly because the term is obviously not empty, and turn up nothing when you click on an ‘available’ term which is, in fact, empty.
And when you click on a category, it does the same thing, except it only shows the tags/genres of three different stories (Darkness Metastatic, Porgee’s Boar, and A Jury of Her Peers) as available, even though it will still filter everything correctly if you click on an ‘empty’ term (which is not actually empty) https://inkfoundry.net/genre/humor/
Can you provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor! Thank you so much for your help! I set up a staging site for you to mess with and sent you the credentials! If you need the actual site, let me know and I’ll send those credentials instead.
Hi ERINCAIR,
We have checked the site, and first of all, if you are using posts what was the need to simply make a duplicate of it as “cards”? Cards are not separate from posts, and second of all the issues that query is different on those tag pages. If you specify the filter to certain tag page it is showing everything correctly, but if you choose all it will show correctly only on the first page, the rest would be incorrect as the queries are not the same on them. You need to change the approach in order to make it work correctly.
We tested it on our page and it is working absolutely alright on the tag pages – https://prnt.sc/rVl6fCeqVC57 because the query is the same and it is all good.
Best Regards,
- Victor
I put cards in to try and troubleshoot the issue. I spent a few more days messing around. I’m not a developer, this is my first website, so I don’t entirely understand what’s going on most of the time. I think the issue is with the query loops on the archive page? By pure monkey-on-typewriter bashing I managed to make it work. It’s still not perfect as it doesn’t show the correct counter or correct empty terms, but it filters everything correctly even with the pagination, which you pointed out was an issue. How it works, I don’t know, but hey
I’ll count it as a win!
Thanks so much for your help, I love this filter!
Hi ERINCAIR,
Yeah, it should work normally as one query, but because of the way of implementation, it is working a bit incorrectly. We would just use simple posts on the clean WordPress installation. Without creating any cards and so on, since it would be enough for you to have the needed functionality. It would be easier to keep it updated and stuff.
Also, we wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how impressed we are with the progress you did in fixing those things, that is really amazing. Keep up the fantastic job!

the page is now available, the filter is setup and added to the page, it doesn’t show. please advise. thx
No one Filter Set is related to this page. You can configure it in the Filter Set -> “Where to filter?” field.
This is what i see, although i setup the filter.
Could you provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?

New issues, filter partially work. 1. product price slider and manual price selection does not work. 2. hidden categories is being shown. example “ingredients” are hidden, we use this for other functionality. 3. Product category and price is displayed side by side in two column, we need one column
1. We set up the price range slider (your prices are all 20 and one variation for 40) add more prices to check it.
2. We choose the option “Empty Terms” to “always hide” but you can go to the filter for more options and exclude the term that you don’t want to show.
3. Fixed as well, you choose that option in the Elementor with 2 columns.
Best Regards,
- Victor
After update to new loop grid in elementor, the filter not work
ex.
https://dev.banklider.com/paneles-solares/compania_paneles_solares-holaluz/first block, old archive post + template plugin
second block with new loop grip + template elementor, not work
¿?
Hi dgcintas,
Go to the filter set setting and in the “And what to filter” choose the correct query. Please note that the plugin is working with the query.

Hello,
I’ve encountered a new FE bug on my site.
The filter no longer works: both the product categories and the price range no longer filter the page.
Can you please help me? Here’s the link to the page where the filter is: https://www.bmakeyounice.be/boutique/
Thanks Alessio
Hi Alessio,
Please provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it. The old credentials are not working anymore.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Done! Thanks
Hi afancello,
We have checked the site and changed the query in the “And what to filter” to the second one and everything is working. When you make some modifications on the filtered page, and so on, you might change the query as well, so all you need is just go to the filter set setting and specify the correct query, and hit update.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Thanks a lot for your help!
I already bought another license, but it doesn work. I can´t save the filter configuration 10a409e5-da32-493a-8210-9e2f522d2fd0 PLEASE FIX IT ASAP
https://emprendevillaitalia.comIt isn´t working netiher at https://tandil.tur.ar
In my case, I have found a conflict with wp user frontend. I don´t know why, but the filter does not work when user front end is active pro.
Hi raixen,
Make sure that your plugin is activated, if it is in locked status you cannot edit the filter set, you need to activate the plugin.
Best Regards,
- Victor
It´s activated. Still I can not save changes.
Hi raixen,
Could you provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it?

URL, User & pass sent. I really can not beileve you don´t have some other mehtod to access to wp-admin…. I can´t believe in these days you can´t register to the website, or event you can´t recieve the “reset password link” to your mail….
Hi raixen,
Thank you for the credentials. We have checked the filter set and added a test filter and save the configuration and everything is working. Maybe the issue is that you are trying to add the filter with the same meta key or URL prefix then you will get an error – https://prnt.sc/MwhyfPeQ8-NP after hitting the update button.
Best Regards,
- Victor
It works ok because wpuserfrontend is on version 3.6.4. But if you update wpuserfrontend to version 3.6.7, filter every thing stops working. Take a look now.
Hi raixen,
We have checked the site, and we would be happy to help with the issue. But this is not a bug in our plugin but in the WPUF plugin. The thing is that the code there is written in such a way that it does not check for the presence of tinymce, but tries to call its method.
We would suggest asking WPUF support to fix this issue.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello, how can I buy multi-licence? I need this plugin for about 15 maybe 20 sites, but to buy that number of licences per 40 USD each is a bit too much for me. Can you offer me please some pricing rules? Thank you very much.
Hello Xtrodinary.
Thank you for using the Filter Everything PRO.
Please, write me PM and I will provide you with details how to get multi-license.
Thank you. Regards.
Hello Victor! I sent over the credentials to the email thread we have open. Thanks!
Hi Armando,
Thank you for the credentials, the issue was fixed. A more detailed answer was provided by e-mail.

Thank you so much, Victor! I sent a reply via email.
pre purchase question I’m going to create fields in the ACF, of the simple select type, for a certain product category.
Can I use these blocks of ACF fields as a search filter, and that they are only displayed in the listings of certain categories?
Example print: https://prnt.sc/tvrbO0BzSKh2
There the options would be from an ACF selectable field. Is it possible and simple to do?
Hi samucavirtualite,
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
You can check the demo with ACF custom fields used for filtering – https://demo.filtereverything.pro/example/acf/
Yes, you have the ability to create multiple filter sets with any filter that you need for a certain category, or you can create one filter set for all categories and just turn it on to hide filters that have empty filter terms, so you’ll see only visible filters for this category.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello. I have a site hosted by wpengine at www.wikipayresearch.com.
I use filter everything pro to create filters by custom field in the side bar menu on the page that lists posts by search results.
One of the custom fields is called Hot Topics. One of the items in the check box filter is Artificial Intelligence.
The filter identifies correctly the number of posts that are categorized as artificial intelligence. But when I seek to filter the results, those posts don not show up. Yet the filter in the side bar menu shows that the filter thinks that the post has been displayed (if you know what i mean).
If you go to www.wikipayresearch.com, click on All Content in the primary menu, and then look at the artificial intelligence choice in the side bar you will see 2 items listed. When you use the filter, however, you will see that none appear, although the filter set indicates that 2 posts are displayed. Pls do that and you can duplicate the problem. HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS? All the other filters work correctly.
Hi wkitchenman,
Could you please provide the credentials to the wp-admin dashboards follwoing this document so we can check it?

Hello Victor. I set up the admin permissions for you as per the document. I activated the query monitor plugin. No back up made with Upload plus for some reason, but I have a duplicate of the production site on local with push and pull capability. I sent the password generated to you as instructed in the document. Pls let me know what you find. Thank you
Hi wkitchenman,
We have checked the site and changed the ACF option from “Artificial Intelligence (AI)” to “Artificial Intelligence AI” and applied it to the one product (that we could find with that option we didn’t find the second post you should know better which one was it to apply the new option) and everything is working.
The reason is the name of the option that you placed in ACF, in general, it is better to use value : label so there won’t be any issues. And use this code to show the labels in the filter set for the needed meta key:
// Add the filter hook
add_filter('wpc_filter_post_meta_term_name', 'wpc_acf_labels_instead_of_values', 20, 2);
// The callback function for the filter
function wpc_acf_labels_instead_of_values($term_name, $meta_key)
{
//write meta keys here
$meta_keys = array('my-meta-key', 'another-meta-key', 'third-meta-key');
if (in_array($meta_key, $meta_keys)) {
if (function_exists('acf_get_field')) {
$field = acf_get_field($meta_key);
if ($field) {
$field_key = $field['key'];
$new_choices = [];
if (isset($field['choices']) && !empty($field['choices'])) {
foreach ($field['choices'] as $key => $value) {
$new_key = mb_strtolower($key);
$new_choices[$new_key] = $value;
}
$term_name_test = mb_strtolower($term_name);
if (isset($new_choices[$term_name_test])) {
$term_name = $new_choices[$term_name_test];
}
}
}
}
}
return $term_name;
}
Also, we would recommend rolling back to PHP 8.0 or 8.1 so that all plugins would work normally.
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hello,
I do appreciate the plugin and the filters. After having tested with the free version I got some problems and purchased the pro version hoping to get the filters working.
I do get the filtered list in the sidebar. And after activating a filter the items are reduced to the number shown in the brackets. Unfortunately the filtered items do not correspond to the value of the taxonomy.
Is there a useful documentation for solving this problem?
Thank you for your help.
Best wishes
Claus
Hi Claus,
Thank you for choosing Filter Everything PRO.
Could you please provide the link to the page with the issue so we can check it, also a screenshot of the settings of the filter set?

Hi Victor, thank you for your support. The page is behind a paywall and I would have to send you sensible informations. In the comment section I can’t send them. How should I contact you? Best wishes Claus
Oh sure, you can send it all via PM.

Hi Victor, I sent the necessary informations to your support e-mail. Thank you very much for your help. Claus
Hi Claus,
We have checked the site, and most likely you just need to update those posts, can you provide credentials to the wp-dashboard following this document so we can check it?
Best Regards,
- Victor
Hi Victor, thanx for checking. What do you mean with “update those posts”? Best regards Claus
Hi, is it possible to have a Select All option for each checkbox or label filter?
Also, is it possible to show the colour codes for the colour filters?
Hi kbxiankode,
Unfortunately, there is no such option to select all of the filter terms at the same time. Maybe only by custom code but you’ll need to have advanced PHP and WordPress knowledge to write it. Or you can simulate it and choose all of the needed filters and copy the URL and then make a button that simply redirects you to that URL and all of the chosen filter terms will be checked.
That’s also not possible out of the box, again only by custom coding or you can just create an ACF field with the name of the color codes then you will have something close to it.

- Victor
I have multiple ACF Fields with the same metric (Title) but diffrent content. Is it possible to have a filter titel with diffrent ACF Fields showing up?
For my example: I have listings (posts) with open rooms for diffrent dates (each date is a ACF Field) and in the filter i want to show the diffrent dates under the same titel (room avaliabe from).
Hi diheiv,
Let’s break it all into parts. You have multiple ACF fields, and each custom field has its meta key. And what you wanna do is to set up a couple of filters by those meta keys under one title? Is that correct?
If yes, then you can just create filters without the title or hide the other titles with CSS and show only the first title. There is no other way to group a couple of filters under one title out of the box. Only by CSS or custom coding.

So from this – https://prnt.sc/hOhjhEM_O1kK Do you want to make this? – https://prnt.sc/HMXcV9QoeA02
And that lower filter from another ACF custom field? Nope, that’s impossible, absolutely impossible. Even doing something like that with a custom code will take a significant amount of time, and it will still work only for a certain situation.
If they are absolutely the same why not just use one custom field? Or what do you want to create in the end process? Please explain everything so we can understand the end goal. Because mixing two filters together is impossible.

Yes that on your pictures is, what i wanted to do. End Goal: Each post (=Appartment) shows, when a room will become avaliable. In the AFC custom field i placed that the date when a room will become avaliable. If there is only one room avaliable it works fine. But if in one Appartment (Post) are two rooms avaliable with diffrent dates, i cant use the same AFC custom field (or i dont know how). Thats why i have two fields there. Hope it is clear this way?
Hi diheiv,
Uhum, well you choose a difficult thing to achieve. All we can think right away is that you simply duplicate posts, like “house8 room2”, and “house8 room 3” and just apply the dates to those rooms, and it would be the easiest way out.
Or you can make those houses as categories with all of the available dates and they still will go not like you want, it will require a significant amount of work and then time to support it.

Hey team! When I use the [fe_open_button] shortcode, the popup is greyed out and can’t be adjusted.
I have tried compatibility mode is settings but the issue persists. You can see the filter on this page: https://getbusboy.com/food-days-calendar/
Not sure what’s happening. Thanks in advance!
Hi envato471,
Try to add this CSS in the Filters -> Experimental -> Custom CSS to see if it will fix it and the grayed-out area will go on the background.
@media screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.wpc-overlay-visible .wpc_show_bottom_widget .wpc-filters-overlay {
z-index: auto;
}
}

Hello,
I use product category as a filter. But I found that there is no product shown in each category (only show zero in each category) as shown in the page https://testsite.3dlabstore.com.hk/3d-printers.
Do you know what happen?
Thanks
Hi sailentpooN,
More likely you choose the wrong WP_Query in the “And what to filter” dropdown – https://prnt.sc/PNGXB3yhG2aR please test it with all of them to understand which one is corresponding to displaying the products that you need to filter.

Hello
How can I set the price range filter? I couldn’t find it. Thanks
Hi sailentpooN,
You can create a price range slider by Custom Filed Numeric and use the meta key for a price – https://prnt.sc/D9Kerrzic8o_

I Installed the free version, the plugin did not even showup, at this point is it worth it to purchase the version?
The widget is not searchable at all, you have to physically look for them, a glitch. the Author will loose sales because little things like this causes time and frustration
Hello absinccom.
Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything PRO.
As we have answered you on the WordPress.org forum you tried to find the Filter Everything’s widgets in the Elementor sidebar and it is known problem that they do not allow users to search WordPress widget through the search field. But you always can scroll down sidebar to the WORDPRESS section and select the Filter Everything’s widgets manually. Please, see screenshot – https://prnt.sc/KgOl4IfzZPYf
Unfortunately, we cannot influence on the Elementor developers to avoid this.
Thank you. Regards.
- Andrii.
