Hello, I would like to register a license because the website was in development and now it is in production. I would like to disable the license key on the cluster url to put the correct domain, but when I want to enable it, it says it already is. used, which is normal, but not on the right domain it really is.. this happens a lot but before I had a link where all my license keys are listed, but I can’t find it, could- you please give me this link because i would like to see and check all urls, i have 15 licenses and maybe i need to deactivate some etc. Thanks
Hello, thank you for your answer, unfortunatly, when i click on the first link it ask me to be connected, but i can’t find another way to connect than trying to activate a license, so that it ask me to validate the Envato API, but just after that, if i go to the first link, i have this : ” Manage Envato Licenses Hey! you need to be logged in to see your licenses!”
Before, i could see them here with all the refer websites they were in used listed, that’s very usefull cause in the backoffice, i can’t see which license is in use on which website…

It seems you are on 3.16.21, an oudated version of Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, while the latest version available is 3.19.17.
You can update the plugin by downloading and installing the latest version of the plugin for the staging website.

When you add empty ultimate_carousel shortcode without any parameters into a page, it crashes the website with a fatal error with Version 3.19.17

Just add an empty (ultimate_carousel)(/ultimate_carousel) shortode to a page and it crashes.
I had to replace [] with () to insert it here.
We tested – things are working very well.

Hello. The plugin update version 3.19.15 – 14 Jul 2023 contains bugs that crash browsers. I had to delete it and reinstall version 3.19.14 – Jan 10, 2023 for my developments to work again.
You have answered comments here that are of commercial interest to you, but you do not respond to the requests of those of us who have problems derived from a bad implementation in your plugin, which we have paid for.
I demand a response to my messages ASAP. I am not going to open any support query, this is your problem not mine, and many users including myself are using part of our time to inform you of the error as if we were your beta testers and you don’t even bother to answer our queries.
When are you going to publish a solution and an updated version, with the problems fixed, of your “acclaimed” plugin?

It’s obvious from the comments that I’m not the only person that has problems with the Advanced Carousel with display problems. I’ve had two sites with the same problem, after the second slide it jumps so far that the content is not displayed. Any word on when a fix will be released?

I’m experiencing issues in all of my developments after updating your plugin. I’m sending you a copy of the error and the response from the developers of my The7 template:
After the latest update of WpBakery + Ultimate VC Addons, the advanced carousel module generates an error. The carousel stops working, and the entire Chrome browser becomes blocked with the error. I detected the error right after the updates were released in my installation with The7 theme, which had been active and working without issues for over a year. I haven’t installed any new plugins, I only launched the updates from the WordPress backend, and immediately after, all pages with a carousel started experiencing issues and the browser became blocked.

Hello, we recently took over support and hosting of a website that used The7 theme with Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder. We would like to update all plugins on the site and purchase licenses if needed. I’m not sure if The7 is still existing as I can’t find any updates from them (if anyone knows, appreciate the help).

After the last update, many elements are not working – these include:
1) Sticky Section does not work at all 2) Fancy Heading shows 2 out of 10 letters 3) Advanced Carousel shows only 2/5 4)Raw HTML window is not opening
I do know that I do not have support , but I really need to downgrade to the previous version of the plugin, until you resolve everything.
Please advise – if buying the support fee can fix this and help me, please tell me.

My homepage is also freezing due to the Advanced Carousel update
As others have reported, it’s an infinite loop. I’m seeing this happening in getNavigableIndexes within the Slick JS library (could be a problem elsewhere too). Looks like it’s expecting numeric values for slidesToScroll and slidesToShow but Advanced Carousel is outputting strings e.g. ‘2’ rather than 2 resulting in incorrect concatenation and an infinite loop.

Just to inform users of the plugin who have bugs after the last update of 07/14, that for my part, I was able to put back the previous version as I am developing the site I make daily backups, and bugs have disappeared. So I’m not launching support for the moment because I think it’s up to the developer to correct his update which obviously has problems. I’ll see in the next update. I have no time to wait for support and so on, i got to move on my developments and Version : 3.19.15 really broked the website.

Hi, I opened a ticket last week with full details about the issue with the carousel with the latest update but my last two queries are unanswered. The support team is aware of the issues described by multiple people but there is still no update or when a fix is released. Please communicate better. Support is very polite but I don’t imagine taking myself so much time to reply to my clients and fix issues.

Hi, After the recent update, font sizes of heading title and description are not working on many elements. Kindly visit www.ambit9.com and look at the List elements under “You would love Ambit9 because”.....please note that updating font sizes of title and description has no effect on font sizes. This is happening on button text as well. There must be bug in the latest update. Kindly look into the same asap.

Hi, I have 3 licenses of Ultimate Addon. But unfortunately support period of all of them have expired. But still I will try to create ticket on support center if permitted.
Please note that we have rollbacked to version 3.19.13 and all fonts styles and sizes are working fine. So there must be some bugs with version 3.19.15. You would like to check the same asap. Ultimate addon is an amazing plugin. And I know your team of experts will surely figure out the issue and resolve the same asap. Thank you.
